This is the second time I've went through the wash and got a basic wash job when I paid for more ! I got no hot wax the 1st run through so they ran me through again , and asked to see my receipt ! Really you don't know what car gets what wash ? Needless to say there was no hot wax the second go around either also I have chosen the tire dressing every time and only once has the guy at the end done anything to them ! After an hour of waiting, my car (white, 2013) still had dirt and streaks on several parts of the exterior. Not in a hard to see spot either, it was right on the back of the car. I saw it as soon as I walked up to it with the guy who hands you the keys back. He didn't notice, and neither did any of the other people working on it. Clearly nobody there even remotely cared to do a thorough job. To their credit, the place was very busy. But the real disappointment was the interior - I paid for the highest tier including carpet and floor mats shampooing. They did that but left the entire dashboard and most of the console completely dusty and dirty. It looks like they wiped over parts of it once with a dirty towel and then called it a day. The inside door area was also barely wiped down, had spots and streaks everywhere. I think it was actually dirtier AFTER they "cleaned" it. The waiting area inside (where the air conditioner lives and therefore the only realistic place to hang out in the summer) is very small and only seats a few people. There are more shaded waiting areas outside. The attached convenience store has a lot of options for drinks and snacks. Staff was very friendly but that doesn't suffice when you pay for a clean car and only get a somewhat cleaner car (after an HOUR of waiting). This was not the best $60 I've spent on a car wash. I could have gotten the same result (minus the carpet/floor mats shampoo) for about $8 at an automated car wash. I will not go back to Cobblestone. read more

Told the fast-talking high-pressure sales guy I just had the car detailed, and just needed a quick wash and wax. 10 minutes of his sales bibble babble later, I got the "Great Deal" of $100 off $349 of "gift certificates" for external ind internal detailing..."For next time". When I said no, they charged me $34.95 for what amounted to a $9.99 wash. Guess what? There won't be a next time. Worst car wash I have eve been to, in 40 years of driving. Been coming here for over two years and always get exceptional service. Recently had Randy one of the Service guys suggest a cleanup/detail job on my vehicle where the trim was peeling. He did a small portion and it turned out great. Had the vehicle back in the very next week for complete detail. Manager Jeremy and the Detail Guys did a great job and went above and beyond. Advertisement on street proclaims $0.50/off per gallon with purchase of a car wash - however, that's only if you purchase a specific car wash - one that costs in excess of $25. It is quite unclear about this until after the car wash is selected - and, if the wrong/cheap selection is made, then the advertised discount is not applied. To be fair, the $15 car wash I purchased did include a discount on the fuel I purchased - just not the full discount as advertised. And, the car wash was quite well done. read more

WORST wash and service. I brought my truck in for a hand wash. Asked for a hand wash because my truck is lowered with custom wheels and paint. What do I see about 10 mins later?? My truck rolling past the window. Too late by that time for my truck to be pulled out. After I was demanding my money back I go to get in my truck. It's not even dry and my wheels have chips in them. The "manager" I think she was lying about being the manager, tells me that there is nothing they will do about it. They don't cover the damage. And that the wheels must have had those chips in them before I got there. This place is hot garbage. I would rather wash my truck with sand paper than go back here again. read more

Everyone was super friendly. Went in for a car detail to remove some debris on my hood. The guy tried to offer me a monthly membership but I told him I just wanted it done the one time. He didn't push the situation any further. He quoted that it would take 1hr to 1.5 hours and I said that's fine that I would just wait. The waiting area is also a convenience store which seemed odd at first but was actually convenient. Go figure. They had like 5 TVs and 4 comfy lounge chairs. Free popcorn for car wash customers! It cost me $99 to get buff, wax, and complete car wash inside and out. I had a bunch of dog hair they offered to clean for an additional charge but I declined. It took ab 2 hrs total and my 2009 Hyundai hatchback was sparkling. It seriously looks brand new. And most of the dog hair was gone!! I will def be back. Took a bit longer than expected but they were pretty thorough. Only thing i would suggest is letting customers have control of remote. CNN and espn don't fit ALL of your clientele. read more

If I would have done this a few minutes this ago, it would have gotten 5 stars. But with the new car wash manager, the quality of everything sucks. I kept going back because I love the people, but I'll have to change to another cobblestone. I have complained to him four times because my car looks dirty and I spend so much time after washing it, re-cleaning it. They have sped up the process so the soap and everything doesn't get rinsed off and there is no dry time hardly at all. This guy came from the auto loop cobblestone and I quit going there because of him, I'll try back there and see if they got better after he left. This use to be my favorite car wash until I met Justin! Wow... this fool! Justin has the worst customer service ever! He was rude, condescending, combative and confrontational. Even after the manager, Patrick, came to assist in resolving the problem, problem being Justin, Justin continued to argue with us. We looked at the manager and asked how this was possible? Patrick just stood there and watched Justin fight with us. Clearly, Patrick has no control over his employees. The fact that this person wanted to continue and argue with his customers was disgusting! To top off the disrespect he went on to say that he has the best reviews on Yelp! Well here's to your amazing reviews Justin because I don't think you deserve them after how you acted today. I think the most disturbing part of the service today was Patrick. I've had the monthly car wash pass for a few years now. $15 per month, top quality wash, I was pretty happy for my once a week car wash. I just got a new family vehicle and wanted to get the same thing. I was now told that they only have a basic wash, for the same price. I wasn't too happy to be paying the same price but for less. They gave me a number to call to see if I can get the same offer. I called and spoke to Heather. She informed me that not only could I not get the same deal but that my price went up this month to $19.99 and could go up to $29.99 in a few months. Surprised I asked if I was informed of that. She said they sent out an email but then said they didn't have an email one file. They didn't have an email because one wasn't asked for several years ago when I got the pass. I said, if you have no email did you mail me something? Apparently only an email was sent. That sounds like a shady business practice to me. Increase the price, don't inform the customer and wait till they call in. I like this place because it's close to my house but I'll have to look into other options. read more

I took my SUV there for a interior detail. They did a fantastic job detailing it. I wish I could add before and after pictures. They were stains everywhere. Beware!! Make sure you ask plenty of questions about the price of services offered. I brought my vehicle in to have the exterior and interior cleaned. The way the info was presented to me about the the interior conditioner and leather protectant, was as if these products were included in the price of the ultimate wash. Although I should have asked more questions up front, I think it's important for people to be very clear when presenting information. Overall,it was a little deceitful on the salesman part, but this a good reminder for the consumer to be knowledgeable as well. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! A few weeks ago about an hour before closing time on a Saturday my husband and I decided to run our white SUV through the Cobblestone wash. There was a bright blue Kia in front of us in the wash and when it came time to dismount the automatic system the Kia reversed their car instead of putting it in drive. There was no employee working at the end of the line to stop the automatic system so our white SUV continued toward the blue Kia and we ended up pushing the car off the conveyor belt with our bumper. We immediately went inside to speak with a manager. We were told there wasn't one on duty but that they would "review the security tapes and call us the next day." No one called so we went back to the store and spoke to Charles, one of the managers. He let us know they had in fact reviewed the security tapes and saw exactly what I described above. He proceeded to tell us that it was the driver of the Kia's responsibility, not Cobblestone's to repair the damage to our vehicle. We then tried to contact Cobblestone corporate to escalate the situation and no one has returned our telephone calls to address this issue. Take your business elsewhere! read more

I usually go here for the express drive through wash and detail the car myself as it's much cheaper that way. This time I decided to spend the 30+ bucks to get the "ultimate" wash. They didn't even vacuum the inside of my vehicle, let alone detail anything inside either. They spilled some cleaning product all over the floor of my car and didn't even clean it up. And somehow managed to only clean two of my tires/wheels. It took them almost an hour to essentially not clean my car. So basically I spent all that extra money for the same wash that you get for $6 in the drive through wash and they spilled whatever all that chemical was in my car. I did bring it back and they wiped the two tires with a towel (the other two that did get cleaned were scrubbed with a brush) they soaked up the cleaning product and pointed me to the self vacuum stations that were all in use. Yikes. You guys up-sell and pressure people so much to get more expensive and detailed car washes but it's all talk it seems. You need to follow through once you make the sale. read more

I came in on my lunch break because a friend who is a car buff recommended this place. First, customer service, and wait time was impeccable. Unfortunately they didn't do a very good job of washing my car. There were still remnants of bird poop on the back, they didn't bother to even vacuum the cargo area of my Subaru Forester even though it was empty with the exception of a yoga mat bag and the wipe down was not so great and vacuuming in general could have been better. I splurged on the extra $10 for conditioning and it was 1) very shiny but 2) half assed so it made it very apparent when certain areas weren't wiped. My car was pretty dirty going in so maybe I should have splurged on a detail, and was planning on doing that next but I doubt that Id come back for a detail when they can't do a good job on a $26 car wash. I'm going to go back and ask if they'll finish the job and will update my review then. If it weren't for the superior customer service this would have been a 2 star rating. read more

This is unfortunate that after many years of having vehicles washed here, since the first time there was a car wash built in this building, I will be calling it quits.Today when I arrived at the self-service, while I was talking to someone on the phone, I went to choose my (inexpensive) wash. It was about 4:30 today, and the "dude" who came up to my car tried to "save" me money with some upsell of their most expensive wash. I explained I knew what I wanted and that I was in kind of a hurry, and this customer service MVP and salesman of the year told me I was rude, that I had interrupted him, and that (as said above) he was just "trying to save you some money." It's funny, but I kind of know what I want and I know how much I want to spend. As it is, I realize now I don't want to spend even the cheap amount for what's now a sub-par wash even if it is convenient to where I work, if it means I'm going to be accosted when I go for self-serve. Come on, if I wanted to be over-sold, I'd go to the full-service line. If you want a good self-serve wash at a decent price without being attacked by a pushy, rude salesperson, I suggest going elsewhere - I'm going to now. read more

Visited a few times for a quick drive thru car wash. Consistently hassled by employees to upgrade my car wash, very rude and pushy salesman. One day I finally gave in to upgrade to a month of unlimited car washes. I was surprised when the following month the money was automatically taken out for an additional month of unlimited washes (definitely not explained when I initially signed up). Went into the car wash to cancel it and they can't do anything for me at that location so an 800 # was given to me to call instead. Took a good hour to get through to someone after calling and I couldn't be refunded because it was 3 days after the charge so I had to pay for the full month. Tried going back in to talk to a manager at the location and they were very condescending and unapologetic that there was nothing they could do for me. Got the $9.99 Express Car Wash after they stated they could take my Dodge RAM 3500 dually on their conveyor. Needless to say it was a nightmare. After I paid the gate went up and the turning radius was way to tight. They had to unscrew yellow poles as not to hit my truck. Than they have a second gate that nearly hit my truck. Than I had to drive forward and back 3 times to get the truck lined up with the entrance of the car wash. The actually washing of the truck in the tunnel was terrible. The brushes were much too aggressive, slapping the heck of my new truck. The tire shine got all over my chrome rims and the Manager sent someone out to get the tire shine off the rims and reapply tire shine evenly to all tires. Overall way to aggressive on any car or truck in my opinion, stay away if you have a large crew cab or dually you won't make the turning radius into tunnel and most likely will damage your vehicle. I think their older car washes I use are better than their new ones. read more

Usually other Cobblestone locations are pretty solid, but this one consistently sucks. They are lazy and never wipe down the seats and I always have to ask them to do more, which isnt the case at other locations. Also, letting people smoke in the waiting area outside is bad business practice. I hate second hand smoke. It's so selfish and any business that allows this sucks. Not coming back. read more

Got my car a little muddy over the weekend and stopped by for a cheap, quick wash. As I approached the entrance, an attendant told me my car was too muddy, that the vehicle behind me could get scratched from the mud, and that I could not use the drive-thru unless I bought the detailed wash package or went to a self-serve to rinse it off first. I get it, but still, I was pretty annoyed. Luckily as I drove towards the front to get a refund, the manager Jeremy stopped me and hosed off my car for me. He had me back up and re-enter the car wash. A simple and thoughtful gesture to make the customer happy! Just moved to the area and that was my second time coming here, and thanks to Jeremy I'll continue to be a returning customer! read more

Yikes talk about poor management. I came here for a car wash on Saturday, typically one of the busiest days at any car wash. There were 4 ppl who were actually cleaning/drying the cars but then another 6 ppl in red who had to be some sort of management not doing anything but standing around talking and watching the poor 4 ppl work. Then you have another 4-5 sales guys who try to sell you everything under the sun. I've been to several other Cobblestone locations and this is by far the worst. From the time I paid to the time that someone started working on my car was 20 min. At anything other location I would have already been off on my way. Super disappointing as I have always been a fan of Cobblestone. read more

I called them to get an quote but instead of getting one, the person on the other side insisted that I stop by because they are very slow today and if I do, they will get me better discount. Honestly, I could care less about the discount but i went there anyways because I wanted to get the car cleaned. I got there and the manager gave me a quote for $344 for bunch of stuff that I didnt ask for. I instead said I could only spend hundred dollar and I need to get the interior cleaned including the seats, doors, plastic areas and carpet. and paid $85, even through i had to ask twice for that cause they had asked for $102 without any discount that they promised earlier. anyways, they promised that the car would look like brand new by the time they are done with it!!! Oh boy! I could see all the corners were still dusty, all they did seems like just a basic touch up for 2 hours of my time and $85 beside the seats cleaning. The first man to approach me was just reeking of booze said his name was Teddy"like teddy bear". I end up buying the works...my cars not that dirty. Store was nice, pleasant atmosphere. I have to say this car wash has been the worst, every tine we go something is missed. We've tried this place 3 times thinking maybe it will get better but it never has. Car is not cleaned properly windows with spots and we had them vacuum our car again. You're not suppose to baby sit people who should be doing their job. read more

As soon as I pulled up there were several employees working, one came to my car and was friendly, however a very aggressive sales pitch followed almost immediately. I understand working commission, but don't try and sell me everything you can and when I tell you I just want a simple car wash to push for a coupon book of car washes for $82. I got the ultimate wash and as the employees were washing the inside they immediately asked if I had windshield on my insurance and how they wanted to see if they could replace my windshield for 3 small chips that are practically not noticeable unless you inspect it thoroughly. When I went to my car after it was "finished" the car still had bird poop and dirt in several locations. The tires were supposed to be cleaned and there was still lots of dirt that was very noticeable. I told my husband how much I paid for the wash and he looked at it and was instantly disappointed. The inside was supposed to be cleaned but there was still lots of dust on my dashboard. I would hate to see what the $3 car wash looks like if the "ultimate" looks like this. I will go back to this car wash. Caleb was GREAT - I am traveling with a bike rack on the back of my car. Caleb stepped right up and removed it and replaced it after I drove though the $5.99 wash. I must say that this wash was not the best I have experienced as it did not remove a portion of the bugs I got from my travels and the drying was not the best - however, Caleb brought me a towel that I used to wipe off the remainder. I do have experience with this type of drive-thru service and I know this was not the best result. However, I will be back and do it again as the service was great. Also, the vacuum was very good. My sister used the $15.00 wash and was very satisfied. read more
