It turns out that they were not aware of the situation like the driver had stated. They were very nice and understanding and refunded me the money we paid. There fore I think they deserve a 5 star review. The way they handled the situation showed me that they truly care about their customers. The lesson I learned is to call them directly for any inconvenience so they could assist you properly. We used this limo service for my friend's 21st birthday, and everything went great, so I decided to use it for my birthday, and honestly, I didn't like it. First off, our driver was 10 minutes late. Things happen. I get it. He went over the rules with me before getting in the SUV, and we headed out to our destination at 11 a.m., when I had scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 a.m. We arrived at our brunch reservation pretty late, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The only downside is that the winery that I had booked right after our brunch couldn't accommodate us any more and I got charged a 10 dollar fee for each of my guests for counseling in a short time notice. We had to find a new winery, where we could only spend a shorter amount of time than what I had originally planned because our whole trip got pushed back! On our way back, we arrived 15 minutes over the time we were supposed to be back because, again, our whole trip got pushed back! I thought that they would be understanding about the fact that our ride arrived late, but no, they were not. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes. I don't wanna blame the driver he was nice and I understand that we are human and things happen. I just didn't like how they handle the situation so I think for next time I'll be booking with a different company.

A very kind company!…read more My son was turning 4 this past weekend and didn't want a party, just a ride in a "super stretch long car". My hunt for a limo service felt defeated as hardly any local companies still offered traditional limos and def wouldn't budge on 4-5hr+ minimums. I reached out to several and pleaded my case for a shorter rental and was rejected by everyone besides A1. Although they do have a minimum hour rental they made an exception to make our son's birthday wish come true. We got a great rate, perfect friendly service and one happy kid who felt SO cool on his limo ride. I'm so thankful for them for helping me make this happen and would recommend them for any special event needs. communication prior to service was top tier which I found was severely lacking with the other companies I was in contact with. Thank you again A1

This family owned company is genuine, charming, and most of importantly personable. My group of girls had the honor of having Edward as our tour guide. Edward was amazing. He picked us up at our hotel in their luxurious Mercedes van. He was nothing but kind and accommodating. He made our Napa trip memorable. He picked a great lunch spot, booked all the reservations for our wineries, and made sure we all had a great time! It was easy and relaxing. All you pretty much had to do was just drink your wine and enjoy the breathtaking views. [Friendly tip: He's an amazing photographer. He will get the best angles of you, so just hand him your camera and let him do his magic!] If there's certain wineries you want to go to.. you just let them know in advance so they can make your reservation for you. We stopped at Buhman, Cuvaison, and Sebastiani. I would highly recommend using A Limo Excursion & Wine Tours. They made everything easy and smooth. I will definitely be using them when I return to Napa.

He was always there on time and between our two winery stops he picked up a bunch of ice to keep our drinks cold :) . Also, we only went to two wineries and our second winery was WAY TOO CROWDED, so I talked to him about it and we agreed to meet in the lot 10 minutes after our end time, and he would drive us all the way home (30 minute drive) and not charge extra. He spent extra time with us, for free, so that we could enjoy the second winery for a decent amount of time. Stand up guy, stand up business, good all around. Except their website phone number is wrong. Change that guys! I tried to call from there 3 days prior and it said "beep beep beep this number is not in service". Apparently their phone system was down. Luckily I emailed them and received a reply that everything was confirmed. That was a stressful day. Trying to figure out Plan B. I hired them for my June wedding. What I rented was a White stretch limo (which seats 8 comfortably) and a White stretch Hummer. The limo drivers arrived at our pick up area on time in Napa. Myself and my ladies rode in the Stretch limo while my husband and his guys went in the hummer. When I entered our limo. I was shocked to see the interior so used up. There were cracks on the seats and carpet was dirty. Not what I was expecting from the pictures I saw online. My ladies and I celebrated and opened a bottle of champagne (which is included in the rental) and soda for the flower girls, along with bottle water. When we arrived at the church and I was getting out of the limo (obviously I would need help) the limo driver just stood there holding the door. WHAT??? It was my camera man who actually walked over to help me out. Then he probably realized "I better help her". I chuck it to a lot was going on and it probably didn't click. When it came time to go to our photo shoot. My husband and I took the stretch and the rest of the wedding party went into the hummer. The hummer is beautiful. Back to the other limo. When we got in. There was empty water bottles on the seats and empty soda cans in the bar area. Even in the hummer there was empty cans. What the heck! Even after the photo shoot the garbage was still not disposed of. This was not the first time I've rode in a limo (it's my 4th time) and it is not acceptable for garbage to remain in the vehicle. The drivers are waiting for an hour or even 2 hours for you. They should clean up all the garbage. Restock the bar with new water, soda and ice. You should not go into a limo with melted ice cooling your champagne, empty or half full soda and water. Poor use of time. In a nut shell rent the hummer and not the stretch limo. Just driving, waiting and opening the door is not the only thing a limo driver should do. Find some initiative. Not the greatest of service. Additional info: Minimum 4 hours of service.
