Platinum Limousine - Airport Shuttles Near Me

Not all customer service experiences are created equal and Platinum Limo truly knocked off my little socks! Some people might think a limo is extravagant, but when the birthday girl wanted wine tasting and I didn't want multiple people in too many cars to worry about being designated drivers; a couple of limousines were a safe, fun, and the best option for my special event. The vehicles were not only gorgeous and full of quality beverages to get the party started, but the drivers were so personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to take pride in helping to be sure we had the most memorable time for all the right reasons. The bday gal felt so fancy and celebrated and the drivers were at our beck and call during all the hours of the day. They are pros at assisting all ages and personalities in and out of the cars and more. I had a made a few requests as I was finalizing plans for the event day and maybe they were just reasonable, but all my wishes were fulfilled and with smiles for miles. No doubt you'd get the awesome treatment, too, but I was alerted of pro tips well in advance like making a special playlist for the lady of honor since the cars' bluetooth is a cinch to connect. The soundtrack I created was amazing if I don't say so myself! My event was a few days ago, but partygoers are still gushing over our fantastic time, sharing photos, and thanking me profusely for finding the best limos and drivers imaginable. I owe it all to Platinum Limo. I really hope I'm able to use them again sooner than later. read more

Excellent service! John was early, very personable, and anticipated our every need. Would definitely book with Platinum Limousine again.

I use Platinum Limousine and also don't hesitate to refer them to my friends and business associates . My last trip ended at Sacramento International Airport and our driver, David, was sitting there waiting for us. He quickly loaded 2 golf travel bags, 2 large suitcases , 2 backpacks, my wife and myself. He took us home to Fair Oaks and unloaded everything to our front door and put a pleasant end to a very long travel day! Highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed. Definitely a well deserved 5 Star rating !! read more

Platnum Limosines from the onset provided great communication, customer service and transportation! I will definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with the folks at Platinum Limousine. We were looking for a stretch limo and we got what we wanted. John was great for booking us--answered all my questions. As our date approached we had a lot of helpful communication. The evening went wondefully with our driver Charlene. Thank you to Platinum Limousine for helping my friend celebrate his bachelor party in style! read more

The team is nice so I have given them the benefit of the doubt a few times but just experienced my second time with of them not being onsite when I exit the airport, despite my calling and confirming my flight the week prior. Driver info and reminders are spotty. I've also had to receive follow up calls double checking my information I just gave which doesn't instill confidence because clearly it isn't organized enough. Phone operator was just rude when I called clearly upset and tired that my ride was not here 40 minutes after I landed and it's dark. Additional examples of mishaps include the time they came at 7am and woke my house up instead of 7pm pick up etc read more

We had such a great experience with Platinum Limousine. We had originally scheduled for the Christmas Light Tour in December but unfortunately our family all came down with the flu and had to cancel. John was so understanding and accommodating and allowed us to not lose our money. We were able to have money applied to another date when we were ready, there was no pressure at all. We rebooked for the Kings/Warrior game taking 6 teens and 4 adults. Art was our driver and was wonderful. A great sense of humor with the kids and very kind and professional. Everything was smooth. From the reservation. To the communication after. The limo showed up exactly on time. The best part of this was the driver Art. He was kind, funny, and he made sure that a bunch of 18 year Olds had a great time. Even a few days after he came out to support our boys as they went on to win the section title. He is amazing and deserves a raise. read more

If I could describe my experience in just a few words, they would be elegant and chic. My husband and I were picked up first, and were treated like royalty from the moment our chauffeurs, Johnny and Danny, greeted us. Johnny was our amazing driver! First, they pulled open the jet door- not sure what that is? Be sure to check out the pictures. The door opens upward and out! Now that's style. Upon entering, the inside of the limousine was illuminated with a beautiful purple color. The smell of the  leather seats were beautifully intoxicating. As we began sliding down the beautiful diamond stitched seats to sit in the back (we like to call it the King & Queens Throne), we couldn't help but notice how delightfully cool it felt inside. Need I remind you, it's been very scorching, lately. Come to find out the setting of the air conditioning was on low. Could you imagine a beautiful bride on her wedding day? This is her perfect chariot...  We also couldn't help but notice 3 LCD HD 1080i screens, around a cooler for beverages. The lights inside were above us and lit up like a rainbow... they changed from one to the next and sometimes, danced to the beat of the song. Platinum Limousine is the safest Limousine around! Our chauffeurs, Johnny and Danny are smooth operators. None of us worried one bit while Johnny drove. He explained that there are 7 Emergency exits in this Beauty, along with a fire extinguisher. So, in case of emergency, there will be no worrying about how to get out. It exceeds the safety regulations of the Department of Transportation! We picked up or next guest, then off to our first destination- Chevy's on Gold River. There, we were meeting up with more of our guests and having some drinks & appetizers before our main event. We were let down right at the front door! Where everyone that could see us, they all watched as we stepped out! Talk about feeling like Super Stars.... We met up with our friends, ate some appetizers, had some pre-party specialty beverages, and headed to our final destination.  At our main event, our wonderful driver, Johnny, took is to the front of the entrance, again! Everyone was looking,  oooo-ing and ahhh-ing.... it was exactly the reaction we were looking for. We spotted Johnny inside, grabbing a bite to eat. Sipping on some H2O... SUCH A RESPONSIBLE DRIVER! After our main event, we all climbed back into our beautiful limousine, taking pictures along the way... going inthe limousine, in the limousine... Then we wanted to stop and grab a quick bite to eat on the way. He pulled into the In & Out we spotted. We took about a 20 min break there and we're on our way home. As you can tell from reading my review, I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Platinum Limousine. More that I learned about Platinum Limousine- There's a computer built into the limousine so it can download 1000's of songs to play inside. It has a 1,500 watts of sound and sub woofers. It has a connection for your android and apple phones to play music. It plays music videos on the 3 1080i LCD screens. The 4th screen is a touch screen and it controls the lighting, sound, and the air conditioning. The limousine seats 10 guests, but I recommend 8 if you want a little more room to be comfortable. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the perfect night!  If anyone wants to feel as magical as Cinderella did or as fabulous as Kanye does doing pretty much anything... give Platinum Limousine a call. They go above and beyond. read more

Platinum Limousine - 21st Birthday - Airport Shuttles Near Me

So I have lots to say here. Let me first start by saying that I hired platinum limo for my daughters sweet 16 party this weekend! Upon looking for limousine I got to deal with the owner of the company directly and where was he an amazing character as far as extremely professional and considerate. I was very impressed with how kind the owner of this company is. They arrived a couple minutes early and we have the driver John. I did not go on this ride but after meeting John I felt very comfortable and knew that my daughter and her friends were in good hands. John was extremely kind and professional and even show me a few things around the limo. At this point I'm pretty much would never hire another limousine company but this one. Their prices are legit but most importantly the customer service and the professionalism that you get by using this company is where it's all at. This company truly goes out of their way to make you feel 5 stars. This will forever be my go to when it comes to limousines Thanks so much you guys read more
