The first time, I called ahead to ask how much gel nails would be and was told $45. When I went in and got them done, the final bill was $120. When I asked why, I was told it was because I got chrome -- which I didn't. Then the story changed to it being because I received a massage. I was never asked if I wanted a massage, nor was I told it would cost extra -- let alone $80 extra. The second time, the same thing happened: services were added on that I didn't ask for, and when I questioned the total, she panicked, clearly realizing the mistake, and offered a discount for next time -- which doesn't make up for overcharging me in the moment. This place consistently adds on charges without transparency or consent and then can't get their story straight. I highly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere. You deserve to not be charged for services you didn't receive or ask for.

However, the shape...let's start there. I asked for almond shape which I already had. All she had to do was file. I asked her to fix the shape three times and this is what I ended up with. It looks like I have press on nails! And the cherry on top was that she put the base coat as my top coat and fought with me saying she didn't. Finally another girl came over to fix it and believed me because the base coat wouldn't dry. At the very least they should have offered a discount but didn't. I am so displeased. Save your money...there are many places cheaper and do 10 times a better job.

They even offer water and a lap stand when I bring my laptop to catch up on work during a pedicure, which is such a thoughtful touch. The salon is impeccably clean, and they use high-quality products, so I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff for their honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my engagement ring and wedding band at the salon one evening. When I returned first thing the next morning, they had safely set them aside for me without hesitation. I was beyond grateful and so relieved. It's rare to find a business that combines exceptional service with such genuine kindness and trustworthiness. I can't recommend Noblesse highly enough!
