This place is pretty good. I mean, getting my car washed isn't exactly a chore I look forward to completing... I usually view it as a "time suck" in the middle of an errand-filled Saturday. What I like about this Cobblestone location is that you can really multi-task! The inside is loaded with extras, including a Dunkin Donuts outlet (the rest of my errands are more productive after I get a coffee boost). There's also ample indoor seating with CNN and sports, and a huge kids' play area a la McDonalds -- which I imagine is very convenient if you have family in-tow. The quality of the car washes is average, but this is my car wash of choice when it comes to spending time waiting. TIP: do not use cash for the exterior-only fast pass lane unless you have exact bills! If you insert a $20, the machine will give you a receipt and force you to go inside the store to get your change -- which completely defeats the purpose of "fast pass." read more

Talk about 1-stop shop, this gas station has it all. A Dunkin Donuts, car wash, gas, kids area, convenience store, etc. Easily accessible from the 51- just exit Bell & it's on the south side of the street- with plenty of parking & gas pumps for crowds. I only give them 3 stars though because I go in here frequently and EVERY SINGLE TIME the windshield repair men harass me about my windshield. I just want to get a Diet Coke. At this point, they should remember me & not ask, or realize if I wanted to get it done, I would approach them. To be honest, because of their pushy salespeople, when I do get my windshield repaired, it won't be here. read more

I love this Cobblestone! The customer service is terrific and every department really pays attention to details. Guillermo is always there to help with anything and most importantly...he always had a smile and a positive attitude! read more

First, they took advantage of my daughter, charged her for services that she told them not to do. Totally over priced and the quality of work was horrible. I called the manager and got total attitude from him. I won't be back. read more

My husband and I have always brought our vehicles there for our oil changes and routine maintenance and love the service we receive every time! Today I went in, not for an oil change but had a serious smell of burning under my car and had my toddler with me and thought I shouldn't be driving, they had me pull in and within 5 min they had pulled off a large plastic bag that must have gotten stuck underneath my car and melting on it. I was reading that plastic bags can cause fire in your car so my family and I would like to thank Jacob and the team for taking care of the situation so quickly. You guys are the best read more

Wow what a sloppy car wash. I got the ultimate because I said I wanted everything done. Of course I was offered great detailing prices, but passed on that. The Ultimate honestly isn't worth the $25. My truck wasn't dry, there still was dirt and bird droppings, and the indoor/outdoor dressing was slopped on. I have large spots of dressing that wasn't spread evenly and spots with none. The edges on the windows, mirror, and well any edge is missed completely. I felt like I should have saved my money, driven thru a cheap car wash and finished it myself. The only reason I gave it a second star is the stellar pricing and work the window guys did on my multiple chips. I will not be back to this place. Not worth the price. I have had better done cheaper. read more

Brought my car in for ultimate wash. They did a superb job washing and cleaning inside my car. This is my second time. I would not go anywhere else. Recommend everyone to bring your car in. You'll be pleased with the service. read more

I went to the Bell Road and 51 location for a "buff" & wax and got up sold into a clay brick treatment and headlight cleaning for an extra 60 bucks. I took a seat outside to watch them work. All I saw for the first hour were 3 kids shooting the breeze and/or talking on their cell phones. I went inside and asked the manager Guillermo to add some supervision. He went outside to show the kids a thing or two and then left them to return to pretending to work. Another hour goes by and the best they could do is use the electric wax wheel to spread the wax. There wasn't much buffing I paid extra for going on. I asked the manager to show me the clay brick that was supposed to be applied prior to the waxing. He showed me a brick of clay that never made an appearance the 2 hours I watched. He insisted that they had in fact used it. I asked him if that clay removes water spots to which he answered yes. I then asked him why the tailgate was covered in water spots. He wiped them off with a rag then denied there were any water spots there. That is when I decided it was time to go. I got home to finish removing the wax and saw they had not removed much of the oxidation on my headlights either. read more

I love Cobblestone! My husband and I bring our Range Rover here every week! It's like a routine for us. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. The team does such a great job! We do the entire detailing and from the wheels to the inside door handles is perfection. We love it. Highly recommend. read more

Always a excellent job. Highly recommend. Best in town. My cat looks like new when done.

Just filled up my new car and pump #8 didn't stop when the tank was full. Now my new car is soaked in gas and I need to wash it off - thankfully this is a car wash, but when I alerted the clerk, do you think she offered a free or discounted car wash, or to credit me for the gas I paid for that is soaking the ground beneath my car? Not a chance. Poor customer service... plus a couple years ago, one of their car wash techs scratched the daylights out of my Vette when he rubbed up against my car with his belt while vacuuming the trunk. read more

I love this car wash. Everyone is always friendly and professional. They do an amazing job getting my car to look it's best and the service is excellent. I needed air in one tire the other day and Jocob had me pull in to their shop after my wash and filled my tire and checked the other 3 for free. This is the kind of service they give me everytime I'm there. I highly recommend this place. read more

The customers service could be better in the store.....but the guys who take care of my trucks on the outside are great. I bought the Groupon deal to receive 3 months of unlimited express car washes for 20 bucks....there is not a better deal in the state of Arizona....maybe even the nation....LOL. The guys here get my trucks squeaky clean....and I am out in 5 minutes or less and that includes hand drying it. I will be enjoying this great deal until late October.....but even without the deal the wash is only 4.99 which is very cheap for what you get. So if you need to get your car or truck clean in this Arizona desert....head over to Cobblestone....and remember to Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!!! read more

I have been a customer of Cobblestone for 20 years - I have continually seen the Service go downhill - all the while their Prices continue to go up. NOT worth the money people.. NOT! - My last visit, the guy didn't clean my dash or anything inside my car, including my windshield - and I bought the $31 service. (Yes I had a coupon - but a $31 Dollar Service!! I continually have to go home and Finish what should have been done there. AND I give a Tip... Don't WASTE your Money!!!. read more

Had an easy efficient experience. I'm not the best with cars so I rely on my technician. Matt was both genuine and honest. He checked out my filters which he stated were in good shape, and changed my oil. Also I got a car wash! No up charges or trying to do more. Painless. I got everything I wanted accomplished during this visit and it was quite speedy though they were busy. Inside they have tons of stuff, even a Dunkin Donuts. Yum! Once my car was ready a gentleman called my name and wanted me to show my receipt. He gave me a coupon for next visit and 7 day wash code for if it rains. Silly but they have a Pokemon GO Gym right there that was fun to battle and train, plus caught some Eevees. Great experience overall. read more

I've been here a few times, only to get total inside & out details done on my car. They are on the high side for pricing on this service, and they don't usually have the car done when they estimate, so I don't recommend waiting for your car if you're having anything beyond a basic wash and vacuum done. That said, my car is always really clean when I pick it up so I'd say you get what you pay for here! read more

It is always service that differentiates any business. And today, Gabe at Cobblestone came through fantastically. While on site, our Tahoe had a glitch that caused it to lock on its own, and the spare keys were not available. Gabe happened to come by to see how things were going and immediately offered to help. He fixed the problem with ease and we were on our way....saving us time, frustration, and more. There are many places you can go for a car wash, but customer service like this is worth the trip to Cobblestone! read more

I stopped here while waiting for someone nearby to get ready. the have tv's inside to kill time. nice!!

Pretty disappointing when you pay $23 for a "full-service" car wash and you have to wipe down the interior area around the inside of the all doors to remove dirt marks, clean the back window on the inside, it was never touched. I've had better service at Jackson's. What a shame since this one is closer. Good Luck. read more

I've been coming here since May of this year. Honestly, you know these guys they work hard having to go through the many cars each day, working fast and doing the best they can to get your car out in a fashionably timely manner because Awww you know everyone is in such a rush to get somewhere but, expect perfection at the same time. I like the employees here especially having to work in the heat and having everyone watch them sweating and working together as a team. I love knowing my car can be cleaned everyday if I want or once a week. My car is always cleaned in and out, Windows sparkling, floor mats cleaned from the kids mess, seats are wiped, and so far no damages to my car! And they give you such splendid customer service. So far this location and the Tempe are my two favorites, no pressure in trying to sell you other products but, the car wash! And the plus, the manager is semi-local from the 808 soo that's another reason why I like coming here! Lol Keep up the great work you all do! Aloha read more

After visiting Cobblestone once every few months for the last several years, I stopped by for an ultimate clean - exterior clean, buff and shine, with a thorough interior wipe down and good vacuum. The service here is 5-star, all the way. Every employee i have ever dealt with has been courteous, polite, and always asks about trouble spots or areas that need extra attention. I got all of that this service trip, but unfortunately it took them two times to get the car completely clean. Bug spots stood out on the front end and moon roof, the interior was hardly touched, etc. The second time around, the employees promised to completely rewash the car. It was better, but wasn't quite thorough enough for me. The worst part was a big puddle of product that was sprayed on my leather seat but never wiped down, so by the time I caught it, it had dried in to dry white chemical cleaner residue. If it were to have been resolved properly the first time, this easily would have been a 4-5 star review. read more

I waited 2 hours for my car to be detailed and waxed and smell like cherry. 2 hours later the car doesn't smell like anything, the detailing was a simple vacuuming, no cleaning of the car otherwise, and no waxing occurred. I waisted 2hours and $20 for nothing basically. I am very disappointed with what occurred. read more

Customer service is horrible here. Nobody wants to listen when you have a problem. No sympathy. No respect. No response. I will never be back or recommend. *Side note, reason for complaint* I used your coupon you sent me that took me to a list of locations for FULL SERVICE WASH INCLUDING OIL CHANGE. It listed ALL LOCATIONS and didn't specify what locations have oil service. So I ended up driving to 3 locations because nobody answers the phone. Come to find out, one locations phone didn't even work! So frustrating! Please fix!!!! read more

Wonderful service and know what they are doing unlike their other location on Hayden and FLW. It's funny how everyone that has looked at my car at this location tells me 100% that my hood looks the way it's does due to a bad wax/buff/polish on my car . They all laugh when I tell them what's taken place and can't believe nothing has been done to take care of what was damaged . Funny how these guys know what's wrong with my hood without mentioning what took place at their other location. On top of that cobblestone refuses to return a call or email from me. They continue to say it's caused by the engine heat ... DONT USE COOBBLESTONE FOR DETAIL WORK read more

I purchased the fast pass, and today I am cancelling it. Every time I came in I get a "special offer for today" on some sort of cleaning deal. Even when I say no, there is more pressure on how much I need this product. I'm here for a car wash, not a high pressure sales pitch. They don't wipe down the doors. That is extra. Really? dusting the door panels is extra? The vacuuming is always done so poorly. On most occasions I have to go over to the self vacuum to finish the job properly. I'm truly done with such poor quality work and sales pressure every visit. And like Michael D, I supposedly had a oil and filter change in the cab. approx. 3 months later I was at my friend's car repair place. He told me I needed a new cab filter. When I told him Cobblestone changed it 3 months prior, he said " there is no way this filter is only 3 months old, looks like well over a yr." Which is about the last time it had been changed. I never went back to Cobblestone because I had no proof to say they hadn't made the change read more

I have been getting my car done at Cobblestone for the last 2 years and they always take at least 20 minutes on the car to clean it make everything right this time it was less than 5 minutes inside of my car still dirty the back window wasn't even wiped off and now I'm just really just satisfied with it they rushed it through read more
