The staff accomodated my requirement, was able to bring in same day my tire choice (which was not in their stock) from local supplier! Pablo and John fully exceeded my expectations beyond measure. My 2018 BMW X5-M broke down this prior Monday leaving my family and I with extreme fear and anxiety of what was to come. I dropped my vehicle off with them at 3 PM on Wednesday with little expectation on how quick I would have my bad news delivered to me. To my suprise I was called at 11:00 AM the next morning with a relieving message delivered to me by Pablo. I was running my errands today like I do every Saturday when I remembered that I needed to get my back tire patched. There had been a slow leak which kept making the tire pressure light come on. I had been putting off going to get if fixed because I didn't want to be waiting all day for something so simple and I didn't want to pay too much money for something so small. Thank God I stopped into Fuzzys. I was only gonna get a price check but they said it would only take 10 minutes to plug the tire AND it would only be $20. I told them it really would have to be quick because I have some clothes at the laundry and it really only took like 5 minutes AND they only ended up charging me $10! Hands down the best experience I've had buying tires. I've taken two vehicles here for tire mounting and every experience has been the best. The staff is super friendly and empathetic. I needed 5 tires for my Jeep, called up Fuzzy's with a specific tire in mind, they didn't have them in stock, but were able to get them shipped in within the week. The tire mounting and balancing took about 2 hours which wasn't bad. We ran into a small snag, but they were able to resolve it immediately and painlessly. They offer other wheel and tire services as well, but I have only taken my vehicles to them for new tires. I would definitely recommend Fuzzy's for any tire service. read more

Didn't get the best vibe over the phone when calling for an appointment, but went in anyway as the prices seemed reasonable, and I was well overdue for an oil change and needed a wheel alignment to fix the mistake of another shop. I was very pleased with the service here- fast, efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. Got my full synthetic oil change for $44.99 and the price of the alignment matches others in the area. Would return here for quick services in the future at a reasonable price point. Didn't try to up sell me any other services and even checked to make sure I really needed the alignment. As far as I can tell, everything was done well- they told me an hour and a half and I was in and out in just under an hour, which was very much appreciated. read more

I needed a tire plug for a nail in my tire and was turned away from Costco due to the placement of the nail. Costco said I would likely need 2 new tires. Stopped into Fuzzy's after it came up as a Pirelli tire dealer. They were super kind and had the nail hole pugged and ready to go within a matter of 3 minutes. I didn't even have to get out of my car! Only $10 too! I'm very particular about who I let work on my Range Rover and I'm so glad I took it here instead of trusting Costco and getting new tires. The customer service is not good I had my vehicle towed there and they paid for the towing and added to the bill no problem I can except that.asked how long will it be before is looked at was told not today so I asked another tow company to go pick it up so I told Fuzzy I would pay for the towing I was told 69.00 for towing and they only paid 65.00 so I asked why because where a business and don't pay taxes but I had to pay them taxes on the tow I think there full of it and I would never do business there again and suggest you be careful of them with there pricing. Don't bother going anywhere else! Pablo was so helpful. I came in for a balance after Pepboys told me all four of my tires had to be replaced, because I knew my tires were great. Pablo test drove my vehicle three times. Once to diagnosis the problem and then two after to make sure it was perfect. I waited with my toddler in their very clean waiting room while they did everything. In and out for $55! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were very genuine and authentic and not once did I feel like they were trying to scam me or up sell me on something unnecessary. The first time I went to Fuzzy's I had a flat tire and they fixed so fast and so cheap that I could believe so, months later I need to replace my four tires and I called all the tires place that I knew and none of them had a better price than Fuzzy's. I ordered the tires, got there at the time that I asked them for taking me and they were ready to go. They told me that the service would take one hour or so and in one hour and 10 minutes my car was done and the person who work on it apologized for the extra 10 minutes.
