I can't give Code 3 a high enough rating. We booked them as transportation to and from our hotel and venue for our wedding. The idea was to take as many guests as possible, since the road to the venue was a little tough. A mistake was made during booking where I thought I had booked a bigger vehicle and started to panic. Code 3 was wonderful and was able to move things around to accommodate us. They sent a one time additional pick up to make sure all our guests arrived right before the ceremony. We used Code 3 several months ago for a bachelorette party into SF for the day and I'd highly recommend them and use them again. They were responsive, not only initially with a quote but with answers to all my questions about if we were to add an extra hour, what they had available in the car, and so on. I never felt any hard sell or that things weren't transparent. The driver was wonderful and arrived on time, was friendly and drove safely. He even turned around and drove back to where we had just come from once we realized the bride to be had forgot her ID at her home! He was communicative and on time each time we were ready to go to our next location. The price was also the best we got from the places who provided quotes and was very doable without a ton of added on fees and expenses. The only con (and this could be feedback for the company) is it was really difficult to figure out how to get music to play on the speaker and the quality wasn't great. Other than that, bring any fancy glasses you want as the cups provided are solo cups. Definitely a great company. read more

We booked our limousine with them because of somebody's recommendation, but for us this is first and last time, because thirty minutes before they called my husband saying that the Lincoln limousine we were waiting had broke and they will be ten minutes late and told us that they will bring a expedition limo it was my daughter and niece's quinceañera so when the limousine finally arrived it was a van. she couldn't go inside because the dress was huge and the interior has a totally different design compared to the Lincoln we had chosen. My husband and the driver took off the table inside so my daughter can fit with the dress. We were so disappointed ,we arrived late for the photoshoot. Without question the best customer service ever! We just got done filming the Matrix4 in San Francisco and we were unsure about the wrap party. But at the last minute the production company decided to do it last minute so I was trying to figure out what to do with my Craft service crew after working so hard on this project. In order to really enjoy yourself at such an event you must have a driver, Uber or top of the line Code3 VIP Party bus fully loaded with music and videos and Karaoke! I called Lester and Arron the day before the party and they delivered big time! I booked an Escalade limo and a day before the scheduled pick up I get a call offering a free upgrade to a party bus. It was a very small group of us so I declined. 30 minutes after the limo was supposed to show up I get a call saying there will be no Escalade but I can get a party bus. Its apparent after taking my money this company couldn't deliver and they were never upfront about it. So they hired a different company to pick us up at a cheaper rate and kept the difference. I asked for $150 back which was the difference in what I paid them and what they gave the driver. I never heard back from anyone. read more

We had Aaron as our driver, and he was above and beyond fantastic! Their quote came in $200 less than all the other people in the Bay Area, but for the same type of vehicle. They were flexible for our last minute reservation and provided flexible payments options including Venmo which made it super easy! We also were provided ice and waters!! Appreciate that there was a flat hourly rate with no added fees. I had several changes to the itinerary up until the day of our event in Napa Valley, but everyone at Code 3 (Sasha & Aaron) was responsive to both emails and phone calls and good about updating our invoice. Used this tour company to transport my family to half moon bay and back, over the course of 5 hours on a Saturday morning. Requesting a quote was a super easy process, and the representative who helped us was responsive, friendly, and very helpful! We had no issues in booking or day of execution. Everything went smoothly and we were on time and had a great day. I will say though, the driver we had was grumpy and just in a bad mood all day--we were celebrating a proposal/surprise engagement and he kept making rude/cold comments about wanting to get going/leave. When I first called to confirm in the morning, he answered the phone like I was a spam call (uhhh..not a bot, just your 11am). It definitely put a damper in our celebration. Had an excellent experience with code 3, it was a last minute request for a wedding event. I was able to speak to a live customer service rep at 10:00 in the evening, was able to review the links for information regarding the various rental options and receive guidance from the rep as well for the best option for oyr needs. I was able to book, pay for and complete contracts via text and email. We received the service on time, driver was very friendly and patient, the vehicle was comfortable and appeared as advertised, they even provided some additional considerations that we requested. Amazing service from beginning to end! I booked the Tiffany bus for myself and a bunch of friends to celebrate my birthday. I don't think I got the name of the person I spoke to initially on the phone, but he was the best! He did the booking for me over the phone, and was just so polite and helpful! The entire process was so easy. On the day of, Darwin, our driver, showed up 15 minutes early and was just so gracious. He waited patiently for us while we got on the bus and would even clean up in between stops (we did a wine tour in Sonoma). I would highly recommend him, and this company. So, I haven't gotten the chance yet to use this company. I was excited to use them because of the reviews. I called on Saturday to get a quote for a pick up to surprise my boyfriend on 9/28/19 for his birthday. I spoke to a woman . She gave me a quote for $640 for 7hrs which would have included a pick up to go home the next day. She told me she was headed to lunch and would send it to me via e-mail after. Everything sounded good. The end of Saturday cake, no there wasn't an e-mail. I waited till today to call just in case she was busy and still needed more time. Well, today, the same woman answered the phone. Well let me go back a little, on Saturday I asked about the Escalade and she said they only had a Tahoe which was just as nice. Ok, so moving to today, the same woman answered and told me she didn't remember speaking to me on Saturday. She took my name placed me on hold. Came back and said she as trying to see who spoke to me and no one could recall and she was the only one there Saturday. Ok, then it was you??? Then I gave her my email she pulled me up and it was in the system from another time I called. Ok?? Well I still called Saturday, this is the number I dialed I see it I'm my phone there was no mistake. Now she gave me a quote for more hours which would cost more money. I expressed how disappointed I am because the ball was dropped and instead of her admitting fault, she said she was dumbfounded and didn't know what to say. Just admit you went to lunch and forgot about me, I'm not making this stuff up someone has to take accountability but she didn't. So then, she told me she would send a new quote. She also seemed annoyed with my questions because I've never used a transportation company before I don't know how this works. I got offended when she told me I wasn't using the correct verbiage. Ok?? But if you understand what I am trying to say, just help me out this is all foreign to me. It was a really hard, disappointing 12 minutes with a supposedly professional company. And when I asked her who the manager was, guess what? It's her! That was even worse! So not only is she not taking accountability, she didn't seem to care much. That's how I took it. I'm waiting for this quote, but, if I find a company that treats me better from the initial setup and doesn't forget about me. I will go with them. Oh! And I forgot, now they do have Escalades after Saturday I was told them only have Tahoe's and no Escalades when it is on their website. So confusing and frustrating! I really have to think how I want to spend my hard earned money. I don't want the weekend to be messed up. UPDADE* The owner Aaron contacted me yesterday evening. He was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He stated he was out of town, but he wanted to see if he could take care of me. We went over a schedule. After being misquoted, in order to honor what the woman at his business said I would have had a basic vehicle and the Escalade I wanted is out of service. His price was $200 more for him to ask another company he does business with. He's supposed to call me back today. I've decided to go with Prestige Limousine. They quoted me better and were very friendly and professional. They also have the truck I wanted and provide champagne which is a nice touch. Since the event is our first time and is for a special occasion, I want things as perfect as I can get it. Everything was exactly what I expected. The driver was prompt. We had them from 11-5 and it was perfect timing for 2 wineries and lunch. The driver was patient with us. Taught us to use the sound system and they provided much needed water in the limo. The limo I got was the Alexis I believe and it was great! We use this service for our events several times a year. Most of the time it has been fine. Lately, the drivers are are late, not apologia at all when late, or even let us know ahead of time they will be late. It is fine if you have 3-4 people waiting but when you have 10-20 people waiting, you are scrambling to find options. It is even more embarrassing when your manager looks at you why is this late. The 3 star is for the past when it is usually on time and good attitude or I would have given 1 star. read more

The experience in taking our reservation was smooth unfortunately they did not arrive and when I called after being already 20 minutes late, they told me that the driver has arrived already. We're in the front of the address and pretty sure that it wasn't there! I end up having to call the driver and he says he's going to be 10 minutes more and he's still at bay bridge and we're in Castro valley. Not going to happen, we're at least 30 minutes away. Hello Yelpers. I would like to tell you about my amazing experience with Code 3! Early on in my quest for a party bus aka Limo bus, I turned to yelp for help. The stats ratings and other reviews weighed in on picking about 5 companies to inquire for quotes. I sent all of them messages on yelp. 4 actually responded but asked me to check their websites to complete a quote submission form so I could give more details/criteria of what I was requesting. Plus, I could see pictures of their fleets, etc. I did get emails back from Code 3 and another company basically the same price, I decided to go with this company because on their website it says gratuity is included in the price! Cool. I didnt have to come out of pockets for more since this was already so much more than I first thought.. the process was easy, fill out their reservation form online and submit payment also online. Email confirmation was emailed to me and I even got an email reminder the day before my event. What I got was a party bus for 14 people, no stripper pole, bottled waters, champagne, and cider with cups and glass flutes all included. Also the bridge toll was included since we went to the City. Dennis was our driver and he called and texted me about an hour before our scheduled time to let me know he was on his way and would be arriving on time. Sweet! Perfect! I thought that was nice. Dennis arrived about 15 mins early (my place isn't easy to find) and he was friendly and professional and had no problems with anything. We checked out the bus together. It was clean and sleek inside and outside! He showed me how to work the controls, especially the one that said "divider" to just roll down the divider if we had any questions. Highly recommended! I received excellent customer service from Sasha. She is the sweetest and suggested great places for us to visit in Sonoma! The bus is clean and it came with 2 bottles of champagne plus bottled water...too bad it didn't come with cups, but I came prepared and have cups available for us to use. However, our driver was a bit late picking us up, as he couldn't find the parking lot. He also took the long route to Sonoma which made us 30 minutes late to our first winery. What an experience! I decided to book a limo for my wife's 30th birthday party to go wine tasting. We had our itinerary lined up and they took it to look through. Our chauffeur Elbert (EJ) was awesome. Arrived about 15 minutes early, 2 bottles of champagne were inside when our party of 6 departed.
