Before the event, they suggested that the Jet might be better for our social outing and we switched to it for no charge. Driver Sodo arrived on site 30 minutes early (no charge) to ensure we would leave in time. He helped me set up and briefed me on the features. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. The tech works well but can have issues. If the tech matters, have a plan for support if it fails. I'm sure we could have had if fixed if we asked but we didn't bother.

Our driver Luis was prompt, professional, friendly... couldn't have been better. He picked our group of 6 up at 10:30am sharp, and transported us to Yountville in under an hour. When ever we needed him to take us to our next stop, we simply sent him a text, and he magically appeared within minutes. The SUV was spacious and comfortable. He had a cooler full of bottled water in the trunk to ensure we stayed hydrated. He also let us connect our iPhones to the stereo so we could listen to our own playlists. Everything was flawless. And for just $75/hour, it was a great value. After all, why risk drinking and driving to & from wine country when you can be driven in style? It just makes the whole day more relaxing and enjoyable. When the pandemic hit, I postponed my booking to 2021 over the phone but never got an updated contract. Now in 2021, I need to postpone again. They haven't returned my emails in over a week, and all the phone numbers on the website are disconnected. They do have multiple yelp pages (looks like one per office location) and there are similar recent reviews. Right now going through my credit card company to get my deposit back. Very shady of them not to notify current customers who have existing bookings with them.
