We decided a bit last minute that we would need a car service for a girls weekend in Napa, and I'm so happy we found Andre and Executive car service. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Executive Car Service! From the start, Andre was extremely quick to reply and set up my reservation through Yelp. Overall, the whole service itself holds great value and I will recommend to everyone visiting the Napa Valley! I planned this girl's weekend with my mom who was visiting from Texas. We've both been to Napa before but I wasn't working in the industry yet so I wanted to take advantage of my time off and visit wineries I hadn't yet! Leading up to the wine weekend, the wildfires started taking over northern California and we were nervous we may need to change plans. And of course our hearts were heavy for all the people affected by the destruction. Both Andre and our driver, Laurence, called to check in a few days in advance and the day before to assure us that our plans should not be affected but they'd let us know if anything changed. I greatly appreciated this communication so it allowed us to continue the trip instead of postponing. I already had my reservations set up as to make contact with the wineries as an industry visit and sent those along to Andre to share with our driver. A couple days prior, one winery had to move our reservation to the following morning due to the extreme heat and then the next day the new winery that we booked in the same slot had to postpone. Our driver, Laurence was quick to come up with not one, but two great wineries to fill that block on the day-of! Laurence made the suggestion that we order lunch ahead at Gary's Deli since our second reservation was at Floral Springs. Gary's is right next door. DO THIS! The food was super delish and the staff to place the order was very friendly. Day-of ~ Laurence met us at our hotel and gave us a rang to let us know he arrived a few minutes early but not to rush, that he would be outside when we were ready. As we arrived, he gave us the quick rundown again regarding how they're implementing precautions for COVID, took our picture, offered us a bottle of water, opened our doors, and away we went to our first reservation! The whole day felt like we were being chauffeured by a friend. Laurence is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the whole wine region, history of the Napa Valley, and all the great hidden gems to visit. He has the cutest accent and is just so friendly and fun to talk to.
