He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Both were very tasty. I had the butterfish for my main and it was delish. Attentive service. Inside it was pretty loud with all the hard surfaces, outside is probably better. Once the mistake was discovered, the kitchen prepared it quickly, and it arrived exactly five minutes later. Unfortunately, it was raw in the center. I was told that the pork chop is normally served slightly pink, but this was clearly undercooked. I wish I had taken a photo. The kitchen promptly took it back and returned it properly cooked. Despite this mishap, the staff handled the situation professionally, and the overall service was good. The food was delicious, the portions were excellent, and I would consider returning, hoping this was just an isolated kitchen error.

Manager Keyon also came by not only to check on us, but to personally visit every table to make sure everyone was enjoying their experience. My friend was impressed at the size of the place and that there are restaurants, stores , and even a Stage where a Band plays music on weekends and is open until 2:00 a. m. After a walk around tour of the place we went to the second floor restaurant section to grab some dinner. We both ordered the Smash Burger with fries. We were both sated when we left the premises. The Smash Burger is HUGE ! But wait , the boyz in the Band were just showing up, getting ready to take the stage and play some music.
