Excellent Job by Wheel Fix it! I had hit a pothole and dented my rim, BMW told me that I needed to replace the rim at a cost of over $2000. I took it to WheelFixIt, and they were able to straighten the rim and resurface it for $285. While I was there, I had my TPMS sensors changed out. At BMW. This would be $1900. here at WheelFixIt it only costed me $500 for all four wheels. Just an excellent job by Carlos and the team at WheelFixIt. I really appreciate everything. Five stars. read more

My husband went to this business to fix his truck. When they told him to come pick up the truck, his wheel flew off and the owner response was "oh my nephew forgot to tight it" what a joke. They took about a month to fix their mistake, and it was constant fights and disrespects. If you are a woman and want to be treated like in the 1920s before we got our rights, this is the place to go. Edgar the owner was disrespectful to me and scream at me just because I requested an update on my husband truck. He kept asking "oh is this your truck" minimizing the ability of a woman to own a truck. Then he said just come with an attorney, and I wish I would have sue them because of the way they degraded me was insane. My husband had to intervene multiple times. They also made multiple comments about African Americans which were distasteful, especially since my family are afro cubans. Honestly, no one should ever step foot inside this hell. read more

Brought my two Audi rims that were bent due to running over something in street, wheel fix it said no problem we can fix it, They made the rim worse they took a hammer to my rim to try and bang the dent out of it and it made my rim worse now the front is cracked and bent. When I called they said no way not us lol. What a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Def go somewhere else. read more

I recently went to the Boynton beach location to get my 4 wheels powder coated. I was charged $1000 for the work done. After I picked up my car I noticed a bubble in one of the rims and some over splash on another. I also noticed my car was shaking when I reach 80mph on the hwy. I spoke with David who told me to bring the car in to get checked. When I went back I told him my concern was more of the wheel balance that needed to be fixed. His employee checked one of the rims and said it was fine. The shaking was still occurring so I took the vehicle to a tire place and spent $100 to rebalance all the tires. The technician there said the tires were not balanced properly. I notified David and told him I would like to be reimbursed the $100 which he replied he would. It's been two weeks and I have not received anything. read more

In July, my daughter brought her car after being told her rim was bent. When she brought it there, Edgar made sure he looked at it before he charged her. He showed us the repair needed so nothing was hidden. The service was great but I also liked he tries to emply young people that are willing to work hard and learn a skill. What a trash place! I went there To get an alignment and came out of the place with my steering will more crooked than what it started out then I went to my regular mechanic because they said there were parts broken under my car to find out there was nothing wrong with my car that they just did a bad job and did not lock my steering rack in talk to the owner and he said that I will have to pay an additional $80 to redo it and just look at it. Thus far, far most, the worst place you can imagine to get your rims done/ repair. The old man by the name of EDGAR and his associates are the biggest liars I've ever seen! They bent my Vossen rims and claim that that's how I brought them in because they were second hand SMH!, I literally inspected those rims upon buying them from a seller on 7/26/2020, I washed those rims and load them up in my car before I even brought them to the tire shop and to Wheel fix it rim shop. On 7/27/2020 at approximately 1: 20 pm I arrived at wheel fix it in Lauder-hill, I first met this old man by the name of Edgar, I told him my situation because my Vossen rims were off set and the holes needed to be cut out a little bigger in order to fit them on my new ride, I asked him what can he do for me in stead of waiting for 3 hours and he told me that he was short staff that he would be the one that's going to be doing THE LABOR himself, and would take about an hour and a half since I was coming all the way from Miami and are waiting for them. EDGAR- THE LIAR told me that it would take about an hour and a half two hours max, since I was also on a rush to leave to catch the tire shop in Miami where I had already paid for tires and services. I WAITED for about [3] AND A HALF HOURS, I was going to tip the old man pretty good because every where I go I strongly believe in offering tips to laborers especially the hard working ones. I didn't tip him, I gave him the exact amount because of my wait. At approximately 3 :45 pm a associate came out and told me that my rims were almost done but there is a dent on one of them, I was like DENT?? I was like how bad is it? He told me that he would show me once hes done, at this time I was more frustrated not only because of the time I waited but because they had now dropped and dent my rims. 5-10 minutes after waiting again for him to finish up the 4th and final rim he brought them out on a rolling dolly cart and that's when I observed the OBVIOUS DENT! I immediately went for the manager which was Edgar at the time. I was so mad, I specifically told him that I came here with my rims without any signs of dent, but minor curb rashes and now I have a dent!This old man had the odosity to lecture me. I was like sir I came here with my rims not being bent! He did not own up to his words as he looked me in the face calling me a liar as if I was stupid and talking non-sense. Listen old man and all you staff of WHEEL FIX IT in Lauder-hill if your reading this, KARMA IS A THING THAT'LL BITE AND WHEN IT DOES IT BITES DEEP DOWN INTO THE FLESH. { You cannot do customers like that!} At least own up to your mistakes, I would definitely understand even professionals makes mistakes. I would have walked away in the end, but because all of you liars looked @ me and called me a liar, I hope that you get what you'll deserve in the end! Just to get my conscience clear I called back the seller who sold me the rims and asked him if he had sold me dented rims, but he clearly told me that the rims had fairly curb rash & nothing else. I went there to powder coat my wheels.They came out amazing they had it done very quickly and they look great I highly recommend them.

First of all I went to this place because I was in a rush. IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CHOICE. They WILL change you double what any other tire shop will charge you, then they will call you and tell you your car is ready. Then when you show up your won't be ready, because they want to charge you $100 for hub centering rings and $70 for lug. Both parts can be sourced at retail for less than ten dollars. I was in a rush like I said, and the manager with shxtty smirk said, "You can take another taxi". I ended up spending 400 dollars to get 4 tires put on, and I brought the tires and rims. I almost cried because I was so PISSED. PLEASE SAY AWAY. P.S I'm a ex NAVY Master Mechanic. read more

I had two wheels that were not holding air went to various different shops in the area and no one could fix the problem. I went to wheel fix it and spoke to Jorge he assured me that the problem would be fixed, its now been over 4 months and the wheels still hold air perfectly. I had a great experience at Wheel Fix It . My rim was damaged on my Mercedes so I need it fixed ASAP because my tire kept going flat . Jorge was very pleasant and helpful and assured me they can fix it. All the guys in the shop where very well mannered and helpful. I definitely recommend this business for any tire customization, rims, tints ,etc - a one stop shop .This is a family business and i encourage entrepreneurship in the family . Asking him basic questions and he couldn't give me a straight answer without being sarcastic. When I go to any business and am spending money being rude and sarcastic won't get you anywhere with me. They do a decent job based on the pictures and how they painted my calipers but the price was a little high and they took forever. I'm not really fond of the area because their parking lot is too cramped and is always full, basically a fender bender waiting to happen any time soon. read more

Service is bad, communication is even worse. Told me to come in at 7:00am and they didn't get there til 10:30am. Told me my car would be done at the end of the day but it took them 2 days. Took a few days longer than expected. Came in for a bent rim, I was quoted a day took 2 and a lot of phone calls on my end. But he knocked a few bucks off the quoted price which was nice and did a phenomenal job on the repair, really went above and beyond the basic rim straighten that I asked for and polished up some scratches on the exterior. I came in and got a quote for all 4 of my rims to be painted, he told me the price was set and that it would only take a day's work. A few days later I dropped the car off, and the man stressed to me that I had to come get my car that afternoon. I waited all afternoon for a phone call, and had to call myself only to hear my car had to stay another night. No Biggie. Day 3 comes, never calls me. I call again, "Is my car ready?". "Sorry, just one more day." At this point I'm mad, you emphasized that I had to come get my car the day I brought it in, and now we're going on 4 days and nothing? So here come the fifth day, I call as soon as they open, "It will be ready. Come in at 5 today." So I come in, and I see the man who's been in contact with me this entire time, "Oh the car isn't ready because you never came in at 5 like I expected you to", in front of another male customer. First of all, it was 5-OCLOCK ON THE DOT, I SHOWED HIM THE TIME. I said "Excuse me, I don't know who you think you are, but I'm here for my car that you said would be ready at 5oclock TODAY."He assured me that the car would be ready in 45 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot, I gave it an hour then went back in. We began the transaction, because at this point I wanted to pay and leave. My final price was $150 over our discussed quote. Then he calls over a coworker from the shop, "hand this white girl her keys" in spanish. I SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH. I look at him and smile. He realizes what he just did, and quickly tries to say "you remind me of my sister in law, you guys look so alike." Uhh, nah Get out my face, I pay my dues and leave. No man should ever treat a woman or a customer for that matter, the way I was treated because I was alone. Plain rude and unprofessional.
