Horrible service. They told me to wait wherever I wanted so I waited inside with this triple digit weather and that they would call me and they didn't I had to go outside to see my truck parked outside by the gas station, I spoke to the cashier who said go outside and find the guys with the red shirts they have the keys... Smh "really?" Anyway I asked and it turned out some guy with a blue shirt had my keys and he didn't even walk me to my Silverado to see if I was happy with the service. I bought the "Ultimate plus" interior and exterior wash and found the outside had water spots and the inside still had some trash on the side of my doors (minor trash but still) also the middle cup holder compartment had some dried spilled soda which was not clean, it just seemed like they got a rag and wiped shine all over the interior without cleaning it, just disgusting. The screen tv for my backing up camera is still dirty, I wiped my finger through the screen and it was so dusty. Last but not least I didn't get the freshener I was promised -black Ice, not even a thank you or we appreciate your business. I'm really disappointed. I waisted $32 smh read more

I just spent $29.00 on a wash and it was awful. Interior not wiped down in areas, the window are smeared and the vacuuming was so bad I had to redo it myself. I specifically told them to take care of the interior and was told they would do a great job. When I complained about the crappy job, I was told they only do a "light dusting" inside and that their vacuums do not fit under the seats. WTF. If I could give this place NO stars I would. Highway robbery. Such thieves and liars. read more

If they don't talk to Tyler and he will make sure it's fixed. This store is high volume and with that there will be some misunderstandings. Tyler will make sure once you leave not only will all be good but you will feel good about coming back. I recommend this store to anyone just get to know the staff it's worth it. I love this place. First negative review I've posted goes to this place. The positives, very polite and welcoming staff with great business model to get the cars through quickly and keep customers comfortable whilst waiting! Negatives; execution of cleaning my car. The outside is always done well but I've had enough with getting in my car and see areas still dust-covered and grubby. From the dash to the the console, the cleaning process is missed! Lastly, three times I said I wanted a basic car wash - three times! I got into pay and see that I'm being charged for the supreme car wash - and see it's because I responded with a selected air freshener when asked. Just makes my eyes roll and annoyed with the slight shadiness at going for a few more dollars. Get ready TNT Car Wash ... New customer heading your way soon! read more

I tried them once and bad experience they left dust on dash board. the window you could not see smudged. I like to keep business in the community so I gave them another chance, WRONG it was way worse then the first one and he even forgot to do the tires that was included in the higher paid car wash. The workers do not care and very rude. sorry i have told many many friends not to go there they are not worth it. so sad people do not care about the quality of work they do. I will never go there again. Best place is AVONDALE on dysert rd. that is where i will go from now on. Take pride in your work people I do give tips big tips but not to people that don't care. read more

A few month back I purchased one of the multi-wash packages from this Cobblestone. At first the service and result was fine but it has really gone downhill. I always pay extra for more services than my original package. Anymore they seem to ave forgotten that tires have wheel rims that actually get dirty and need to be cleaned. They deliver the car without replacing the antenna. They forget to put the tire shine on. They give the car back still wet, They only clean half the floors. Then the last time the final inspector guy who delivers the car back to you tried to give it with 3 loads of bird poop still on the hood. He did wipe it off after I pointed it out but there was no apology. After I (politely) asked if this was the kind of service I could expect in the future he said have a nice day and walked away. There are a lot of other car washes around and you can bet that's where I will be going. read more

Horrible Service, 3 separate issues with my car going thru tunnel wash! This time my car jumped 3 rollers and Mgr stated it was my fault, but yet could NOT prove on camera I hit my break. Was rude, would not rectify situation and stated "Im in control of my car the whole time"... Umm your rollers are in control of my car. CANCEL SERVICE Im surprised I waited this long. Everyone I spoke to on social media has reported issues over and over. read more

Kim in the oil change center is awesome. She is very friendly and honest. Their oil changes are speedy too. Unfortunately, the guys washing cars have problems. I never leave feeling like my car is as clean as it should be. There is either dust on the dash, kids fingerprints still on my windows, back seat floor unvacuumed, or smudges on the windshield. And they never ever vacuum my trunk, which I thought was standard for car washes. If it wasn't for the good coupons I receive and the free washes with the oil change, I would never get a car wash here. Sorry, Cobblestone, I want to give you a good review but only your oil change department earns the 3 stars. read more

I'm usually pretty casual and (unfortunately) have become pretty accustomed to mediocre customer service. But having read the reviews here and having visited this establishment again today I will have to agree - they just don't get it. So, It's my birthday and as part of their "rewards" program" you get a free Basic Wash. I wanted a better wash than that so I went in and inquired about this. First off the counter person didn't think I could get the free wash today since my b'day isn't until tomorrow. We got that straightened out and she told me I can just pay the extra for the upgrade (good so far...). When I came back in to pay, the next person said "not valid today - has to be your b'day..." - got that straightened out (again) and then the system wouldn't validate the free wash. Manager called (Mike?). He came out and explained the reason was that I had purchased the "wrong wash - it's only valid for the Basic Wash". When I stated, "I should just be able to pay for the upgrade" he said, "No, it's not how that works". When I argued that was a pretty dumb policy he blamed it on corporate but said " Don't worry bro - I'll do you a favor and take care of you..." Okay - I'm NOT your BRO and you're going to do me a FAVOR by letting me spend more money for a mediocre wash???? So - BRO - get a clue! The only person I have dealt with there with ANY kind of Customer Service skills was the cashier (Kelly) (courteous, friendly, efficient and even sought me out to apologize for the mix up - very cool). Your "service writers" and management need some training and you're going to have to do a better job. (The 3 people who work on drying off the car usually miss the tape on the spare tire and have to be asked to have it removed... basics gentlemen, basics...) Going with 1 star... Oh, and your prices ARE high! read more

Not happy. I was told my wash would take 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes I went to the counter and asked the girl if she could find out the status of my vehicle. I just wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how satisfied I was with the detailing service I recently received at the Cobblestone Auto Spa in Surprise. John and Anthony made sure that my truck looked like brand new at the end of the process. Any issues I had with something being missed or not complete were addressed on the spot, right away with no questions asked. The customer service was excellent! I will definitely return for additional services in the future. Thanks to John and Anthony and all the staff at the Cobblestone Auto Spa! read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! My husband recently went here to get his oil changed on Saturday February 6th. The guy tried talking him into getting other work done than just his oil changed and he declined. Well after they were done with the oil change and he got his truck back he left and he drove 30 miles with our 1 yr old son in the truck. When he go to where he was going the truck quit working. At first we thought it was because they didn't put oil in so we called the shop which they didn't answer the phone. So I had to go down there for him to try and speak with a manager which I had to wait about 15 minutes because they kept calling for him and he wouldn't come up to help. Once I finally was able to speak with him he told that he would go check their tapes and come back. 10 minutes later he came back and said that everything was done right on their part but would drive to where my husband was and take a look. Once he got there he realized that there was oil in the truck BUT the radiator cap was never put back on correctly causing the truck to over heat & cause a blown head gasket. He told us that since they were the last ones to touch it that it was obvious that it was their fault and too take it to one of their mechanic they deal with to get fixed. Well after getting it towed there which we had to pay out of our pocket and was a 28 mile tow.. the mechanic told us that the cost to fix the problem would be 7,500 dollars. So my husband called the place to let them know the cost and now they are stating that it wasn't their fault and they are not responsible to fix this problem. Now we have a truck stuck in the shop that WONT START AT ALL and they were the last ones to touch it. NEEDLESS to say WE WILL be getting a lawyer & suing but I advise people to stay far away from this place... We were also regular customers here to where next time we go in we have would receive a FREE car wash but its not even worth it especially seeing as our truck wont even run to get it there. read more

I took my truck in today for a detail and was greeted by Tyler. He was extremely pleasant and very informative. He explained all options and the difference between certain options. He told me my truck would be done around 4. When I arrived at 3:45 my truck had just been completed. Tyler brought me my keys and went through the truck with me. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, and the attention to detail that was spent on my vehicle. I am very pleased and will most defiantly be a return customer. read more

This is horrible, i paid for a monthly pass at a different one. i live in Surprise and I'm disappointed. I've been using this Cobblestone's oil change services since it opened up in Surprise and have been happy with their service each time I've gone back. The service crew is always helpful and show genuine care for the maintenance of my car. Regardless of who helps me, I'm always given advice on areas that need attention, even for things they can't repair or make money on. One of the crew, Ryan, came over and started to vacuum my car as it's oil was being changed. When he was done, he made a point to come over and greet me and while I don't recall ever meeting him, I could clearly see on his face that he recognized me as a loyal customer. I soon learned that he was the Service Manager and thanked me for my continued patronage. I return because I've never been disappointed and the crew has always reflect the care I have for my car's maintenance. I highly recommend Cobblestone Auto Spa in Surprise. read more

I came to get a express wash this past Monday and the young man in the green shirt that helped me offered me a fast pass I didn't get it because I only use the carwash once or twice a month and it was the first time I felt they didn't pressure me to buy something from them. I don't remember his name but he was very respectful and polite. I asked him how can I make the paint on my car look shiny again because its faded and he told me that I needed to do a three step buff to make it look shiny again and to get rid of some scratches. I didn't know what that was but he explained it to me, I felt like he knew what my car really needed to make it look good again. Most of the time people there are just trying to sell and make people buy unnecessary product. I will definitely come back to buy a detail wash from him when I am ready, and before I drove away he asked for my phone number and sent me a coblestone link with a free express wash. Great costumer service. read more

Got my car washed there this past Tuesday, and the guy that cleaned the interior broke the adjustment handle off the driver's seat. Told the Mgr, who told me that he'd replace the handle, which would not work as the steel pin that holds the handle to the car seat is part of the seat and they would not replace the seat. Just "great", their employee breaks something and it's pretty my the customer's problem. WILL NEVER GOT THERE AGAIN!!! read more

I would take my car here on occasion and one visit I had an issue which Tyler took care of immediately. He was very efficient and cared about my satisfaction in making the situation right. Because of the way this was handled by Tyler I decided to get the fast pass. Tyler seen me trying to decide which pass I should get and quickly suggested all I needed was the basic because my car was new. He explained the difference in the washes. I was impressed that he did not try to have me waste my money. Now both my husband and my mother have the fast pass and we are dedicated to this particular location. We know if something is not done to our satisfaction they will quickly get it done. And if something is wrong they will fix it. The guys know how I like it done and rarely have to ask them to do something again. I have faith in the staff and the management wants nothing more then a happy customer. I will not take my car anywhere else for a wash. I know my car is one of my prized possessions and when you pull up and can trust nothing will be missing and they will take care of it for you, it eases my mind. And the convenience of the fast pass is one of the best choices we have ever made. And it's all because of the service from management. Thank you. read more

I took my Camaro in today to get the oil change done. Everything went smooth until the service was completed and when I got in my car the check engine light was on. I went back inside and spoke to Alex who came out to check the code. He told me it was on when he got in and i must have brought it in that way. I told him it was definitely not on and it had to be from them. He was very defensive and insulting and kept insisting it was not their fault. He was not even able to explain the code to me and cleared it and sent me on my way. Well 15 minutes later the light is back on so I took it too Max automotive, which is a great spot. Terry took a look at it and after about 15 minutes explained that the oil filter was improperly installed and had pinched the wiring harness nearby and that was the reason for the code. I was relieved it wasn't a major issue, but angry that Cobblestone had done a poor job and tried to blame it on the customer. The management needs to take a closer look at how customers concerns are handled. The poor customer service and poor execution of the job has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is the first and last time I will get an oil change here, and I recommend you look elsewhere before coming here. read more

On 3/4/08 I went to this business to get my husbands 2006 Dodge Ram detailed. I was taken inside where I ended up with a bill of $249.00 which I believed I would get the truck done and it would be wonderful! It is in very good condition allready so this should be no big deal. At the register it was $264.00 and my truck was on it's way to be beautiful! About 2 hours later I get it back and I go to put my soda in the holder and notice that it has been half assed vaccumed! I go inside and find out that "oh no, that is a prepaid detail to come back and have done when I had time." I had time that day! The next day I take it in for the "works" to be done. 7 hours later they bring me my truck (I sat there and watched my truck all day). The only thing that has happened different from the day before is that they sprayed the shiny stuff all over under the hood, in the wheel wells and on the tires, and the upholstry was done. I watched a mans car get all the buffing and polishing that I paid for but my truck never made it over there. I had to leave to get to the muffler shop so I took off. While at the muffler shop I was able to look the truck over. I went back to Cobblestone very upset. The inside of my doors were filthy and the little scratches (that would have come out had it actually been buffed) were still there. My windshield still had soda splatter on the inside, along with a few other details. Mind you this truck had been "washed" twice in 2 days. The manager seemed to be upset about this also as I pointed out all the details. I was asked if I could leave the truck and he would get me a rental car but I needed to get the truck to my husband in New Mexico that night. He asked the "detail manager" if he could get it done in a hour, after some whining by that little creep they took my truck over and I saw more work get done in 45 minutes then I saw done on it all day! I tried calling the main office but all you get is a recording. Of course the option #2 to speak with a representative is "an invalid request" so you leave a message on option #40 Jason Dier ( he is over the detai shop part) and I have yet to hear from him. I don't recomend that anyone go to these rip offs! read more

I have been a member for about a year now and service had fallen a bit. Some things were getting missed and actually thought about going somewhere else for my service. During that time at no point had customer service lacked. I was always greeted with a smile inside and out. I kept going and noticed things had picked up. I watched as the guys oversee g the end product were actually have some vehicles redone as it didn't meet final inspection quality. Kalimba is absolutely amazing. Everything he ends up with my truck it comes out looking showroom quality. Zachary is absolutely focused on customer service on the front end and always absolutely always has treated me like a celebrity. I wish I knew all the names of the individuals at this location becomes they would be mentioned in this review. I now send all my friends and family to this location as the customer service and quality of their services are absolutely positively worth the money they charge. I took my car to cornerstone to get an oil change and a free car wash. They told me that I needed to replace my transmission fluid even though it was recently replaced and still good. When I got my car back from the carwash, the check engine light was on. They had taken off my serpentine belt. I told them they needed to fix it because my car was working perfect before taking it in. After arguing with the attendant for a few minutes they finally put the belt back on. They told me that the tensioner was broken. After driving a few miles the belt fell off again and I had to get a mechanic to look at it. He told me there was nothing wrong with the tensioner and that they must not installed the serpentine belt correctly. When the serpentine belt fell off after leaving Cobblestone, it was destroyed. They refused to pay for the damages. After an hour of arguing with the rep, I was able to get a few basic carwashes (not even a fraction of the cost of the mechanic or even the parts). This was my first and last time going to Cobblestone. I don't even trust them enough to cash in on the "free" (cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs) car washes. read more

I responded to a Groupon offer of 3 "The Works" car washes at the Surprise location. When I got to the counter with my coupon, the person behind the counter told me my coupons "WERE EXPIRED!!". They were purchased Feb. 17th - but the expiration date was 2013 - 3 years ago. They WERE NOT GOING TO HONOR IT. Fortunately another customer had the same coupon. A manager was called and told us the coupons would be honored but expire on May 14th (in other words, use in 2 months or forfeit). The wash itself was sloppy!!! The corners of the windows still had dirty water spots and my vehicle was returned with water dripping from below the doors. I complained and the water was wiped off. The interior window was NOT wiped or washed at all as there was a squished bug body that I took off with a Kleenex and another dirty item remained that I removed by wetting the Kleenex. i let it go - will use my 2 remaining coupons but not return to the Surprise Cobblestone car wash. read more

So I've been to cobblestone quite a few times in the past. I took my previous truck there many times and the quality was ok. I JUST bought a new truck and took it there this morning for a wash. As it came out of the wash to be dried off there was a big DENT in the door of my new truck!!! I brought it up and the first gentleman immediately said it was something I did. Called for a manager to look and he said the same thing! Like I said I just bought this truck and have been over it many many times and there is NO WAY it was there this morning. No one wanted to take responsibility for it. This is unacceptable! I showed the man a picture of the truck I took the day before and he still didn't care! We looked at the security camera feed and there was no dent that I could see upon arrival at all but the manager said " it's really grainy footage." You have got to be joking me!! I want to the dealership I bought it from to see if they had a body shop and the manager stated his wife's Tahoe got dented all over the top as a result of that exact location and they did nothing but blame his WIFE!!!! This is irresponsible behavior and absolutely infuriating. I will never return to this place and neither should anybody if you value your vehicle! read more
