I had a rude shock when I ate my feta spinach croissant. It was cold, not room temperature cold but refrigerator cold. Now I know why the customer before me asked for her item to be heated up. I had the croissant before at other Cobs outlet and it was never this cold. Now I wonder if the products could be leftovers. The other stuff (hot cross buns, scones, buns, cinnamon rolls) I bought were ok, like what you would get at other Cobs stores.

We came here to get a french baguette for dinner. Also, they have pretty good selections here. Prices are a bit more expensive compared to the supermarket but of course the trade off is that there are less preservatives in their breads and the breads are guaranteed fresh. Service is always good here. Highly recommend Cobs Bread. Note that they are located in the street mall and that means there are plenty of free parking.

It is situated in a small mall next to Choices Market. There is sufficient parking available in the mall. The store is small but seriously packed with delicious goodness... it caters to the sweet tooth & to the savory... it has cakes, pies, biscuits. I went for the one item, sausage rolls... it was very good... I heat it up by wrapping it in an aluminum foil in the toaster oven to bake it for 10 mins, then open it up & toast for about 5 minutes occasionally check for the amount of crispness you want on the roll. It was so flaky & the filling in the sausage was good, not salty at all with a slight hint of spice. A very delightful treat... hubby enjoyed it immensely. Definitely worth going back again. Service is still good and my favourite baked goods still taste similar as before but in smaller portion now. That is the reality when we are facing inflation. One suggestion I told the serving clerk to perhaps put a sign to separate freshly baked ( such) cookies from days old products. I went there on a Tuesday morning around 10 am and I bought a pack of shortbread cookies. I took it to the car and my husband tried one right away and found the supposedly crisp cookies were quite soft. He said these were not freshly baked. So I went right back to the bakery and told them what my husband said. The manager agreed to give me back the refund and the serving clerk told me the fresh cookies will be ready in late afternoon and the one I bought was baked over the weekend. I believe it is important for the bakery to separate the daily baked fresh products from the rest.
