Staff are friendly but what I hurts is that I was charged $100 for center rings .. Not knowing any better that's on me and a lesson well learned.. Terrible experience(s)... Shady shop, cheap labor. Had my studs/lugnuts cross-threaded and stripped here. Employees aren't trained well, just given an impact wrench and told to mount some wheels, I'm sure Tires filled to max pressure noted on the sidewall as opposed to the vehicles pressure noted inside the door jam Alignment was made worse than when I took it in to get fixed. Wow is the best way to describe these guys. So my truck was riding funny and noticed one of my tires had a bubble so I popped in to see what they could do. Now mind you I have a Bagged Dually on 24" semi wheels = hard to find size and usually pricey. Claude found me the tire at a great price, got it delivered within an hour or so, installed in no time flat and had me rollin by lunch. Coast to Coast is a wonderful Place to get your wheels. I woke up to a flat Tire and they helped me get the correct tire and they put it on in a jiffy. The atmosphere is Safe and everyone is very friendly. The next week I had to pick up my Granddaughter from School and the man helping with the carline ask me where I Got my tires , and if I liked them His wife had the same SUV and her tires were slipping making her feel unsafe. I'm a huge fan of automotive modification and have worked with several shops in my time both good and bad, but Coast to Coast is by far the worst shop I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was verbally abused by a disgruntled guy named "Claude" whom had not even the slightest clue what he was talking about and seriously lacked in even the most minimal standard of people skills or automotive knowledge. Everything "Claude" said had under tones of jealousy and hatred keep in mind I don't even know this guy. I not sure what business model he is using. I spent thousands for a service/ staggered aftermarket wheels on my brand new vehicle. My vehicle was damaged by Coast to Coast and "Claude" had zero empathy.. he even laughed about it and proceeded to talk about me to other employees as I stood there. He seem to be in a rush to get back to washing a dilapidated base model Chrysler 300 he had parked across the only handicap spaces when I arrived blocking the the spaces from handicap patrons while blasting his music. Avoid this place at all costs it is extremely trashy and low class!! If you are in the market for wheels consider ordering online you will find the prices are much better as well as the quality of the product and piece of mind as a paying customer. They are delivered mounted, balanced and ready to install. "Claude", quality of service, and over all business ethic is most likely the reason Coast to Coast had no business when I visited the employees were standing around doing nothing. BEWARE!!!!!!!! Thank god Facebook let's you change reviews... This place is ran very poorly and unorganized no one knows what they are doing...... Such a shame... if you pay with cash please make sure you keep a paper trail they don't keep records then threaten to arrest you for nonpayment. They stole my tire sensors, took my old rims and tires and sold them with out my permission. They said they would hold them for a few days so I could come get them sold the tires then held my rims. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Have been waiting over a month for a wheel to come in. they ordered it wrong the first time, then we have called and called and called only to be put on hold for as long as you can possibly hold. Its obviously intentional at this point. I am currently on hold for them while im writing this and its been nearly 45 mins since someone has acknowledged im calling. Not only did I spend 6 hours just to get an alignment and my tires changed their power went OUT!!! they seemed so careless about their time management and how to accommodate customers. Worst experience ever. Purchased a set of rims and tires. I was told by Claude it would take an hour and a half. When I came back I noticed my car had no tires and didn't look like much was done. While sitting in the car I noticed a customer who came "after" me was ahead of me. After waiting approximately 2 and a half hours I was told my car was ready. I asked the technician to test drive the car to make sure it was aligned and balanced correctly and he did. He came back and said everything was "good". I drove 2 blocks and noticed my car was wobbly, I continued to drive and my car began vibrating uncontrollably at 35-40mph. I continued to drive and the vibration got worst so I took my car back. I went back and saw the technician who worked on my car and asked him why did he say my car was fine when it wasn't that it was vibrating uncontrollably. He goes to get Claude and he says I needed another part that goes on the wheel and that they didn't have the size, he would have to order them and to come back Monday. Now its 6:30 p.m the shop is closed, it raining cats and dogs, I can barely drive my car home and their closed on Sunday. Now, I have to miss work on Sunday, go back to the shop early Monday morning before I go to work and my Dr's appointment. A total inconvenience and unskilled technician lied, bad customer service. I normally go to ELITE roads and because they closed early today I thought maybe I'll try Coast to Coast. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!.....RUN.. waste of time and money. I want my money back!!!! read more

Came in just to get an estimate for an upgraded radio for my Camry and couldn't have been treated better. Not only was I greeted as I walked in the door, but once I mentioned what I was looking for, the owner had the audio technician out looking at my car in minutes. went to the store after calling to confirm they had the ruff racing rims for 500$ they were advertising on instagram they said and that they fit on my fit on a Nissan quest i drove from kendall to there ft Lauderdale store I paid and was told to return in 2hours I returned in 2 and 1/2 hours later and was told to give them another 20 min that they were working on it now and finishing up after about another hour I ask again about my car and was told that the rims they sold me can not be drilled so no work was done on my car this company is a joke no costumer service skills I was offered another set of rims with different tires and much lower quality I asked if they could at least match the 4 tires and the guy looked at me like I was already asking for to much like it was my fault they had me waiting all day and do not know what rims fit on what car .. needless to say I asked for my money back and left the store read more
