David was perfect. I had to bring my dog along and honestly, I think my dog had a better time than I did all weekend! He constantly updated me with pictures, texted me to let me know that my next winery appointment was coming soon, brought cold water, etc. Card is also accepted for an additional fee, which was great because I needed receipts for work. I ended up just doing pickup and drop off in Napa rather than in SF but great to know that it's a real option compared to the other company I had in mind.
