I use them for both business and personal travel logistics exclusively. They have never missed an appointment and have gone out of their way to accommodate me when I've encountered travel disruptions such as delayed flights. During the bad winter storms of February 2025, I even changed airports for my return flight because SFO was shut down ... and they were there to pick me up in Oakland at the new time. That kind of flexibility and service is rare ... and one reason I'll never go back to the express buses. John A.

I sat in the back while we stopped at Terminal 1 and 2, but then the driver drove right past Terminal 3 toward International. When I asked about Terminal 3, he told me it was my fault that he only stops at Terminal 2 due to construction and basically said it was my problem. For not hearing him. When we got to the International Terminal, I asked for my bag so I could get back to Terminal 3, and that's when he realized he'd actually left it on the curb at Terminal 2. We had to go back, and luckily the bag was still sitting there. For a $30 ride, this was not the experience I expected. If they are not stopping at a terminal just need to be very clear in the announcements and on their app/website.

The manager told me with a straight face that he had "never" had a call from anyone having difficulty purchasing a ticket online.
