Extremely poor service. I pay $40 a month to have my car wash and detailed as much as I want and never a good job! I always have to go through and clean myself and they expect a tip. The machine cracked my windshield and instead of manager Charles trying to help he looked for a way out of taking responsibility. He said my windshield was previously cracked, which is not true. What kind of customer service is that? There is an auto glass replacement at this locations , and signs saying they take responsibilities for damage done by their machines. Instead of being helped I was blamed for the giant crack I know have in my windshield. Get this, he said call my insurance. I will be going to corporate about this but I would def not recommend this location. I then ask him to cancel my membership and he says he can't help with that either. Never will be back. read more

We had the worst experience with cobblestone on Kyrene. We paid $220 for a wax and clay bar treatment to get some with paid drops off of our black car. The paint drop were not even on for an hour so definitely not stuck on. Dropped the car off around 12 picked it up around 6pm They work didn't look good at all. I still had paint on my car and now I had white wax smears in certain spots on the car. I called them the next day and dropped the car off again to get redone. I picked up the car again for the second time and the paint is still there....I can scratch it off with my finger nail so I know it will come off.....there still wax smears every where too. If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible service, I still have paint on my car and I'm out $220!! read more

Cobblestone is beyond loathsome. Tried to exchange a detail for a hand wash. I was informed I needed to "send a letter to the corporate office." You must be kidding! So I asked for a refund. Again, "send a letter to the corporate office. STAY AWAY from this place. I need to write a letter to get a prepaid service adjusted? I doubt you folks stay in business long. 5.12.17 - To update everyone; I contacted Jason Dyer who is the manager responding to a few folks. He was about as unhelpful and rude as the staff I dealt with. He is not replying to folks here to try and resolve issues. Its all a show. read more

In the past I have used Danny's car wash and happened upon this one by accident. I needed a wash badly and the inside of the car was dirty as well. I got the their cheapest wash, ($15.00) and I was impressed! They did a great job vacuuming the vehicle, wiped down the vinyl inside, removed the trash and cleaned the inside windows. I was pleased with the amount of time of they spent on the vehicle when it came out of the wash...a solid 10 minutes. There was no residual water anywhere and they did a great job on all the windows, inside and out. They applied tire-shine and air freshener. I hope all Cobblestone's are like this one! read more

This place is a complete Joke. It is not worth a single dime at this place. I took my girlfriend's car for the full detail especially with interior job and some touch up on the exterior. But do you want hear funny story? she ended up paying 120 dollars and even worse, the manager refused to pay full refund after 0% of the stains on seats were removed. I even try to talk with corporate mangers multiple times to resolve the problem by leaving voice mails(every call goes straight to the voice mail) but never heard back from them. Have a second thoughts and please Choose wisely when you take your car to this place... read more

Justin is the sole reason I come get my car washed. I used to go through the drive thru car wash to get it done faster, but now that I met Justin he knows exactly what I need. I would much rather take the time to stop by and get service from him than just go through the wash. Don't get me wrong, the drive thru wash is spectacular but Justin had added me on to a Supreme wash membership that makes my car look brand NEW. The deals and specials this place has is the reason why it's so successful. I've been coming for years and will keep coming as long as Justin is employed here. Thank you for all you do Cobblestone and JUSTIN! Highly recommended!!!! read more

Haven't had a bad experience with getting my car cleaned here. I get my car washed about 5 times a month with the unlimited plan so that it is always smelling fresh. They have great discounts once you're in that plan for some time. read more

I was harsh the last time I reviewed this place. So I thought maybe I need to just chill lower my expectations and try again. I bought a discounted wash with gas. That is a nice feature. But I got a call and had to go. I verified the ticket was still good and came back the next day. As I got out of the truck I hear the ticket guy say "this has been a horrible day." I was a little worried but they honored my ticket. He asked about the water spots on my truck. He told me Arizona water is really harsh and you should't let it dry on.......... ok. So my tuck goes through no prob..... Here is the prob. It sits there. Untouched. DRYING. The 3 poor guys they have doing that are just backed up and they keep bringing more cars..... Now the last time the manager said he was disappointed I didn't talk to a manager before I post. So I found a guy who acted in charge and told him my concern. After a while he said he verified my truck will be done under the 20 minute mark. I was not asking it to be DONE. Just DRY it. you can do all the rest later just DON'T LET IT DRIP DRY. I gave up. I said ok. Guess that harsh AZ water is softer here. As I leave I tip the guys $5. I feel bad they work in the heat and bust their buts. One tried to give me my ticket back.... said I would get a discount. I told him keep it.... don't need it. Right as I leave another fellow asks me to verify my tip. I was like yeah.... what the issue? He says they suspect the one I tipped of skimming and wanted to verify the amount. Wow.... Just Wow. Now I am sure the manager will write me a nasty reply and tell me to stay off his property. I will say..... Willingly! read more

I dont get car washes here yet just the cheap cofee and soda refills. Overall nice place but one thing they could do to get that 5th star is speed up check out. It takes forever to ring someone up. They should take a look at QT. You're in and out and they have employees working two registers at once. read more

Some Auto Spa. Staff was friendly, place was clean and convenient for if you had to wait. I came here to get my car detailed. That wasn't really the case. They forgot to clean places like the rear view mirrors, the board behind the back passenger seats, the trunk. I ended up having to clean those myself. I have leather seats and I needed them to be conditioned. They don't seem to be conditioned. They actually look as of they were greased down. The back seats still look oily. They conditioned my dashboard for some reason even though it wasn't leather so at the moment it looks super greasy. At first I thought it would take some time to go away. But it's actually been a week and it still looks bad. I'm very disappointed and will never be here again. Way to impress a first time customer Cobblestone! read more

So a couple weeks ago I got my car washed at the fantastic Cobblestone Spa on Baseline and Kyrene. I got my free bag of popcorn, and went outside. I put my clutch purse (big wallet) on the chair next to me and played on my phone. My name was called, I gave them my membership slip for the free wash, my tip and took off. That Friday night when I went to gas up my wallet wasn't there. I had to call it quits for the night with no license (am taking a photo of it BTW in case I forget it or something) and worried about 'where' all night. In the morning I back tracked and called Cobblestone. Yes, they had a wallet. After my description I was super happy to get it back. Nobody knew who turned it in so I didn't know who to reward and thank. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and I promised I'd send them a pizza. Last Friday, I got the 24" meat lovers pizza from Venezia's Pizza as a big thank you for everyone. These guys are terrific and saved me days if not weeks of work replacing all the things you carry in a wallet. All the $ was there and honesty ranks them top billing. Thanks Cobblestone, you restore my faith in fellow human beings read more

As Trump would say: Very bad. Fake car wash. Very sad. I paid too much for a mediocre job. I picked my truck up and there were spill marks and dirt still on the door handles and plastic interior. I rubbed it off with my finger to see if it came off easily and of course it did. I couldn't figure out what they were doing for the 3 hrs it took them. I brought my car back because they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and everything looked the same when they were done the 2nd time... spill marks still there. I honestly think they're just fucking with me at this point. I'm going to buy wipes and clean my own car now. It took 3 hours so plan on having a friend pick you up. read more

five stars for the employees. the other day i pulled into this location to use the air pump because my tire was extremely low. i couldn't actually use the air pump because there were quarters shoved into it making it jammed. when i checked my tire again it was even more low than it was before i drove. so i figured something was wrong and air was leaking quickly. i started to try to change the tire and put the donut on and failed miserably. i sat there defeated until one of the employees came over to help me. not only was he able to successfully change my tire for me, he did it with a smile in the 100+ degree heat and even grabbed his own jack to make the process easier. i didn't get his name but whoever he was, he made my day a little easier just by being so kind and going out of his way to help me. so three thumbs up to that man!!! read more

I went later on in the day and the service outside was a little slow in getting to me. I have the monthly plan for ultimate car washes, which I recommend if you get your car washed often (more than once a week) and I found out that there was a problem with billing and the inside staff was super knowledgable and friendly. They have both inside and outside waiting areas. The only downside to this place is that the hours of operation are pretty limited so I often find myself missing the later end of the day because it closes at 6 read more

Don't come here!!!Really bad service with terrible attitude. They don't know how to take care the customers. Cars are not clean for multiple times even with ultimate plus wash. Tired to deal with them just want to let everyone knows how bad they are. Don't waste your money! read more

I really liked how clean the car wash was. Great prices and they have happy hour everyday between 7-9am which is really cool. The only reason I gave it 4 star is because they offer free vacuums with a purchase of a car wash n the vacuums suction isn't that great. I have a husky dog so I need a really good vac to get all that hair up. Other than that it was a great experience. My car was spectacularly clean so I will be back. read more

Found these guys close to my office, great work very satisfied...got the works this go round I'll be back.

The self serve car wash is actually open to 7:30. I was very impressed with Jonathan, one of the workers there who went out of his way when I came really late to let me know when the vacuums shut off. He was so friendly and my got so clean considering it was a drive-thru wash. On top of everything, it was pretty reasonably priced. Definitely going back. read more

They let my car dry out in the sun, full of water streaks. I was in a rush an did not have time to get it redone. Awful. I paid $26.

I had a very busy day planned of running errands and have needed my car washed for weeks. The Closest detail shop was this one. I pull in, someone greets me asking what I want, I pick "the works" wash. Then he leaves me sitting there, doesn't give me any instruction. I get out of the car and have to go ask around for what I'm supposed to do next, the next employee points to the inside of the gas station and says "pay there." Fine. I get my car back, it looks how it did when I pulled up in the first place. There is still crap all over my carpet, crumbs everywhere. They left cleaning product residue all over the inside of my car. They also offered me my favorite air freshener in the beginning and then didn't put it in the car. I'm on a budget but went all out to detail my car today for once in my life and the detail was terrible. Wish I could have my money back. read more

Horrible will never go to this location again, I own a custom painted car bought a groupon thinking it was a good deal to try and why not give this place a try and never again there was 12year old kids working there and spraying crap on my rims from a distance he was so hype about my paint Im guessing he was out of his mind, the windows looked like they were never even touched this was first time I have ever been to this car wash, i have never been so dissapointed in a car wash I didnt even want the free coupons they offered for another free wash. Even if this is family owned which im not sure of I mean come on if I wanted some 12 year old kid washing my car I would have rather went to a school and get what I paid for smh. Very let down I was looking for a place near my home to become a regular sense I just moved to this side of town and I rather travel far to get great service. read more

This is the "Worst" location for Cobblestone. I'm in there frequent wash program, so I get my cash washed at least 4 times a week. They are lazy and very unfriendly at this location. I can only recommend you go to the Tempe location or Apache Junction. If you go to the Tempe location ask for Dustin he is the best, this guy is very customer service friendly.. read more

This is the best Cobblestone in the valley! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient and their washes are superior to the other locations. I have gone to many around the greater phoenix area and I will go out of my way to end up at this one. read more

Don't waste your time or money here. I went in and paid for a hand wash because I don't like running my cat through automated car washes. When I looked the cat over there were big spots that had been missed and when I pointed them out the "car wash professional " proceeded to try to wipe dirt and road grime off my dry car with a dry towel. Huge no no. Later that day I noticed spots on the hood and roof thay had car wash soap that hadn't been rinsed off dried on them. Needless to say I will never be back. read more

I'm really amazed at how clean my truck came out. They did a fantastic job! The staff was great. They noted my antenna and removed it for me. Then at the end of the wash, my mirrors were slightly pushed out. The attendant at the end walked over and adjusted them for me as I exited the wash. Everything about my experience there was fast and easy. So happy with how clean my car ended up. Wish I lived closer to this place. read more

I had a membership with them for almost a year. Sadly it wasn't for great service it was just the complete laziness of finding a new place to wash my car and actually canceling the membership. I would say I've had 3 satisfactory washes in that year and I was going 2-6 times a month. Even though I'm not too picky I like them to actually vacuum the seats and wash the Windows, but sadly many times this wasn't done. I didn't really "inspect" the car before I drive off but toward the end I did and when I pointed things out the guys would hand me a rag to clean my own dash board... The final straw was when an employee used my private information saved in their system to try and get a date with me. After multiple text messages and phone calls I was finally done with this place.Completely unprofessional and horrible service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. ( or even give them your correct phone number) read more

Ok. Had a groupon coupon and hesitated to even go after reading all the Yelp reviews that read "STRONG PRESSURE to upsell". Made me not want to go BUT I arrived and the BEST worker Jeremy approached. I thought "here we go" and all he was ...was POLITE! No up selling !!! Whew! I thanked him and said I'm leaving a positive review on Yelp for YOU bc after reading all the negative ones I was prepared. He made the visit enjoyable and I have a sparkling clean car!! Thank you JEREMY! Cobblestone listen up! Offer just don't PRESSURE! read more

I just do the quick washes and it is perfect to keep my car shiny and clean inside and out.

Let me just say that the Diamond touch doesn't the seats. A 45$ car wash does not include THE SEATS ?! I took my car back in since the first & second time my car was left dirty ! Spoke to the manager who was very helpful, but overall the car wash here sucks, I could've done it myself WAY BETTER. Never spending $50 on a car wash ever again. My car was vacuumed & dash was oiled up, THATS it, windows till had water stains, there was old water bottles in the cup holder . Etc.. save your money & go down to 40 st and Baseline. read more

Told the fast-talking high-pressure sales guy I just had the car detailed, and just needed a quick wash and wax. 10 minutes of his sales bibble babble later, I got the "Great Deal" of $100 off $349 of "gift certificates" for external ind internal detailing..."For next time". When I said no, they charged me $34.95 for what amounted to a $9.99 wash. Guess what? There won't be a next time. Worst car wash I have eve been to, in 40 years of driving. Well, my visit to this location started off well. I brought my fancy car here for a hand wash. Nice kid took my request, gave me the receipt to pay and got the process rolling. Very happy and accommodating individual. Believe his name is Randy. Where the problem lies is the quality. Carpets were vacuumed but it doesn't look like it. Car had lots of water spots and my leather treatment turned into a oops I forgot and then "all we do is wipe it down" take in mind this is a classic car that I take care of so not like it's some dump car with trash all over. This baby stays in a garage most of it's life. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for the manager to come up, same guy who sold me the wash. I have to thank him for making things good and personally trying to go the extra mile but where the poor swerve and quality lies is in the operation of the company. The workers need to take pride in what they do. read more

Took my truck in for a wash, purchased the 35$ car wash. They didn't even spray or scrub the dirt off my tires. Talked to the manager Charles about it, and he was very rude, unprofessional and wouldn't do anything for me except tell me I should drive my truck in dirt if I didn't want dirt on my tires, we'll guess what dumbass that's why I brought it to the car wash!
