great service but we have came to the conclusion that they put sleep pills or day quill in the food had my son in law passed out from 3:30 to 8

I've been here a few times and have always had good food. You build it yourself and they cook it, so if it doesn't taste good then it's kind of on you for making a bad combo tbh. The cook job is always good and has never been under or over. The servers are all friendly, and the cooks do a good job of checking if you want extra teriyaki when they're cooking it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They did a recent renovation and it looks so good now, too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is big and clean and there's a lot of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've taken friends here a few times and they've always had good experiences as well.

Lots of chattering among the Hispanic female employees - to the point of annoyance. Their work duties are secondary to the chattering and aside from being rude and irritating, the floor needs sweeping, they are out of peanut sauce and not tending the food bins, and apparently everyone but myself is ok with it. Wierd in a negative way. Won't return.

Came for lunch, everything looked clean and vegetables looked fresh. The lunch all you can eat grill cane with egg flower soup and rice. Price was 12.95. All staff was helpful and friendly. I need to come here more often!

I am a self proclaimed Mongolian BBQ professional. For almost every weekend of my childhood, my family would spend one of our meals at the local, family owned Mongolian BBQ restaurant. One not too dissimilar from Coburg Mongolian Grill. Due to my years of training and practice, I have mastered the technique of creating the perfectly proportioned and tasty mound of food. So, to surrender this control and allow the employees to compile my dish had me hesitant but curious. First of all, I am very excited that C.M.G is doing takeout. Too many times have I had wished to take my leftovers to go. Now, I can get that hefty serving of food and then save the rest for later. It's very easy to make an online order. You just check the boxes of all the ingredients you would like to be included. very easy to pick up too. The staff was very friendly despite obviously being busy with orders. My only note was my meal was not 'saucy' enough got me. I have developed a very strategic method to ladeling the perfect amount and combination of sauces over my vegetables and noodles before they get dumped onto the hot grill surface. I love to watch the sauces bubble as they evaporate and get absorbed into the different fixings of my meal. So, if you are at all crazy like me, make sure to add extra to your order.

Really good non-high end dining. Everything was fresh and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We would eat there again.

Honestly, thank god for authentic Chinese food…read more This is the best place you go to in Eugene for delicious handmade dumplings and noodles. Came in mid-afternoon on the weekend and the place was busy. We were seated immediately and received our food ~10 mins after ordering. We ordered the spicy and sour beef noodle soup, veggie dumplings, and scallion pancakes. There is an option to adjust the spice and numbing levels to your dishes. The food came out steaming. The veggie dumplings were flavorful and the wrapping was just thick enough to make 10-dumplings a hearty meal. The taste profile is similar to what you'd find in Northern China, and there is chili oil/vinegar/soy sauce at the table for you to make your own sauce. Scallion pancakes were deep-fried and on the thin side. They were more oily than the homemade ones I'm used to, but the crunch and flavor on them were nice. The sour and spicy beef noodle soup (opted spicy and numbing) was yummy. You can tell the noodles were handmade and they had a good bite to them. The beef was tender, the bok choy was a nice refreshing balance to the bold flavors of the dish, and the tea egg was a nice addition. The soup was quite sodium-heavy and oily, but the flavor was quite authentic and still yummy with the numbing spice kicking in towards the end. The interior is clean and has a viewing window at the front where you can see dumplings being made in real time.

Grad day but came early while the ceremonies were still going on. Able to get a seat for 6 for lunch right away. Casually elevated interior. Friendly and direct staff. - pork wonton in spicy sauce - their version of chili wonton. Very flavorful and not too spicy - sichuan spicy dry noodle - mala spice which numbs the mouth a little but not overbearing - sweet and sour pork - I always order this dish. It does come on the saucier side so I recommend a side bowl of rice
