They carry a wide variety of special Athletic flavors, including a few inspired by cocktails like a Paloma and Moscow mule. It's a refreshing change from the limited non-alcoholic options you usually find everywhere else. I've gone from buying Athletics for myself here to picking up different things to share with friends. I definitely want to come back and make a cocktail with their bitters next. In the meantime, what I have purchased here has been worth recommending.

I was honestly overwhelmed, in the best way. The owner, Aqxyl, explained each section of product in the store to us, and was so lovely to chat with. They have such an inspiring story and were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about every product in the shop. Aqxyl took the time to learn what we were celebrating and helped us pick the perfect non-alcoholic champagne to toast my first day of work, and it was amazing! The shop has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell a lot of care goes into curating the selection. If you're looking for a thoughtful gift, a fun treat for yourself, or a way to celebrate without alcohol, this place is a must-visit. Check it out!

The kombucha-tender(?) was extremely helpful at helping us pick the right choice. My wife and I decided ultimately to get a flight each. Every kombucha we tried was delicious. In particular calm seas and the Hawaiian fire really hit the spot. We sat there enjoying it, and purchased a bag of sweet potato chips, which were also recommended to us. It was such a good experience that we ended up buying bottles of kombucha for the road. We'll be back.

Okay guys, no lie, I feel great. Energy that I haven't had in months, years even. I couldn't believe that I had no idea there was Kombucha practically in my backyard. When I found out? Mind. Blown. Do not let the lack of parking dissuade you. Just pull in up front. Get yourself a Groupon like I did and give the 'booch a try. Then be like me and force yourself to only get more once a week. Much thanks to Darrin for the kumbucha talk and education.

After a few years of sterile and bland yoga at The Y (that's not meant as a knock) it was nice to…read morejump back in the deep end at a place that's whole hog when it comes to incense burning, the trippy and atmospheric music floating through the building, and all sorts of 'new age' doohickeys decorated throughout.  (My very first class and the instructor pulled out a Shruti box to play at the very start and end of our practice... that was a first for me.) The entire biz looks great (front/store, the studio itself, the locker room in back).  It's clean and inviting and you can tell the entire staff cares about the place. I love that the class doesn't face the mirrors for class (the absolute worst) and every few feet there's the 'STUFF' bucket (napkins, tissues, cleaning solution for your mat) which is such a great 'cherry on top' that I never saw in other yoga studios I've been to. Pricing is solid (I was originally lured here through a deal over at Groupon). To date I've bounced between four different classes/levels/instructors.  Each class was unique and challenging and every teacher has been welcoming, supportive and a total pro. The studio is right by a busy intersection - metered parking on the street (I believe an hour max) and a municipal lot behind the studio (metered till 6pm, I think) for more than one hour. Even if I'm officially long in the tooth and nowadays Child's Pose and Shavasana are more my jam instead of Bhairavasana or Eka Hasta Vrksasanav - I'm just glad to have found a cool place to get on the mat and zen out for a spell.  (Will I ever advance up to their 'P3' hot yoga class?  Not even with some help from Ganapati and Hanuman!)

I have completed 3 sessions, and each time, I am amazed at how great my mind, body, and soul feels. I attended a 8:15 session, and the sweat, that you release, along with the stretching was very good for my achy body. I could not keep up with the pace as a newbie, but Mike is so kind to let you go at your own pace. I recommend bringing a beach towel to line your yoga mat because, you will slip, and slide from all the sweat you release. Also bring a gallon of water, you will need the hydration. I love at the end of class, Mike gives a cold towel that has soaked in eucalyptus. After an intense work out you feel like the angels of earth has opened up the sky's; that's really how good the cool wet towel feels. My favorite part is at the end of the class, there is a awesome meditation. I love how it clears all the unimportant stuff in your head space. I walked in with things on my mind. I walked out feeling love for humanity, peace, happiness, and more aligned with my inner true self. Sleep- Oh my, I got the best sleep of my life. I normally do magnesium flakes in a hot bath. But hot yoga gave me the best sleep of my life (I repeat) I believe in going to bed in happy, peaceful state. And this is my new go to for an intense work out, sweat out all the junk, hydrate like crazy, and sleep better than anything in this world. This is the cure for insomnia! Thank you Mike for this awesome space.
