I went back and simply asked them to fix the mistake, but they refused. They put me on the phone with the owner of the cart, and he also refused to make it right. I ended up calling the police for a civil standby/civil call regarding the refund issue. Even after the police spoke with the owner, he still refused to refund the money. That is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The fact that they would rather fight the customer at all costs over their own mistake is ridiculous. This was not complicated. They made my order incorrectly, refused to correct it, refused to refund me, and handled the entire situation terribly. I will never visit this location again.

The service was fast and friendly and prices were reasonable for a street taco (in this economy). There is a table and some stools next to the truck, but I typically take it to go. I was happy to see that they had many of the staple meats here like asada, pastor, pollo, chorizo, carnitas, and cabeza, and was even more surprised that they had birria and tripas! However, I wish they had lengua which is my absolute favorite! We ordered the asada, pastor, carnitas, and birria street tacos and they were all so delicious. The meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned so well. We also ordered the shrimp and asada taco and WOW that one was amazing. The flavors of this taco melded so well together and there was even an avocado slice! I love a good verde sauce and Don Taco's is up there. I've been on a quest and I'm so happy I found a great spot to fulfill my taco needs. Some of my favorite taco spots are in LA and Don Taco is definitely comparable.
