For starter, very kind and respectful, to working within a good budget that pretty decent with these gas prices. I had to make a few changes last minute and it was handled and stress free. Very clean and accommodating. The party bus had A/C, provided with the price; sodas and water, and bluetooth connection to get the party started. The driver was very kind and easy going for our crew. Especially with alcohol involved, the 8 hour day was stress free and so much fun because of the driver. After drop off, we made sure to do our part and clean up after ourselves. A time was had, and even after the travel, the owner reached out making sure it was a great experience. Definitely book for a day of fun and not having to worry about DDs, enjoy your family for any celebration, game drop off, graduation, prom or whatever you think you need a ride to have a party on the road. My group and I were satisfied and will be booking again.

They cancelled on me 3x and I didn't have a way to get to my flight at 1pm. I called other taxi services and the wanted to charge 200$ cash! And ridiculous amount and would take forever to get to me. I called Roseville and said I needed a taxi to the Airport and my flight is at 1pm (by this time I called it was 930am) he said "I'm leaving right now, meet me at the gate and i'll get you there in time." While I have worked with many travel agents over my 20+ years in the Entertainment Industry, I can…read morecategorically say that I've had no better experience than with Nick Hammond at Exquisite Travel Group. From the second we were introduced, he made himself completely available to us, and our many inquires. He asked thoughtful questions to find out our "musts" and "must nots" and "dream/wish list" items during a vacation (in this case, our honeymoon) and gave us multiple unbelievable options - in multiple price ranges. In the end, he found us the most fantastic deal on a brand new all inclusive resort that not only hit every one of our "musts", it even included a bunch of our wish list & dream items we never thought an all inclusive could have! The icing on the cake? a steal of a price! He also coordinated items we never would have thought to ask about - all of our transfers, excursions, he's even helping connect us with the concierge at the hotel in advance to set up special "us" moments during the trip. He even made sure to book our flights in an upgradable fare class so we can be in first class for our flights! I figured (as it's been my experience with travel agents in the past) that after we booked, that's the last we'd hear from Nick. Wow, was I wrong. He checks in with recommendations, and to see if we have questions at least once a week. This level of service from Nick & Exquisite Travel Group is unreal, and frankly unheard of anymore today. We haven't even gotten to GO on this trip yet and I'm already excited to plan our next adventure with Nick. Nick & Exquisite Travel Group: We cannot thank you enough for all of your amazingness and we look forward to a long travel friendship - we'll be referring every single person we know! If you're looking to book your next trip, RUN do not walk, to Nick and Exquisite Travel Group!!!
