Cocktail Omakase is a nice, intimate spot in LES. The value here is amazing. I was a little worried the drinks might be lower quality to make up for the price point, but every cocktail was super thoughtful and unique. The small bites paired with each drink were a great touch too; my favorite was the ember highball paired with the jammy egg. The staff was also really friendly and super accommodating when someone wanted to switch over to low-ABV drinks during the tasting. Overall an amazing experience, will definitely be back!

I loved this place and am already plotting to go back. They say they're planning on changing up the menu every two or three weeks so I can't wait to see what they come up with next time. It's four drinks and small bites paired with said drinks for $55. It takes about an hour, and you pick if you want to go the NA mocktail route, low alcohol or spirited which has a higher alcohol content. I chose the spirited version and we started off with a peppery broth. The ember highball was a non-alcoholic drink that is included in all three versions of the experience. That was accompanied by a jammy egg. The second round was a tomatillo shiso sour, which is one of my contenders for my favorite drink. You wouldn't think tomatillo and lime juice would work together in a drink but it was great. That was accompanied by a baked clam. The third drink was a sushi Sazerac which was my other favorite. That was accompanied by a sweet potato latke. The grand finale was a negroni that packed a punch. That was accompanied by a super crunchy piece of chicken, which was my favorite small bite of the bunch. They wrapped it up with a sour gummy for dessert. The counter was compact but it still felt like I had space, which was nice because I came by myself. Next time I'm bringing my husband though. I was a little early for my res so I went to the back bar which is ala carte and had a smoked lemon sour. That was also quite lovely.

No problem, I'll be back. No need to beg me! I came here with a friend, and we both selected the ABV menu. I thought the food menu would vary depending on the drink option you chose, but I was wrong. All of the menus were the same. Every drink was well crafted and paired nicely with the menu. I'd return to try the Spirited pairing for $59. This place is cute with limited seating. The timer starts as soon as you select the menu you want. The service is great and extremely welcoming.

This is a perfect date night spot especially if you both like to drink. Even if you dont they have non-alcoholic versions. It is a timed seating so dont be late. All our drinks were perfectly balanced and paired with some bites of food. Each drink was explained by the bartenders. After if you want to continue drinking which is what we did you can go to there bar which is in the same room behind the sliding doors.

It did not disappoint as it was high up on the 40th floor. DI reserved an area between the bar and patio for the event. Enough room for our party to gather and not impede on other patrons. I found all of the staff to be very professional and attentive while very busy. The menu has a variety of small bite options, which was shared amongst the group. Everyone seemed to enjoy them, suggesting one another to try this or that. The bartenders/ mixologists were on their A game. The drink menu is pretty extensive and from what I could see, our party choices ranged from wines to whisky's and several options between. The rooftop/patio was an extension of the comfortable but trendy decor. Great space for an evening, date or friend gathering. Dear Irving... well done. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Tell the bartender what flavors and spirits you're in the mood for, and let them work their magic. I gravitated toward whisky-based, chocolate, and fruit-forward cocktails, and every single one was phenomenal. My husband stuck to Old Fashioned- and Manhattan-style drinks, and those delivered too. The bartender absolutely nailed our preferences, crafting delicious cocktails tailored to our individual tastes. Getting in is part of the experience: knock on the door, and they'll let you know if there's a spot available or add you to the waitlist. We visited on a weeknight around 8:30 PM and waited barely five minutes. I'll be coming back every single time I'm in NYC. Exceptional bartending, personalized cocktails, and an experience that genuinely lives up to the hype. Do not miss Attaboy!

As we were walking out, the host/person checking IDs at the front was incredibly kind and asked us if it was just the two of us because there was space upstairs (we didn't know that was an option!) I am so thankful to them because we were able to enjoy some of the best cocktails I've ever had. The staff was incredible - they checked in with us throughout the evening, explained the menu and gave excellent recommendations. We started with their old fashioned drinks (Lock and Key and the ash and molasses) - both were excellent. After that I tried the psycho killer (a whiskey drink with cacao nib campari, roasted banana and absinthe) - I have had absinthe in a Sazerac before, but this drink was unique and truly special. We couldn't help but get one more to share before leaving -- the Belfast Bred, a cold brew drink with a delicious cream on top. We didn't order food on this visit, but everything looked great. Highly recommend stopping here for some of the best cocktails you'll ever have.

The tea was strong and fragrant - it is on the sweeter side, a bit like dessert, so i had to pair it with water, but it was still yummy and would recommend yuzu contact - this was alright! Typical yuzu but ive had better ones - personally feel like the yuzu can be brighter and a bit sweeter rating: 4/5 - the drinks were all good but nothing particularly stood out except for the hojicha colada - the vibe and the music really brought up my rating though! It was such a cute, cozy, intimate spot for dates - small speakeasy with only a few seats, similar to bars in japan; it's one of those japanese listening bars and i love it - there was light jazz in the background, not too loud that i had to shout - the mood was perfect; I couldn't stop staring at the interior decor and immerse myself in this little cozy corner - service was super quick, nothing much to note IG: @nom.noms.only
