Parents are not allowed in the water for group lessons. My son has mild autism and really needs one to one in the water, but they have a 6 month wait for private lessons. I went with him for 2 group lessons and did not realize the groups could be larger than 3 with only 1 instructor usually, he requires more attention unfortunately and will not return. Very well organized, kind and welcoming staff with excellent facilities.

We texted pictures of the tank and #'s to Ryan and within minutes he confirmed that they had the tank we needed- in stock....Ryan and his team arrived AT 8 AM SUNDAY MORNING to remove the old unit and replace the tank. They do not pump water off cover, allow all debris to fall in pool, do not clean it, or add chemicals, do not clean the cover to put away, and are more expensive than any other company. The help is all inexperienced, which causes major problems. Some of the stakes that hold my cover were sticking up. Instead of screwing them down like you're suppose to, one dope decided to pull them out! During the winter my cover, (of course fell in) ripping up my patio even further causing thousands in damage. They said we'll fix it in the spring. Spring came and they and just pulled the cover off doing what I stated above. (nothing!) Further calls about a leak he pretended to fix on my light, got no call back. After he pretended to fix it and charge me, he told me to put the light back in the first time I went in the pool! Can you imagine!! He texted he was busy and didn't care we were adding water every day, costing a lot!! He was avoiding something he had no experience being able to fix and all the damage they caused by pulling out the stakes. He has an attitude and is a lot of talk. Says he can do it but really can't. I should have read real reviews on Yahoo etc. One of the workers told me how he puts the reviews to get customers. This is true because I saw his picture on a review. I guess you can't trust anything but seeing for yourself. We are seniors and he took complete advantage and left us hanging with severe damage. I will be taking legal action. We texted him weekly to inform him of our issues and asked for help and assistance to solve the problem, trying to go about it the right way even after he had been a complete arrogant jerk to us and he never once answered. To this day we have yet to hear from him... Now that I look back I guess it makes more sense in his "directions" he passes out, he specifically says no pictures or videos, probably so no-one can see the poor quality work he does. I usually am the first person to post a positive review and I think its equally as important to post when your experience is THIS BAD.. I am just hoping I can save at least one person from making the same mistake that I did.. Do NOT fall for the whitty fun guy you see on his facebook, the people who post nice things are either paid actors or his close friends that don't know him on a professional level (or lack there of). $1200 later, total rip off by the way.. I have had St Cyr's close and winterize my pool the last few years. I open my pool myself, but I…read morepay to close it to ensure that it is properly winterized by professionals. I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.
