I was a frequent customer for years...but NO MORE. Attendant refused to remove my antenna bcuz i did not pay additional $ for higher wash. Then he said he would remove it but could not put it back on. My spare tire cover got lost during the wash so i went back immediately. The cashier said nothing could be found and done so i asked to see the mgr. No mgr on duty. Cashier assured me i would get a call back the next mrng. No call back from mgr all mrng. I called twice by noon, I was not transferred to a mgr until I got drilled about why I needed to speak to the mgr. Then I was kept waiting on hold for over 5-8mins. Needless to say I never got a response from the mgr. All I wanted was a resolution or even a response of "we are sorry for the issue" But, nothing. I'm upset. Note: No restrooms available for customer use either. read more

$27.00 for a car wash and the inside windows were streaked and still not clean. Not a great experience.

Worst slowest service ever. Not staffed for busy time 10 cars backed up w/ only 4 people working the finish line . Left before my car was done - back to work. Never again read more

Not once, but twice I have had my tinted windows ruined here. The manager gave a routine speech the first time I was there and stupidly I continued to give them my business. There are small holes and scratches all over that require the interior to be completely retinted. When I brought the second occurrence to management, they did nothing to assist and proceeded to give me the same BS excuse. I paid for the 50 dollar plan for many months but will not be giving them another dime. If you value your car take it to a place that cleans their rags and gives top notch service!!! And to clarify, I did not say you ripped my whole tint off, it has many small holes, requiring the tint to be replaced. But quite frankly I don't see a difference. read more

Love it here! Cannot go wrong with the basic $3 wash, and no need to pay for the pricier packages. Everytime I've ran my SUV here, the attendant has managed to tape the bug guard on my hood and my rear window-wiper. And free use of vacuums! What more can I ask for? Absolutely the best! Will continue to patronize this place! Keep up the good work, guys! read more

Always have great service from driving up, to going to the register, to driving off in a clean truck. Everyone is always pleasant. They have a nice "All you can wash" package that pays for itself in two washes. I would recommend Cobblestone for sure. Oh ya you get free popcorn when you get your vehicle washed. read more

Went to Cobblestone on 03/18/16 for the Works Wash for $21.99. I got my car back and they didn't vacuum or vacuum the mats. Appears they just sprayed some air freshener and gave me back my keys after it went through the wash. I would have complained at the time but I had to get to work. Their lack of work ethic still bugs me! I tried calling but the customer service is severely lacking at this location. The location at Elliott & I-10 has much better customer service!!! It's farther but worth it. read more

Terrible terrible terrible. Not only can you not even get a car wash without being pestered into a detail, and once you decline the guy he's rude. Another guy comes up telling me my windshield is cracked and asking me about my insurance when I had already told them twelve times I just wanted a basic car wash because I was in a rush. My car then sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be dried while everyone was standing around talking. My car didn't even come out clean. Pretty frustrating and safe to say I won't be coming back. read more

This is honestly the WORST car wash I've been to. I have been there a total of two times. The first time, my car looked somewhat decent but I've gotten way better car washes at other companies. I thought I would give them another chance and took my car in for a full inside and out cleaning. My car doesn't even look like it was cleaned at all!! There's still dust on my dashboard, there's bird poop still on my rear passenger door, and you can't even tell that my vehicle was cleaned both inside and out. This place is a corporate rip off and I wasted my money giving them another chance. They lost a good paying customer today, I will not be returning to Cobblestone or any of their locations. Extremely disappointed. read more

Worst Cobblestone ever. I have a fast pass and drive Uber. I looked up a location closest to me and drove here. There was no mention of it being express only. I was a bit annoyed at that fact when I arrived. So I ran my car through and the dryers are pretty weak. But I know they have compressed air. But much to my surprise the air was like a baby blowing out candles on a birthday cake. One good thing that came out of this experience is that I will totally appreciate my regular Cobblestone in Surprise in Bell. By far the best one I've been to in my year of being a fast pass member. read more

One if not the worst cobblestone I've been to. They are slow and do a mediocre job. The best is cobblestone on Elliott. I won't come here again. read more

Honestly this is the first time I have a left review because I don't do this. If I could give this less than a zero I would. I have been using this cobblestone for years because it's literally down the street from my house. This will be the last time I come here. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that you need to be harassed by the same employee about signing up for unlimited. Last month I took my car to get washed and pulled up to the gate to pay, as soon as I pulled up an employee approached me and asked me what car wash I wanted and asked if I had unlimited I told him no I don't have it and he asked me if I wanted to join I said no thank you. Instead of accepting my no he continued to berate me about why I didn't want to join and being sarcastic about it. "What you don't like saving money" "you know it's going to rain right" "I bet you anything you're going to be back within the month" "wow you don't want unlimited on a black car" "if you just sign up you won't have to deal with me anymore" I chose not to say anything and continued to get my car cleaned. I went again today and pulled up to the gate the SAME employee approached me and I already knew I didn't want to deal with him. When he got to my car he asked me the same question as last time what car wash I wanted and I said I don't know but I got it and thanked him and I didn't need his help. He continued to stand there and asked me if I had unlimited I said no I don't and told him I have dealt with him before and I told him no last time and it is till a no and yet again told him that I got it thank you. He stood there next to my car and basically refused to leave. He berated me again with the same statement "what you don't like saving money" I told him that every time I come to that car wash he hounds me about signing up and I have said no. I asked him multiple times to please leave me alone he continued to stand there by my car and say "gate has opened you can drive" "I'm just trying to do my job miss" I told him he can respect the fact I said no and repeated myself multiple times I finally started to drive and he said "I'm going to get you to say yes" there is no reason anyone needs to treat anyone like this. If I said no I said no. If I said I didn't need your help thank you I'm sure that's a sign to please walk away. I asked him multiple times to step away from my car and he just stood there. Trying to prove a point. I'm not sure what that point was but I was extremely uncomfortable. Please don't go there. read more

Visited this location yesterday and paid for the $149.99 package. I am very disappointed with the service though, the guys smiled and shook my hand like they did there job. Obvious spots were not wiped in the vehicle, armor all sprayed on all floor mats making my feet slide all over the place and potentially has messed up a $200 pair of shoes. The most blatant slap in the face was when I noticed my car wasn't even washed, I asked upon arrival and was told I would get the premium package. Also my bottom floor mats are in my truck which was not mentioned to me before leaving. I wanted to like this place, but it left a very bad taste on my mouth and I'm looking to be fully reimbursed and have my shoes paid for. Very unacceptable and unprofessional seeing as to how they had my car from 1pm-5pm and basically did nothing and somehow my tire was almost flat when picking up my car. read more

This is a pretty standard drive through car wash but it is not one of my favorites. So, usually before I go to a new business, I look up reviews and read them with a grain of salt. Often times, I give them the benefit of the doubt if there are a couple of bad reviews. I was terribly wrong in giving Cobblestone on Kyrene and Baseline the benefit of the doubt. After my experience, every bad review on this listing has been proven correct and I am not pleased with my experience today. I am a student and so getting my car detailed (for the first time) was a pretty big thing to pay for. I asked for an interior detail which included the exterior car wash. They told me it would take 2 hours. I waited inside for 2 hours with nobody telling me anything/calling me up. I went outside to see what was going on and they said they would bring the car around. I walk into the car and it looks like I could have done the same thing at home for free (I am not exaggerating). The seats didn't seem like they were shampooed at all, there was still little noticeable stuff on the car floor and they didn't even bother to at least try and pretend they did something by applying some cheap scent. I had to go to class so I took the car home. Another family member took the car back and inquired about our car and why it had not been cleaned properly. One of the staff members said the reason why the seats didn't seem shampooed was because "it dried after sitting there for one hour with nobody picking it up". I was sitting in the lobby for 2 hours and the staff member said otherwise blatantly lying. They went on to create a whole variety of excuses which has left me terribly frustrated. I cannot believe I just spent $156.00 on such poor service. I will never visit this place again. If you've stuck around with my story so far I'll leave you with this: Don't waste your time coming here and do not give this business the benefit of the doubt. Not worth your time, and definitely not worth your money. read more

This place has been in the midst of being built for at least 2 years. Maybe almost 3 years now. Finally it opened up a few months ago. I have been in here 3 times now. Because, at first people seemed a bit nervous running it. There is an older guy that does not seem like he belongs there. Trying to sell you everything, from gas to a detail of your vehicle. He must be the owner or at least an investor. I just wish he would stop trying so hard. I am giving them a 4 star because, they do try so hard. I tried to tip the guys that were doing all the hard work on the car , drying it by hand and all. But, they just give you the hand and have you give it to the team lead. Which is fine if they are all splitting the tips.( The Workers) that is). Things are just a little too up tight here,so then you feel bad for the workers, like they are all nervous and afraid to do anything. There is a happy medium with workers. You do not have to have the raines so tight. They do a good job, but not a great job.I think that is due to the micro management. But, it is a new business and hopefully they will work it all out. It is not cheap. But, I bought gas which saved a little on the car wash itself as well. I am glad there is another choice in Tempe, because, there was not too many to be honest. read more

Thank you, VANESSA for the awesome service! The wash looks great, the guys are friendly from start to finish.

I recently moved to Arizona from Southern California and was looking for a full car wash interior/ exterior (not a detail) just simple wash and interior vacuum/ wipe down. At most car washes in California I could get interior and exterior for $40 or less. The first time I went there the guy totally swindled me said he would give me a free wash today and the next time I come back he would only charge me $120 for a full detail, "okay great" I went inside got a free outside wash that day and paid $120 to come back for a detail (I drive a VW Jetta) The next time I went drove 25 minutes there it is somewhat of a trek from my house but hey I have $120 I need to use. When I arrived they told me they wouldn't have time to get me in for a detail they needed at least 2 hrs and were closing in 3 hours and had someone in front of me. So went for the 3rd time early one weekend morning they said it would take 3 hours so I said okay, dropped off my car and had someone pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait around. When I came back 3 hours later I was shocked they didn't wash the outside of my car. I asked the guy- "you didn't clean the outside" he told me $120 only covered the interior. Call me stupid but don't you think $120 would get you a full interior/ exterior for a VW Jetta?! My interior is spotless already not like they had to do much on the inside. He said there was nothing they could do and I could pay to have it run through the wash but it would take another 30 minutes to an hour. I ended up leaving calling a mobile detail company later that week who charged me only $30 for the outside of my car and they came to my house! Long story short this place is a complete scam and I would steer clear! read more

This is the damage to my tire from Cobblestone car wash on Baseline and Kyrene. The worker was so focused on "up selling" me that he neglected to tell me to put the car in neutral I'll take responsibility for not seeing the sign but I was shocked at their horrible customer service. The store manager put the donut on my car then he ignored me and wasn't even going to wash my car before I left . I thought I'd get better customer service from the general manager Jason Dryer but he was so busy telling me I was responsible, that he didn't even apologize until I forced him to. He also said I was lucky I didn't hit another car or damage their car wash!I also made him take my address so he can mail me some free car wash coupons, I'll let you know if he follows through. An apology goes a long way in softening the blow of having to buy a new tire. Now I feel better giving a negative Yelp. Don't go here if you like your tires or want good customer service! read more

The FastPass is absolutely worth every penny, especially if you value keeping you car spotless. Worst Car wash experience ever you could get in the valley Regretfully , I was subscribed in Ultimate wash and I found that my car didn't get any Ultimate options services like the Rain protection foam neither Hot Wax . In addition to that my Fast pass was not working for many times and every time I pulled over my car to ask for help and I hear tons of worthless excuses . BTW i was lucky if I could get a chance to find a helpful person over there .last time I asked a person working over there for help 3 times and in last time I asked him by saying " Excuse SIR I need...." and you could imagine how this person was disrespectful and he didn't pay any attention but the interesting thing is the attitude of one of the manager who was defending him and he said it is not his business to help you because he is working in Glass repair ...!! ... Really a nice way to encourage your employee to be more courteous toward this place customers . Note: I checked my car several times when it went on car wash belt and other times when I took my car by myself to wash it in express way and for both ways I got just the basic service which is half the cost of what I paid monthly...!! Another issue , if you try to find someone in charge to speak with , surpsrisingly you will find couple of people claimed that they are the Manager ...!! every one is manager over this place Cobblestone Tempe Baseline ....lol.....!! I realized after a while that this plcae has new manager every couple of weeks .... Don't bother yourself and try to look for names on the wall that supposed to show the administration staff names to customers having problems . Finally , I asked one of the dozens managers over there to cancel my subscription and he gladly helped me to do that....!!...Such an Excellent and professional Manager who feels Happy when see a customer cancel his subscription without doing anything to satisfy a customer paying $500 a year to his employer company....!!. ..Wow. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever gotten for $50. When I took the car back to fix it I was given attitude (no I wasn't an asshole about it). The leather seats and indoor panels are completely dirty. When I showed the guy he advised me that for the $50 wash, they just wipe down the seats they don't clean them. I understand if the seats were stained, but they weren't and I showed him by licking my finger and rubbing off the dirt. He said "well to clean it that good it would have cost $75, and I only paid for the $50 wash". Are you effing kidding me! I will never go back there again, and I'm going to advise everybody I know not to go there as well. Maybe if it was a $10 or $20 wash I wouldn't be surprised. Oh also there's debris between both seats and the center console and and it looks like they didn't even clean or wax behind my spare tire. Those extra perks probably only come with $100 wash. I'll go Take 5 minutes to clean the rest myself because that's how much extra effort it would have taken. Normally I would have talked to a manager, and have them fix it, but I was so annoyed I decided to just leave... I understand I should have checked the car more thoroughly when I was leaving, but the sun was going down and I was very tired. And seriously I have to check to see if my seats are covered in dirt? read more

I was very unsatisfied with my car wash today. When I walked around my vehicle, I couldn't believe how many dead bugs were still on the hood of my car and in the front grill. When I got in my car and drove away I was very disappointed in how streaked my windshield was and on top of that there was still a huge dead bug in the middle of my windshield. I ended up going to another car wash to use the free vacuum they have to vacuum the dash. I opened up my back door to find a sunflower seed still in my car. I'm very disappointed that this is the type of service you get for a $24 car wash. read more

I had just finished using the restroom after going through the car wash and vacuuming my car. As I reached my parked car I was approached by a windshield repair salesman wearing a Cobblestone shirt asking to see my insurance card. I replied "I'm not going to do that." He asked me again saying he had a hard time hearing, so I repeated I wasn't interested. To my surprise the man got extremely irritated with me and demanded that I "Get off my f'ing property!". As I got in the driver's seat he continued glaring at me while standing inches from my door and continued to insult me as I backed away. I'm perplexed by this behavior and want to warn others about this. read more

I went to this location for the first time and I had a fantastic experience with customer service! AJ, the manager/owner of this location, was definitely the key to my good experience here. He was extremely helpful and kind, getting my cracks filled in my windshield. He gave me a great deal for it as well, which was very generous of him. I can tell that he truly loves helping out his customers and has a very good attention to detail. I also really like his hands-on attitude with all the customers (I don't normally see owners doing this!) And of course, the staff did a great job detailing my car; very clean - even after a weekend at the renaissance festival (lots of mud caked on my vehicle before it was cleaned to perfection!) I really appreciated the social and attentive atmosphere of all the staff. I will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

I visited this location today, 10/05/18. I was greeted very professionally and advised by one of the employees who thoroughly went over the various packages, costs and benefits of a monthly membership. He was very no pressure and friendly. So this part of the experience was great and with no complaints. In the end I chose the Ultimate package for $29.99. The following services is what they claim to provide in the basic package: Interior Vacuum; Dust dash & console; HAND TOWEL DRY; clean windows; Soft cloth wash for $15.99. Now because I purchased the "Ultimate" package for an ADDITIONAL $14.00 I assume the way it works is you get the basic package wash PLUS the following "Ultimate" package additions: 7 day clean car guarantee; the Carnauba Wax Protection; Tire Dressing. Once my car went through the wash, It all went down hill from there. I stood outside patiently waiting for them to do all that is indicated in what they advertise with the "Ultimate" car wash package. First off, there seemed to be no organization for other cars that were coming off the wash rack. So it looked as though they just started putting cars where ever they could fit them. Who I assumed to be the "leader" was so busy tending to other cars that he wasn't paying attention to what the other employees were doing or NOT doing (in my case). After waiting for about 10 minutes, 2 different people started on my car at different times. 1 guy did the left side of the car and the other guy did the right side of the car. A third guy did the dash dusting, inside front windshield, rear window and skipped the rear 2 side windows (I have an SUV). The only hand towel drying that occurred on my car was the windows, wheels and supposed dash dusting. When the "leader" got to my car to say it was ready... well let's say it wasn't! He didn't even look it over thoroughly to ensure it was clean! I got to my car and found some oil remnants still on my driver front door, my sun roof was not even clean and all water spotted because again they DIDNT hand towel dry it like they say they do. The car grill was all water spotted, the tire dressing wasn't applied evenly, the wheels were not wiped down, along with the door jams. I was a bit irritated at this point and found myself asking, "Just what did $29.99 pay for?!" Truly bad terrible work. I had to wonder... Do they not think the customers are watching what they are doing to their car? I know some people could care less but there are some customers out there (like me) who do pay attention to what they are doing and in this case NOT doing. We pay to have a service done and when their end of the bargain is not fulfilled it can leave a bad taste in a paying customers mouth. I suggest if you want QUALITY then DO NOT go to this location. I just lost $29.99 for a crap job car wash that was disorganized, and obviously the employees at this location don't care about what type of job they do. Avoid this place if you can. Or if you don't mind losing your hard earned money and wanna just give it to this place be my guest. It's a rip off in my opinion. I will never recommend this place or be another customer to this location. I also work with a auto dealership who likes to send their shuttle cars out for detailing. This place just lost out on that opportunity due to this terrible experience. read more

I went to this cobblestone this past Monday. I have to say that was some of worst service I have ever had. And when I tried to talk to someone named JAROD a supposed supervisor he was rude and had no empathy. The man acted like he paid me to be there or something. I didn't spend 25 dollars on a car wash to be unhappy with the service. And as I explained to JAROD you should want customers to be happy not frustrated by their experience. He blew me off so I proceeded to speak to another supervisor who was ranked lower than JAROD'S job. His name was Michael and he was great. He apologized not only for me being dissatisfied but for JAROD blowing me off like I was a fly in his face. I appreciate that you have people like this on your staff. Because if it weren't for him I would have never gone back. I'm not in management nor am I trying to tell anyone how to do their job but my opinion is JAROD could take some customer service lessons from Michael.
