I arrive at my scheduled time and am greeted and my car promptly taken in. You can see the service through their glass windows. About 30 minutes later, Carlos comes back and tells me we have an issue! Turns out I told him the wrong size rims!!! And the ones I ordered don't even come in my wheel size. He makes some calls and comes back with three options, one of which is the top rated Michelin P4S which I opt for. He sends his driver over and the tires arrive in about 30 minutes. They finish the install, check the alignment, and check me out. This is a team that goes the extra mile. Once the tint technician finished that car, he started working on mine. Shortly after, another customer came in for two tint jobs, and the technician stopped working on my vehicle to work on theirs, even though I had already paid for my service. By 5 PM, he still did not want to finish my car. I feel this was very unprofessional and unfair. On top of that, my defrost lines are now damaged, and I may need to replace my entire windshield because of it. I would like a manager to contact me as soon as possible regarding this situation. Scott was the bomb!! I found him through Yelp, and he continually communicated with me until (and…read moreeven after) the job was done! I don't find communication through yelp very easy, so I just called and left a message after my initial yelp thing, and he got back to me right away. We worked on the options for the tire, I was stuck at a location (not a great situation as I had no free tow on my insurance), and he secured a new tire to match my blown out one and replaced it same day. I did nothing, he purchased the tire, balanced the tire, and had his man Richard drive to my location, change it, and dispose of the old tire, all for one good price. Richard was friendly, was prepared with his truck, and he even took video of the process. I didn't have to stand by the car or anything. Then I paid remotely. I don't know what I would have done without Scott and Richard. Struggle with putting on the donut and then losing time off work to drive around and find a shop? Or getting an expensive tow? Or being stuck at a hot, dirty shop for hours and hours while they skip over my small tire job and work on other people's cars with more profitable repairs? No thanks.
