It turns out that they were not aware of the situation like the driver had stated. They were very nice and understanding and refunded me the money we paid. There fore I think they deserve a 5 star review. The way they handled the situation showed me that they truly care about their customers. The lesson I learned is to call them directly for any inconvenience so they could assist you properly. We used this limo service for my friend's 21st birthday, and everything went great, so I decided to use it for my birthday, and honestly, I didn't like it. First off, our driver was 10 minutes late. Things happen. I get it. He went over the rules with me before getting in the SUV, and we headed out to our destination at 11 a.m., when I had scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 a.m. We arrived at our brunch reservation pretty late, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The only downside is that the winery that I had booked right after our brunch couldn't accommodate us any more and I got charged a 10 dollar fee for each of my guests for counseling in a short time notice. We had to find a new winery, where we could only spend a shorter amount of time than what I had originally planned because our whole trip got pushed back! On our way back, we arrived 15 minutes over the time we were supposed to be back because, again, our whole trip got pushed back! I thought that they would be understanding about the fact that our ride arrived late, but no, they were not. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes. I don't wanna blame the driver he was nice and I understand that we are human and things happen. I just didn't like how they handle the situation so I think for next time I'll be booking with a different company.

We contacted the owner and asked all of the important questions as I was still a bit apprehensive about a trip to downtown Sac for about a dozen 17 and 18 year olds. My initial conversation was with the owner who provided me with all of the details I needed to make an informed decision. He provided me his rates, which I felt were very fair, as well as the rules and regulations for the kids while in the limo. He shared how long he had been in business as well as some examples of the services he had provided. He shared that he had provided limo service numerous times over the years to teenage kids for prom, as well as other special events. He was sincere and expressed his commitment to keeping them safe and providing a memorable experience. He also gave me assurances that I would be able to speak to the driver in advance and also shared the drivers credentials. He provided me with the driver's contact info so that I could speak to him and it allowed me to determine my own comfort level. I decided to move forward and felt my daughter and her friends were in good hands. The driver arrived like clockwork at the designated time and place, chatted with me and the kids and advised them of some of the rules. He brought bottled waters and some additional ice for them to place their soft drinks. Knowing that I was a little concerned, he kept me posted as he dropped off the kids at the restaurant, and also texted me when he was heading back to pick them up. Between my daughter keeping me posted, and the information he provided, I felt very safe, connected, and grateful. He let me know of any change in plans immediately and called me as soon as they were on their way back home. Once again, like clockwork, he arrived back 15 minutes before the designated time to return. Based on feedback from my daughter and every last one of her friends, I can honestly say that it was the absolute best time for these kids, and even 10 days later I still hear them chatting about it.
