Compared to Best Buy, there's no question which one logical people would choose. I had issues with delivery out to Temecula, but Jonny was there each step of the way to get everything to work out. I bought a Frigidaire all-fridge and LG steam washer & dryer. The fridge was the easy one. But with the small space in my home's laundry closet, had multiple issues installing the LG. After two plumbers and alterations to the gas line and the water lines, the LG is ready and running. If you want personalized care even when you least expect it, then ask for Jonny (manager). Otherwise, I'm pretty sure the delivery division would've talked me out of LG steam and into a different model. Just remember, appliances go in your home. And if you're a true homeowner, then you want it to last throughout the years. Get what you want!

I made my selection and was scheduled for demolition and on-site measurements early the next week. Johnathan (demolition) and Daniel (measurements) arrived as scheduled on consecutive days. Both went off without a hitch. A few days later I received a text with photos of my slab layout for approval, immediately followed by a phone call from Joey who went over the project in detail. No issues. Fabrication was completed and installation was scheduled for early the following week. Tuesday to be exact. I was elated as this was exactly two weeks from the day I walked into the store. Jose and Mauricio arrive in the morning and finished the installation and clean-up before noon. I absolutely love my new double vanity countertop with the undermount sinks. I went there today and I feel like one of the salespeople was questioning whether or not my clearance item came From the clearance section. I had inquired as to why the same items were in the regular section and she had explained the clearance was seconds quality etc. I said ok and I got a couple of items from the clearance section but upon checking out the salesperson questioned whether one of my items came from clearance because she stated that there's supposed to be a mark on the lid and the bottom part and mine only had the mark on the lid. For a minute there I thought she was going to not let me purchase it as she seemed skeptical and accusatory. Well to that sales lady if you see this review- after I got home and removed the price tag stickers so I could wash them- the mark was under the sticker. I don't not plan to return to this store anytime soon. I'd rather buy online and avoid the hit or miss nice or not nice staff.
