Good color choices and nice people work there. The owner is nice and young gives a good back massage.

Let me start by saying that I don't do anything fancy with my nails, UV light, gel tips, etc... so if you're looking for a review of those services, I cannot provide it. Seems from other reviews that this isn't the place for that, BUT- If you're like me, and just love to indulge in the occasional mani/pedi/massage, this is THE place. I've been going for years and really won't go anywhere else in the area now. The staff is talented and very friendly and even on a busy weekend, I haven't had to wait long to be serviced as they're clearly running a tight ship from a business administration perspective. The manicures and pedicures range from good to impeccable. I've had several manicures last well over a week even without the special add ons, and if you mess up a nail while it's wet, they're happy to fix. They also do waxing, and I've always been satisfied with these services. But the real highlight of this place is the massage. When they come around and give you the complimentary 2 minute shoulder squeeze... within seconds, you're sold on a half hour in the chair. My powder manicure was sloppy and technician was impatient. They would not wait the 15 minutes for it to soak off and filed down to natural nail with rough files. The tools looked dingy. I did not see sterilization equipment. An orange stick fell on the floor. They picked it up and popped it right into the box where they had the tools they were using on my nails. Micro cuts around my cuticles. Not clean and not good. read more

I asked for a powder dip extension and they did a UV gel extension instead. Ok fine. We started the process and 3 nails came off within the first 25 minutes of applying them. Then, when the base was too pink, I asked her for something a little more natural, and she brought out a darker color instead. Finally, the French tip was sloppy, they used a color that wasn't even close to what I asked for, and I have random purple pieces of glitter on them too. This is by far the best and most well-priced salon I have used in Westchester. And I've used dozens! Mani and top of the line pedi- and reflexology 10 min and 20 minute chair massage- all first rate and all for $79!!! A gem! read more

I was a first time customer, coming in for a manicure and pedicure. I was told over the phone this would cost $35 being I am a male. I had clear gel on my fingers and toes which needed to be removed. At the end of both my manicure and pedicure i was charged $45 instead of the $35 I was told over the phone. When I brought this to the attention of the person in charge; she went to ask the technician why was I charged a higher price? She came back with ( you was charged $45 because you had gel on your fingers and toes which needed to be soaked in water. This was absolutely absurd and clearly I was played for an extra $10 dollars. Any nail salon standard for a manicure/pedicure is to soak your hands and feet. That's apart of the treatment. Also the nail technician did a horrible job. So to all you NEW and old customers be aware of the (NAIL TECHNICIANS) possibly over charging and the owners going with it. Big turn off read more

The technicians at this place are okay, but this place is overpriced. A regular pedicure is $20 and their 'special' which consists of a massage with lotion is $33! I have gone to lots of places in Queens that offer a massage with their regular pedi for only $18 (AND put hot oil on your heels while they paint your nails, by the way), and they have different options for spa pedicures at various prices. I'll save my mani pedi's for weekends in the city from now on. read more

I just moved here and tried several nail salons before trying this one. I've been here 5 or 6 times for gel and pedis, the staff do a great job and they're all very friendly. I can be rough on my nails and they've fixed chips no problem. read more

I just moved into town and was looking for a new nail salon, conveniently they were right around the corner from me. However, I was not happy whatsoever with my nails. To begin with, the nail instruments were not sanitized or clean. Also, the nail tech struggled to get my tips on and keep them on, she used what looked like clear nail polish to glue the tip. I had initially asked for a new UV gel set which she instead gave me powder tips. When I asked for a natural squared look she made my nail round and not a single one matched each other. They look nothing close to natural and after only two days two have already broken, chipped and most of them are started to lift. I was charged $50 for something that was done very unprofessionally. I highly recommend you don't go there. read more

Been here at least 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times were NOT great. Maybe it's the woman who I end up getting, maybe it's the entire staff but they cut my nails way too short and leave the edges really square and sharp that my nails chip or break right away. Also, the manicurist left tons of polish on the sides of my nails, so I end up having to scrape it off my skin when I get home. For a pretty big nail salon in Larchmont, I expect better quality service. Will be going somewhere else. read more

This is by far my favorite nail salon! I have been here many times and I am always welcomed warmly by everybody. I am catered to every little need and my nails always look fabulous. I get compliments on my manicures because the colors to choose from are all outstanding and vibrant. I am a dedicated and loyal customer to this nail salon and not once has a customer complained. I called for an appointment with a particular manicurist. Nicole said okay and when I went in the next morning her husband told me the manicurist was no longer there. I feel Nicole deceived me just so I would come in. I have lost all trust in her and will never go to this nail salon again. No one even said they were sorry. read more
