The 35-seater bus arrived promptly and the bus was very clean and well maintained. All the lights were working and the sound system is pretty kick-ass. In 2010 we had our first experience with API while attending a Bridal Show at Arden Hills. Ray was the lucky guy who got to give us a ride from the parking lot to the venue and we got a kick out of him. A few months later he was also the one who took me and my ladies wine tasting for my Bachelorette party. Unfortunately he was unavailable the night of our wedding though. We we're impressed will the overall professionalism of the drivers and the office staff of API. My maid of honor organized the wine tasting with a woman at the office who helped make suggestions. She made the whole process easy. The cars are very clean and well maintained. I've been in other limos where it seemed that they often overlooked the small details but this was not the case with API. They take their name seriously (API= A Professional Image). Overall every experience we have had with API has been excellent and they've exceeded our expectations. Prices are reasonable as well. Every time I schedule an event w/ API they exceed my expectations! From contact with their office, to Jason, our preferred chauffeur, this event was no exception. Susan effortlessly handled all of the arrangements, including facilitating ordering lunch for us @ Dean & DeLucca. As far as Jason, he was everything you would want in a driver and more. His background in radio, and deejaying helped add a fun element to our day. He had a great playlist that we enjoyed throughout our trip. I had booked a 31 passenger Mini coach for our wedding in 2020, but of course the pandemic happened and we had to reschedule for June 2021. Booking the Mini Coach was easy and the woman who helped me (I forget her name, she helped me in 2019 I think) explained the ins and outs of the transportation and helped me plan it smoothly. In the end, we decided the risk was still too high to hold a 100+ person gathering, so we decided to cancel again. In the process, I had to cancel the mini coach that I had booked for the day to transport our wedding guests to and from the hotel. Jesse spoke with me over the phone regarding my cancellation and he was very polite and gave a full refund. I reached out to API on a less than 1 week away rental, and Susan was quick to reply. I've used their services in the past with roundtrip travel between Davis and SFO and have always been pleased. We quickly agreed on the Mercedes Limo Bus and she notified that Ron Rojas would be my driver. Our office event was on 9/22 and we were headed out for a lunch in Sacramento, with pickup on UCD campus. Ron arrived 15 minutes early, and we secured him with a parking spot. The remainder of the party showed up and everyone's mouth was agape when they saw our ride. It was spotless, spacious and impeccable. In addition, tastefully done and professional (I was not wanting to see a stripper pole), with polished wood and black leather. The eight passengers were given a quick safety talk and we departed on-time and enjoyed some beautiful scenery while sipping our champagne. We arrived at our lunch destination, and Ron snapped photos of us before we went inside for lunch. We rented a limo from API to take us to the Sacramento airport from Chico for our honeymoon trip and it was amazing. They were more than happy to pick us up an hour and a half from home, always friendly and helpful when I called, and were one of the only companies to respond to my web contact. They arrive exactly on time and limo was clean and stocked with cold water, soda, and a bottle of champagne. Our driver was well dressed in uniform and incredibly friendly. As for the bus I rented the 18 passenger party bus and we all had a blast! We even got to connect our own music thanks to the auxiliary cord already provided by API. I yelped API, and I am so glad I did. I have not had very positive experiences recently with limousine services. I have had limos break down, ac go out, late drivers, wrong information about how many people can be seated in the vehicles, etc... That was not the case with API. API, had a lady call us back and was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful about choosing the wineries and restaurant that suited our needs. And she was spot on!!!
