I've tried at least 5 salons in the immediate area in the last year and this was the only one where the nail polish chipped less than a week after a standard manicure. The standard manicure is $12, less than other places. You get what you pay for I suppose.

04/21 I came to…read morePalmer Nails after being so disgusted with my nails and showing up to events trying to hide my hands so that they weren't seen. I wanted a mani and Pedi but the we only had time for the mani. When I say we, I am saying the tech had an appointment coming in at 4:30 and I had to get somewhere at 4:30. So the Pedi is on hold. The tech really took good care me. My nails were raggedy, Long, half broken, edges sharp like a razor, I just had to get it done. No more procrastination. The place was quiet just one other customer and I. The tech was so professional and really good, I found my self nodding a couple times. I didn't get a clear coat, no frills or fluff. It was so relaxing in there , the soft music was a bonus. I came here once before in 2005 or so but I know they've been around for well over 23 years. They do a really good job and they are very welcoming. I will be coming back for the pedi. Many reasons to.... Inspire more, Yelp more!

I noticed immediately a large chunk of old skin in the tool and stopped her. She got a "new" tool and started to cut way too much of my skin to the point where I started to bleed. I told her to not cut that much. Well she didn't listen and continued to butcher my next finger. I have been going there for years and never had this issue. I then watched her cap the tool and put it back in its plastic bag with no intention of cleaning it. They are falsely advertising a "cash discount". They are now charging credit cards a 3.5% fee, but if you pay cash you're not charged. That's not a discount that's a fee for using a card. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Seems from other reviews that this isn't the place for that, BUT- If you're like me, and just love to indulge in the occasional mani/pedi/massage, this is THE place. I've been going for years and really won't go anywhere else in the area now. The staff is talented and very friendly and even on a busy weekend, I haven't had to wait long to be serviced as they're clearly running a tight ship from a business administration perspective. The manicures and pedicures range from good to impeccable. I've had several manicures last well over a week even without the special add ons, and if you mess up a nail while it's wet, they're happy to fix. They also do waxing, and I've always been satisfied with these services. But the real highlight of this place is the massage. When they come around and give you the complimentary 2 minute shoulder squeeze... within seconds, you're sold on a half hour in the chair. A much better way to wait for your nails to dry than staring idly at the cover of People magazine.

The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and i wish I knew her name. Legitimately started screaming at me while I was doing my nails and I had to ask her why she was screaming. Clearly did not know how to do gel, I was yelping in pain the whole time. The process took forever, and she had to remove the polish and restart twice. The nails looked like shit the minute I walked out and broke later. She also kept curing gel on my skin and would tell me I was wrong and be rude for complaining. 0/10 would recommend save your money and your time.
