This place consistently adds on charges without transparency or consent and then can't get their story straight. I highly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere. For example, my sister finished her manicure and was standing next to me waiting for her pedicure without anyone directing her where to sit or who would be helping her. The same thing happened with my niece when she was waiting to have her eyebrows done after her manicure and pedicure. We completely understand that being busy is a good problem to have, but a little more communication between staff and guidance for clients would make the experience feel much smoother and less chaotic. The first set I had done, there were no issues, the second set is where everything went wrong, I asked for a color with cat eye instead Selena put glitter on my nails, two weeks later I went to get them off and there was FUNGUS on my nail. Selena tried saying it was because of hygiene, I've been getting my nails done for YEARS, I always clean my nails in between appointments, never have I ever had an issue, she offered to put some fungus remover on it and said it would go away within a week. When this happened not one, not two but THREE employees came to where I was, standing around her speaking in their own language trying to excuse what was clearly on my nail. I chose to believe the good in people and allowed them to do another set, in less than a week there was fungus on ANOTHER NAIL. By that point I should've known better than to trust them. They don't disinfect their tools in between customers, they don't take accountability. I went in to get them removed and told them that they tried blaming me for something they clearly caused, not a single apology from anyone there, and that final time I went in, Selena refused to look at me, another employee had to take off the set and they still had me pay!! Please don't go here, my nails never recovered, it took over four months for the fungus to grow out and my nails were never the same afterwards.
