Our go to service for travel to SFO and OAK airports. Always prompt and on time. Always there on the dime for airport pick up even when your plane is delayed. Easy to make a reservation, and Brian responds to requests within minutes. Can't get any better service. read more

Such a weird experience. Super dirty weird car and the driver talked nonstop about super inappropriate topics for over an hour on the drive home. He also asked my husband for a much larger payment than what I was told when I booked it and he did it when I was out of the car so I wasn't able to question it. Never again. Could have had a nice car ride for the same price or less. read more

Brian has been my only car service from San Rafael to SFO for about 10 years now. He's NEVER been late, always professional and way cool. The only downside is his ponytail is kinda thin :-) Brian is the ONLY way to fly !!! read more

I was grateful and impressed with the efficient and courteous service I received from Marin Car Service. I needed their services to transport several family members from Marin to SFO with different schedules, over several days. The process went flawless, even when we had to change pick up locations or adjust the schedule, and the response time to text or emails was immediate. I highly recommend this service. read more

What a great Car Service. Brian was so responsive and it was easy to schedule. On time, safe and easy. Thanks so much. Five Stars!!!

We had a great experience getting to and from the airport with Brian and the Marin Car Service team. One of the highlights included that they were able to store our car seat for us while we were on our trip, then had ready for us upon return -- a huge plus since we were not planning to bring it with us. Will absolutely be traveling with Marin Car Service again in the future! read more

We waited to the last minute to book a ride from Larkspur to SFO and yet Brian was able to find an excellent driver to transport us. It was a pleasant and enjoyable ride with someone who is a longtime local. We had scheduled our return ride for later in the month - but due to a family emrgency we had to cut our trip short. We sent a text to Brian and let him know our situation and he said "No Problem" - which tremendously lowered our stress level knowing we had a friendly ride home. They were waiting for us when we arrived. Wow! Great value and great drivers! Wouldn't use anyone else! The folks we've met have been great to share a ride with! Highly recommend! read more

My son and I needed a ride to SFO from Novato for an early morning flight. Since we needed a 5:00 am pick-up, a car service made sense. Of all the car services available to us, Marin Car Service looked the best one due to its cost which was comparable with others but was also all-inclusive with no additional fees, bridge tolls, or taxes. We got what we paid for. Booking was simple and direct, all on-line. Our driver, Brian, arrived right on time. His car was roomy, clean, and comfortable. He was an excellent driver, the trip to SFO was very smooth and much to our surprise, we learned that his route of crossing the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge to the East Bay and then across the Bay Bridge to 101 was faster than going across the Golden Gate Bridge and down 19th Avenue. Brian was very friendly and made the trip enjoyable. We arrived at SFO in plenty of time. The return trip was equally easy since we had already booked it when we booked the first one. I highly recommend Marin Car Service and would certainly use them again. read more

Brian and team at Marin Car Service were amazing. They took the stress out of having to get ourselves to and from SFO from Fairfax. We sent over our info, passengers, baggage amounts and Brian set it all up. Prices were completely reasonable, too. They arrived to our home before the stated pickup time and they were there when we landed after a long trip abroad. Can't tell you how good that feels when you're tired and spent after a long slog! I spent a lot of time reviewing services and Marin Car was just the best. I'll be using them from now on. Thanks Brian and team! read more

Marin Car Service is everything they promise to be and more. I have used them a couple of times with no problems whatsoever. Recently I was returning from Asia, we encountered delays, a lack of internet connectivity and an extra flight to get us back to SFO. I was able to send off a very quick note to MCS letting them know my new flight and I squealed with delight when I finally turned my US phone back on and had a message from our driver. I fully expected to be taking a taxi home but MCS made it happen! I know they can not do this for every rescheduled passenger but they will do it when they can and because of that, they will keep my business. Pro tip: You can never book your trip too early read more

I recently hired Marin Car Service after finding them on yelp. I needed a ride to and from Novato to SFO. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the driver and the cleanliness of the town car. It was so nice to relax and let a professional drive. I just had a perfect experience with this company. I took my family on a two week vacation and costed out offsite airport parking, Lyft and a couple of car services to drive us to and from the Oakland Airport. Marin Car Service was cheaper than parking and comparable to Lyft. We were flying internationally with a lot of luggage and two kids and I didn't want to worry about finding a Lyft to pick me up from home or the airport. i wanted a better, bigger, more comfortable car and more dependable service. . And that's exactly what we got. It was great. I live in a neighborhood that often confuses Lyft drivers' GPS and they're usually late, lost or even abandon my ride. That didn't happen with this company. They arrived right in front of my door a few minutes early with a beautiful Lincoln SUV. The driver was great- nice guy, good driver and helped me with all of our luggage (another rarity with Lyft). When we got home two weeks later after a twelve hour flight the same driver had left me a voicemail and text to let me know he was waiting for us at the airport. He was parked right out front and it was a huge relief to come home to such a smooth experience after a tiring flight with two exhausted kids. It was a huge relief to end our wonderful vacation this way. read more

I've had four experiences with Marin Car Service so far -- all excellent. Brian, Fernando -- each driver has been right on time, professional, and friendly. Both delivery and pickup to/from SFO worked exactly right. No stress, help with everything. Marin Car Service is now my go-to service for other rides as well -- other parts of Marin, the City, Sonoma, etc. You can count on them! read more

We had a great experience with Marin Car Service with getting my father to the airport for a super early flight. Highly recommend

I've been using Brian and some of the other drivers, such as Kiko, for over four years for transportation from Mill Valley to SFO and back. The drivers are always punctual and courteous and the cars are always clean. I've tried a number of taxi companies in Marin over the years and have ALWAYS been disappointing as the drivers are unreliable and the vehicles are old and/or dirty. Why take a taxi to SFO when for roughly $8 more you can hire Marin Car Service and know that the car will arrive on time, you won't be late, and you'll be riding in a clean, comfortable, spacious vehicle. Unless I'm driving to the airport on my own, I exclusively use Marin Car Service to get myself to the airport and to pick up friends and family. I highly recommend Marin Car Service. You won't find a more reliable, professional and reasonably priced car service in the Bay area! read more

On our recent trip to Europe, Marin Car Service showed up for our outbound and inbound rides in impeccably clean, modern, comfortable cars. Drivers drove responsibly and were courteous and helpful throughout. Driver was waiting for us upon arrival at SFO. Only reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 is driver for outbound ride was a few minutes late; he did forewarn us that he would be late and was apologetic. read more

I used Brian on my last flight to and from SFO from Marin County. Very professional, on time and very clean cars. Would highly recommend

They were on time, easy to book, and offered a pleasant ride to SFO. Also good communication and easy pickup on the return.

Marin Car Service has always been a good choice for our family. Two adults and 3 grown kids. They pick us up on time and check in when we arrive...never a problem if the return flight is late, they know the times. Makes a sometimes stressful trip to the airport a snap! read more

After several years of good experiences with various Marin Car Service drivers, we had an experience so scary a couple days ago that I felt the need to alert other potential customers. The business owner, Brian, came to pick my wife and I up from an international flight at SFO. He had our flight information and should have known that our flight was coming in about 30 minutes late. I texted him as soon as our plane landed, and again when we were through customs and had our bags, telling him which door we'd be exiting through as he requested. When Brian encountered us at the pickup point. He yelled (literally yelled) at me for not picking up his six phone calls to me. I told him I hadn't received any calls, and my phone didn't show any calls from him. He said he didn't believe me, and in an abusive way demanded to see my phone and berated me for keeping it in my pocket (which I had to do because we were carrying six bags, not that it's any of his business). He was so abusive and aggressive that I told him we wouldn't get in the car with him. He then threw one of our suitcases on the curb and yelled various profanities at us. He was so threatening, and frankly unhinged, that I told him if he didn't leave I would call the police, and then he said "I know where you live!" to my wife and me. How scary is that? I have never seen that kind of unprovoked threatening behavior from anyone I've done business with, and my wife was literally terrified. We then called an Uber XL, the ride was fine and actually cheaper than Marin Car Service. As I said, we have had numerous perfectly fine experiences with Marin Car Service drivers over the years, but this incident was enough for us to reconsider our options, especially since the abusive driver, Brian, actually owns the company. read more

We had an event at a remote location in Marin, so it was important that we find a service who could accommodate special instructions. From all the reviews with five stars, Marin Car Service seemed to be the perfect choice. And they did not disappoint. Just before pickup time, we decided to stay a little longer of the driver could accommodate if we paid for it. I sent an email asking if that would be possible and if the driver could call me. Within five minutes, I had an email response and then the driver called. I talked to him about the change in plans and gave directions to a new pickup point. He arrived and waited patiently for our party to be ready to go. Thank you Brian. And thank took to our driver. I think his name was Kiko. read more
