Worst car wash customer service ever, for any customer server for that matter. While it may be long and does not show my best side read the unanswered email and two phone calls to Cobblestone. The attached picture shows the damage to my leather seat and I confirmed the width of the damage conforms to the radio the drivers wear on their belts. I want to let you know of an unpleasant encounter with the car wash manager at your Bell and 51st Ave location. I believe the gentleman's name is Brenson or Branson, not sure which. When I called that location and asked for the car wash manager he was the one that picked up the line. I recently purchased the FastPass Ultimate+ plan. After this incident I will be cancelling as I will not be returning to Cobblestone for any future services. The incident started with my normal request to avoid using the upper brushes, I have a convertible and this was actually a recommendation from an employee on a previous visit. I then requested that the driver of my vehicle please remove the radio from their belt before getting into my vehicle. Background: Up until my first visit to Cobblestone I have hand washed my vehicle once or twice a week. I was in a rush one week and decided to use your service. I was sold on the FastPass as the work done and cost was reasonable. After my second visit I noticed a scratch in my leather seat, again this was after I left your facility so I have no definitive proof it was done by Cobblestone. The next time I had my car wash I compared the width of the radio to the two deep scratches in the seat. It was a match, again no definitive proof the damaged occurred at your location but circumstantial enough to request they remove it when driving my vehicle. Back to the incident. When I made the request to remove the radio someone walked up and confronted me asking "was I blaming them for damaging my seat." I did not know who this person was at the time, as it turns out it was the manager. I am not used to being verbally accosted by employees as a client and I am not sure what your corporate training policy is but you might want to reevaluate it. The unexpected comment and tone caused me to become defensive. My retort was similar to my background explanation and the added comment that Cobblestone was lucky I could not prove it as they would be repairing my seat. The manager continued to verbally argue with me, it was at this time I attempted to deescalate the situation and just turned to leave and head inside. As I came around my vehicle's rear I realized I had my key fob in my pocket. I stopped turned and pitched it onto the roof of my vehicle, it then slid down the front window and stopped on the windshield wiper. I did this in an attempt to remove myself from a situation that was uncomfortable and shocking to say the least. At this time the manager then yelled that "he would not have a customer throw keys at his employees". It was at this point I decided I was done with being talked to like this and turned around to address the accusation. First there the only "employee" near my car was the manager who was standing in front of my opened driver side door. The key landed on the top of my vehicle so unless the employee was standing on my top or the hood there was no "throwing of keys" AT anyone. It was at this point the situation deviated from me attempting to leave to a verbal confrontation. I am not proud of my comments, dropping the F word and telling him to shut up. He demanded I leave which I did. I believe the expectation of your staff delivering Outstanding Customer Service is just that an expectation. The actual delivery is one of the most shocking I have had in my life. I spent many years in my youth in the retail\customer service area and never in all those years heard of treating a customer in this fashion. I guess things have changed since my time or maybe this is indicative of the car wash industry. The situation was over but to call me back on the pretense of attempting to cause bodily harm by "throwing my keys" at an employee. Ridiculous, unprofessional and downright rude. I had a friend that witnessed the entire incident as I am sure your employees will rally around their manager. I do not expect you to really do anything about this but I thought you should be aware of what is going on at that location. I went in to get a car wash and detail on Friday 7-12-24 to get a wash and detail done. As I was going through my car gathering my valuables, the attendant stated that they would gather my things for me and put them aside for me since there were cars behind me trying to get checked in too. I agreed and after paying for the detail service I went inside to wait. 2 hours later an attendant brought me out to the garage to get my vehicle. The attendant told me that all my belongings were in a black garbage bag on the floor next to my car. When I got home I went through the bag and discovered that everything was there except for a wedding band that was in the driver side door handle. ( my bad for setting it there in the first place) When I realized it was gone I called the shop and it was closed. I tried again, 3 times on Saturday only to be put on hold for 15 minutes each time until I hung up. Sunday morning I was finally able to reach a manager and explain the situation. He gave me an email address to send a photograph of the ring and promised to go over camera footage and get back to me in a few hours. It is now Tuesday afternoon and have been trying to reach a managers numerous times in the past 3 days only to be put on hold each time. I took my brand new car of two weeks to this car wash. The employee that greeted me and explained the different washes to me was totally unprofessional. I asked him what the difference in two of the wash package. His response to me was, "It depends on what you mean by that." Very sarcastic and smiling. I feel like this place has gotten even slower and a little shady. They've removed the posted wash options and prices when you pull in so you have to ask the sales guy who just tries to upsell you and hides the prices on the brochure to talk you into a more expensive wash. They work on commission. Oh and no I don't want the fast pass because when I did have one I needed to cancel it and it was an entire ordeal. I'll never do it again. This location continues to amaze....went through the car was today, I pay for the monthly premium wash. Drive home and there obviously was grease on the top spinning brush. Had to hand wash the vehicle, Had black grease all over the front of my vehicle. The employees are not customer service trained, as long as they can stand upright, wave one hand and spray with the other they're hired. I'm looking around for another car wash, always issues with this place and they do nothing to make it right. read more

Paid for the most expensive wash and had to re-clean it once I got home. There was gum stuck to the drivers side floor board. The inside didn't look like it was cleaned at all. Mind you I pre cleaned my car prior to and it was barely dirty to begin with. Very disappointed. Flew back to Phoenix on the 22nd, was shuttled to BlueSky Parking to get the car. They gave me a free wash to Cobblestone Auto Spa. I go to the one in Tempe and for about 15 minutes failed miserably at getting the machine to accept the free wash, lady came to help me and offered me a month for free and I accepted. Kept having issues when trying to get a wash. Well I went to the Cobblestone on Bell rd and met Isabella who heard me out and talked to the Manager. Richard and Isabella are exactly the type of staff you want if you want your business to thrive. They verified my story, and fixed the issue! I have a monthly pass for CobbleStone on my Ford Explorer and use their express service all the time in Scottsdale where I work and occasionally at this location on Bell and 51st. Today I brought in my 2003 Convertible Mustang for a hand wash at the cost of $49.99. I'd pay way more, as this car is in excellent condition and very well kept. Imagine my suprise when I see my car going through the car wash. I to say the least was not happy and my blood was boiling (I apologize as they definitely know how mad I was). Anyhow, they all scramble when I come out to ask why my car is in the wash when I specifically told everyone who touched it before me walking off that it was to be hand washed. The manager came out apologized for the miscommunication however, my receipt clearly states HAND WASH. I told him no way was I paying $50 for this ~ I didn't plan on paying at all honestly. I told him that I pay for hand washes that even though this car is spotless, it will leak water in the back. It comes out of the wash and he's like these is no water. I look through the back glass and show him where the cover for the electrical portion of my convertible has standing water in it. Hmmm They clean all the water up, and he tells me it is all good to go. I ask for his business card and never see him again. Eventually Dustin comes over tells me he is the General Manager and apologizes again, and tells me they took care of the wash and I can go ahead and take my car. I let him know I'm still waiting for the other managers business card. A few min later Dustin comes back with his card apologizes again, let's me know he is sorry and that their wash is safe for convertibles but yes, if I wanted a hand wash, they definitely should have paid closer attention. The one star is for Dustin explaining that their top roller is adjusted to not hit my top or the fin on my trunk and not having me pay for the wash. read more

My windows and sun roof glass still dirty, cup holder, speedometer panel, dirt in door jams etc,don't even think they did the leather treatment conditioner/cleaner. went yesterday for Supreme wash and had good experience except they forgot to vacuum passenger footwell. No biggie, I called Crystal and she said I could "come back and we'll take care of it real quick". was already in Scottsdale at my office and told her I'd be back next day. This is when hell broke loose. I entered the express lane with my passenger door RIGHT NEXT TO a hanging vacuum and explained to the situation to the attendant. He then said "we don't vacuum in this lane. I'm gonna need you to move your car to a full service lane" (which were all 3 vehicles deep). I told him I didn't have time for that and passenger footwell is all that needed attention. Again he said I had to move my car and directed me to self service. I called Crystal inside and told her the trouble the attendant was giving me and she said she was sending manager out, who never made an appearance. The attendant was visibly agitated, said "I don't know why you're mad at me" so I explained I was right next to a vacuum he could've used. he said I was blocking the express lane (when NO ONE was behind me) I said, "I could've used it myself". he replied, "you're not allowed". He vacuumed in about 10 seconds and slammed my door then said "you're welcome!" when I hadn't thanked him. customer service tip: when your business makes a mistake and the customer gives you a chance to make it right, it's wise to correct the mistake as efficiently as possible AND express apologies for my inconvenience. read more

Run from this place! I took my truck in yesterday to get a detail and a wash. I paid them 300 dollars what did I get for 300 dollars? A truck that wasn't clean there was water spots all over the place. My flat bed that is literally part of the truck wasn't wiped down. My wheels weren't clean. The detail, literally the shittiest shampoo job ever, dirt all over the place. Armor all smeared every where. And to top it off they somehow blew up my subwoofers. I literally drove it to them working thumping along and then when I picked it up nothing. I took it to my stereo shop and they verified that yes somehow my speakers were completely blown. I brought my car in to redeem a prepaid detail I purchased from the Goodyear location when I was living on that side of town. To my surprise, it showed I had already used the detail. Long story short, Dustin the manager figured out what went wrong and I didn't have to pay for the the detail twice (phew!). There was no fight (thank God)--just an effort toward a solution! No complaints with the staff as they are friendly and attentive to the customers. My complaint is with the towels and trash cans. In this Arizona heat, the towels should be replaced with more frequency. I have came to this car wash three time now and most of the towels were dry. Last time, I even checked three different bins, and all towels were dry. Management should try to have the employees check the towels. In addition to that, all three times I have visited this location the garbage bins were full to the rim. This is something to take into consideration. I do understand this location is mostly always busy, but they should be more attentive to these small details that the customer notices. read more

The person assisting didn't even attempt to get the manager to see what the issue was. Shady business trying to dupe people into coming in with a coupon and then charge them anyway. Don't waste your time and money. Bought the most expensive wash from a recommendation from the attendant. Inside was nice and clean but had some random guy passing out bags of popcorn that none of the staff knew about? The vacuum and dry was about 15 minutes, a little quick for a large SUV. It was all poorly done, vacuum job was bad and nothing was wiped down on the inside. Pretty bad for $40. And when we showed the guy he could care less which really made the experience worse. Know it's not going to be perfect but at least try to make it right. read more

I had spilled coffee in my car and the milk had soured on my carpet on my floor boards. It smelled so bad! They cleaned my entire car and shampooed my carpet. Primo was welcoming and his guys worked on shampoo v them several times. When I got it back it looked like a brand new shiny car. Primo met us when they were through and said the spot where they cleaned he shampooed several times. My car looked like a million bucks thanks to Primo and his crew! It is inexpensive too! My family has been going here for years BUT never again! Took our vehicle in for an oil change and car wash - was told the car wash was $7 to run it through the express wash. Spoke with the service person about being from "up north" as we had some red dust/dirt on the exterior of our Pearl White 4 Runner. The oil change was completed and we were then told the car wash was an extra $25 because of the red dirt. Mind you, we have paid extra before when we had ALOT of red dirt/mud caked on our vehicle and in the wheel wells and undercarriage. This was NOT the case! We had not been off roading and the vehicle was not caked in mud. Three service personnel had looked at the vehicle and never mentioned an extra fee until after the oil change was complete! Bait and switch tactic! After speaking with the manager who was no help at all, my husband left without a car wash and having paid more for an oil change than we would have at Valvoline. BUYER BEWARE!! You will be told one thing and then charged another thing! Shame on this business!! read more

I had a slight issue with the little things being missed such as the door trim and cup holders. I brought it up to Bryce at the front drive in at the computers and he handled it professionally and ensured if it was missed again he would personally fix the issue.
