Both times he grumbled that we were running at most 5 minutes late. He talked about all the bad customers he is subjected to, getting in fights and other negative comments. He texts and drives and makes calls while driving. The final straw was taking a call from his dispatcher about a customer that didn't pay another driver. He told us he needed to address this right away. We politely asked him to make that call after he dropped us off. He ignored us and dealt with it with us in the car. Not what we want to be involved with after a long flight home. On top of all of that, he complained that his dispatcher quoted us the wrong price and he really should be charging us more. There are plenty of drivers that like their work. Pick one of them.
