So impressed with this limo service. The most critical part of a transport service is timeliness. Definitely solid 5 stars! We asked for 4:15 pick up and William was there at 4:05 I think. William was so helpful, professional, and courteous. The ride to the airport was so pleasant. His car was so clean and there were little bottles of water waiting for you. If you want a stress free trip and not worry about your ride share canceling you at the last minute, then blue bird limo is for you. I definitely and highly recommend them. The driver was very friendly and while returning he suggested taking a different route due to traffic so we don't end up paying extra. Overall it was an awesome experience with this company. Bluebird's 'Ruby' kept in touch with me while I was in Puerto Rico to coordinate his service to my late-night arrival after a San Juan to Sacramento flight that tends to be long, stressful and exhausting. We used Blue Bird for pick-up service from our wedding at Taber Ranch in Capay, CA. Pick up time was scheduled for 11:30pm and the driver, whose name escapes me, arrived on time and waited for us to be ready to leave. We were told upon booking that the limo would seat 8 people, but we ended up with a 14 person limo (bonus points) which allowed us to provide transportation to other wedding party members. The driver allowed us to play music and drink leftover champagne/wine in the limo on our way back to Davis, CA. The drive from Capay to Davis normally takes about 40 minutes if you take Hwy 16 to Hwy 505 and exit Rd 27 and take Hwy 113 in to Davis. I feel like all locals know this. The driver, however, stayed on 505 to VACAVILLE and then looped back up to Davis on I-80 E.... This added an additional 40 minutes onto our travel time... At the end of a wedding, all you want to do is get back to your hotel room. When a 40 minute limo ride turns into an 80 minute limo ride, the bride gets a little cranky because it is past her bedtime. I'm not sure if the limo driver did this intentionally to give us more time in the limo or if it was because he couldn't take the back road, or whatever... Doesn't matter, I just wish he would have informed us prior to leaving because I was a little ticked it took so long to get home. All in all, the service was professional, the price was right, but the timeliness was an issue. read more

Booked and prepaid $381.87 through Hawaiian Airlines over 5 weeks ago. They book though MyTransfers, which then secures the driver. For the past 5 weeks I had my transportation to and from Airport secured with Blue Bird, then I received a generic email today from Blue Bird cancelling my reservation with only 1 week before my trip. I am glad the email did not go to spam because I would have been waiting at 4am the day of with my kids for our ride to airport and may have missed our important flight. I than called BlueBird, which told me that the middle man booking company does not pay their bills and therefore because he did not get paid for my pick up/drop off yet, that he is canceling and has nothing to do with the prepaid payment, I made, I would need to settle that with the other company. Instead of being personable and actually calling his clients to explain why he would need or want to cancel and then maybe even offering to still do the service directly, they just told me they don't receive money and canceled my driver and nothing they could do. I am now dealing with Hawaiian Airlines/MYtransfer for 3 hours of my day today and the only option I am now left with is to cancel and rebook but now the same size vehicle is almost double ($800) THis was handled like shit from all involved. Insult to injury is that Blue Bird did not care enough to call and try to find a solution instead of sending out cancellations and not caring if It went to spam or not. Unprofessional. Also unprofessional to tell clients that 3rd party does not pay their bills etc. Not my problem. Canceling on a client a week prior to travel after you took the booking is also unprofessional. Very unreliable. But I am actually glad they will not be the ones I am depending on at 4AM Drop offor my 10PM pick up, considering they could not get the reservations right, the times right, flights correct, after 6 attempts and kept sending invoices saying payments were due , when I already prepaid. read more

After trying Blue Bird Limo Service for the first time this month we found that they are very professional. Ruby arrived on time to pick up us from our residence & picked up from the airport on our return flight. Very affordable I might say. He was very easily accessible from text msg at any given time. We hired a driver and towncar to take us from our wedding to our hotel. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was nice. First of all, this company was hard to get a hold of. Our wedding planner gave the company very detailed instructions on where to pick us up at the wedding, and those instructions were not followed. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the car was found in the wrong place and they finally arrived to pick us up. To make matters worse, the company insists that they were in fact waiting in the correct place the whole time, but we have 50+ witnesses/wedding guests who say otherwise. We are extremely displeased with this company's lack of professionalism, inability to follow instructions, and inability to apologize when they have done something wrong. We would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I used this limo service to go bar hopping around Sacramento with friends for my birthday. It was so convenient and made the night perfect. Heather was our driver and she was very nice and accommodating. She showed up on time (and waited, because none of my friends were on time), knew all the stops we wanted to go, and was there within minutes each time we called her ready to go to the next place. She was also very patient as my friends were hard to round up at the end of the night and I needed to extend the time. Outstanding! We called and booked a last minute trip for a trip from Elk Grove to Midtown. They showed up EARLY with a beautiful stretch limo that was cleaned, stocked with ice and water bottles, and had music you could control from the back. While us ladies were still getting ready our awesome driver gave our streets kids rides around the block (at our request of course!) and they had a blast too! Smooth drive and pleasant trip.
