I wanted a mani and Pedi but the we only had time for the mani. When I say we, I am saying the tech had an appointment coming in at 4:30 and I had to get somewhere at 4:30. So the Pedi is on hold. The tech really took good care me. My nails were raggedy, Long, half broken, edges sharp like a razor, I just had to get it done. No more procrastination. The place was quiet just one other customer and I. The tech was so professional and really good, I found my self nodding a couple times. I didn't get a clear coat, no frills or fluff. It was so relaxing in there , the soft music was a bonus. I came here once before in 2005 or so but I know they've been around for well over 23 years. I have not had a manicure where someone really cleaned under my nails, did my cuticles, buffed every nail, and really took the time to give a nice manicure. Li and Jessica both did my nails, as about 7 (literally) women came in between 6:30 and 7:30. I get the powder manicure and they really did an amazing job. I have been to a lot of nail salons that rush and are trying to turn over customers and don't care too much. These guys take their time and really care even when they get an influx of customers an hour before closing.

The manicures and pedicures range from good to impeccable. I've had several manicures last well over a week even without the special add ons, and if you mess up a nail while it's wet, they're happy to fix. They also do waxing, and I've always been satisfied with these services. But the real highlight of this place is the massage. When they come around and give you the complimentary 2 minute shoulder squeeze... within seconds, you're sold on a half hour in the chair. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and i wish I knew her name. Legitimately started screaming at me while I was doing my nails and I had to ask her why she was screaming. Clearly did not know how to do gel, I was yelping in pain the whole time. The process took forever, and she had to remove the polish and restart twice. The nails looked like shit the minute I walked out and broke later. She also kept curing gel on my skin and would tell me I was wrong and be rude for complaining. 0/10 would recommend save your money and your time.
