Have only had pretty good experiences coming here, albeit I've never had to get any repairs so I don't know how that would turn out (seeing some low-star reviews on that). Price wise, it's pretty great. You're getting good deals, especially on holidays. Tip: If you see something you like and are considering to get, just grab it. You may think, well there's 5 other bags of the same style in the same color right there. Don't. There are tons of fobs (mostly Chinese) who buy about 30+ bags to re-sell them online at a higher price to customers from their home country. (This is not an exaggeration, they go in groups because they need friends/family to help carry everything they hoarded.) If you miss your chance, they'll grab them all. She knows that I'm OCD about my handbags and want the best looking leather with perfect stitching and she always grabs a few from the back until I find one that I'm happy with. She's a great sales associate that is willing to go out of her way to make sure you leave happy. I've had other SA's here tell me that they didn't have anymore in the back but somehow Yoshi managed to pull out some from the back. So some SA's here are just plain lazy or just don't care to help. I bought my purse n May 2019, I noticed the corners starting to wear out. I thought that was strange since I hardly use my purse, it's leather, and I take extremely good care of my bag. I decided to call and ask before going in so I don't waste my time. I went in and the girl talked to the manger and he said that's normal that my coach bag is peeling in all 4 corners. He said they can't do anything. Wow this is so rude that I'm told one thing yesterday on the phone and another in the store. Bad customer service experience. I don't normally write a review for a store in a mall, but I just gotta write this one out. One day I volunteered at Warrior Dash at Lake Elsinore, so after smelling like shit from the mud, I still made a stop at this outlet just for Coach thinking I would find something for my mom and sister. Alas, I found something for myself instead, a bag and a purse for a steal. When I went home, my sister apparently liked the bag so I decided to come back here the weekend after, guess what? The price was jacked up about $10 more and then there was no more extra 20% discount, so now everything was more expensive, it's really weird and the lines were much longer than when I came the weekend before. So, lesson learnt, you just gotta show up at the right time for the right sale, but beware that you might paid more than you should have. Thank God I didn't and the service that they provided by making sure the store isn't overcrowded was great. I had a 30% off coupon & it was the last day to use it so I had to come here, plus I needed a wallet. I got here around 10:30am on a Sunday store was not super packed it was still doable. I walked around picked what I wanted while the bf stood in line, which wasn't that bad either I think he did it so I could hurry lol, my cashier was nice. Overall store was neat, people weren't killing each other for a purse only complaint is the last coach outlet I went to wrapped my purse in tissue paper you know like they care & this place gave me a bag for each of my purses (I got 2) but just threw them in there, no TLC lol other than that I would come back but only early AM at this outlet/mall, beats driving farther. *PLUS SIDE-I hear there's a Coach outlet opening up at the Citadel in Commerce in October, that's going to be interesting.* read more

You might feel it's your lucky day walking in here and being greeted by an employee slipping you a 30% off coupon, but the Coach outlets hand these out like a disease they want gone! If you come at the right time, you can find something nice at a decent price without a long wait. Though the items here have got to be the less-fortunate ones that nobody wanted and left on the shelves, because they're just never as beautiful as the ones you'd fall in love with at the full-priced stores. I suggest coming as early as possible for two reasons - 1) to avoid the long lines that can get crazy (especially during the holidays), and 2) to avoid becoming envy of the older women who purchase 6 handbags at a time and then go sit out in front of the store like they just ran a damn marathon, flaunting their big purchase on the mall benches. read more

I have been coming here for many years and I like their service. However I am disappointed when I noticed couple days ago that some people on Amazon is selling FAKE coach handbag. I really hope the top manager of Coach store can contact Amazon and investigate such illegal matter to protect consumer rights. Today was THE worst experience I've had at a Coach store. Everything started fine with great help from some of the associates finding the things I was looking for. As my husband waited in line for a register to open up, I wanted to have the last peak of the women's shoe section. It was four minutes passing their closing time at 9pm, but I didn't think much it as there were still quite a few customers trying on jackets and going through other merchandises. Just as I got to the women's section, a sales associate literally YELLED behind me, so I turned around and saw her pointing her finger right at me. Ms LISETTE MARTINEZ was yelling at me as I already turned facing her and had her finger pointed right in my face. She yelled in a bad tone, "Excuse me we're closed, line is that way, you need to get in line". Whoa, really? I told her she didn't have to point at me and yelled at me. Instead not apologize for her actions, she just gave me a bad attitude and repeated that the store has closed and I need to get where the line is, hushing me like a dog. Would she have done the same if I was a White/Black/Hispanic customer? Doubted. The customer in front of us certainly felt that way as he, a White male was treated way better at this store than his wife is an Asian. Majority of the customers that visit this store are Asians, mostly Chinese traveling from over seas that spoke minimal English, so Ms. Martinez must of felt like she's above everyone that shops there. As a sales associate, she is the face representing Coach, treats her customers without any respect whatsoever, just a disgrace to the brand itself. I did speak with the store manager (forgot to ask her for her name) about the issue, instead having Lisette Martinez apologize in person, she just said she apologizes for what happened and will talk to her, asked me if I wanted to see anything, but did emphasized that they were closed. Honestly, I doubt she will talk to Ms Martinez, so I'll be filing a formal complaint with the corporate tomorrow. read more

The brand new wing of the Ontario Mills houses a bigger, better, and more luxurious Coach than ever before. This Coach feels more like a flagship store than an outlet location. The wood paneling and big floor to ceiling TV screens give it a very high end feel. Currently, the store is 50% off but not sure if this is normal pricing. Whether you like Coach or not, this location is definitely worth a visit. read more

This was my only negative experience at a a coach store ever. I've shopped at Carlsbad, Cabazon, Citadel, Barstow and Las Vegas. I've never had such an awful experience. I came in to buy a passport holder that I saw online and read this store had it in stock. I should have called before I drove an hour to buy it, I will admit. Upon entering, no one offered help or greeted me. I asked an associate for assistance and showed her the passport holder I found online. She said they didn't have it and offered a more expensive one, also didn't bother to show me other items within the same price range. I asked her if she would check the stock room and online. While waiting around it was insisted by another associate that I not open the drawers because some were broken or could fall out, she also didn't offer much help or asked what it was I was looking for. I will say, a few moments later I asked that same associate about a damaged wallet I was interested in. She offered to try and clean it because it was the only one in store since it was sent from a full price store. When actually talking to her she seemed very knowledgeable about the brand and product details which I appreciated. When the original associate returned, she said she couldn't find the item I sought out. In her words, "Cabazon has it there." Didn't offer other locations, she was very casual about insisting that I drive another hour and a half for the item, didn't offer to call and double check that location. I was done with the item at this point. While walking out, I decided to ask about another item, this time with a woman at the register who also saw me looking around and didn't offer help. When I showed her the item on my phone she said she didn't have it, but would check the back. I suggested checking her system before walking to the back and not finding it. She seemed uninterested in helping me honestly. I didn't realize it at the time but there was a gentlemen working there starring at me with an angry face, my friend who was with me later told me this. He apparently looked me up and down and appeared angry or frustrated. Overall the staff was not helpful, and unwelcoming. Please think twice about where you decide to spend your money. Spend it where you may feel more comfortable and appreciated. read more

This is one of my favorite stores, however I haven't shopped here in a while. I love the Coach outlets as I can always find great deals on great products here. My favorite purse that I have is from this store and is made of soft leather. I have several nice wallets from this store. I highly recommend it to others. If you buy at the regular Coach store you cannot exchange at the outlet, even if they have the item. Even if you could exchange ifthey don't have the color, they charge you $10 to find it in another store. That's not shipping, that's the cost of customer service. If you decide to return you'll have to drive @40 miles+ to a regular store. What a shame. I own many coach bags, sunglasses, wallets and shoes. I've been a very loyal customer. Fortunately, there are too many other bags I can buy at Nordstrom or other shops where loyalty is a two way street and customer service is practiced. I went to Coach Outlet Store last Sunday and they where having a "Big Sale" I was helped by numerous sales staff and I have to say they were most helpful. When I got up to the register to check-out I realized I had forgotten my 25% coupon at home and wanted to use it. Juan the cashier had to bring his manager over to assist because they could not find my name on their system. The manager did mention there computer was slow and said he would still honor my 25% off coupon. They treated this situation and me in a professional manner, and did not question my integrity when in fact, it was my fault for leaving the coupon at home in the first place. I haven't been to this mall since it opened some years back which I don't recall, maybe 8+ years. I was strolling down the corridor and came across Coach and figured I can use a man purse as I see so many dudes carry these days. But I wanted a special one where I can carry some additional accessories, but was unable to locate something I liked. I took a look at their wallet selection and all the selections where something I've used in the past and nothing stood out. The belts in their selection were dry too. The first time I purchased from this store, I came home with a beautiful Coach signature hobo bag for $89 and an adorable little beige and pink signature wristlet for my 7 year old daughter as a birthday gift( she likes to play with my Coach bags ) for $19. Couldn't have been happier with my purchases. Came back last week to look at their clearance section for a wallet. Scored a great deal on a brown leather wallet marked down from $98 to $31 with tax. Their customer service and return policy is horrible. I recently bought a wallet and went to return it for a different style because it was to big for my purse. I didn't have the receipt but knew which card I bought it on. They told me the wallet had been "launched" more than 6 months ago even though they still carry the same one in their store. I had some questions and the employee called a manager, Lori guttierezz to assist us with the process. However she was very rude and did not help at all. I asked if I could return two scarfs. She said if I had the receipt we would be able to return the scarfs however when she saw that I was wearing one she said I would not be able to return it. The problem I had was that she was very rude in the way she was talking and instead of telling us straight off that we would have problems returning the scarf she made many excuses that wasted my time. read more

I bought a belt at Coach about a year ago. It is a men's woven leather belt. The adjustments have started to break. I have owned many belts and this is the first one that has broken period. Let alone in just a year. Being a COACH belt I thought "for the price I paid you know they will back their products up". I thought wrong. The manager at this store said this is normal wear and tear and they don't cover normal wear and tear. My thoughts were, this manager must not get it. I will contact COACH corporate and they will help me. Wrong again. They told me to send it to their factory with a $20.00 check and they would take care of it. They took my $20.00 and sent the belt back with a note that they couldn't fix it. But they did give me a coupon. Needless to say I won't use their coupon. I believe WalMart is a better choice than COACH. WalMart prices are less and their customer service puts COACH to shame. read more

Sign up online or go into the outlets and they usually will hand these out to get you to purchase more more more. Came here looking for a certain duffle coach purse and in a certain color for a future Christmas gift this year. Not only was this place fully stocked, but their representatives were everywhere and eager to help you. The fact that they were fully stocked made it even more difficult to decide on what purse to get... all are pretty affordable even more so with their additional discount. I went in and decided to come back since I was still going to shop around and didn't feel like carrying a large bag of purchase around the whole outlet for the rest of the day. When I went back in, I had Wilson go wait in line while I went to go get the purse. Most Coach outlets usually have a long line with people with arms full of purses, clutches, wallets and all. I was able to get the purse I wanted (color and style) and I quickly made a get away to get into the line. I wasn't surprised when I saw the 10 people in front of me there. What did surprise me was a young Coach sales rep that approached me and asked me if I was paying with cash or credit card. I was paying with my credit card in this visit. She pulled me aside and processed the transaction off the line in a really quick manner. I loved it!! She had this little devise that scanned my card and the purse. She went to the counter, collected my receipt and bagged my bag. It was the fastest I had ever paid inside any Coach outlet store! Good job Coach! That will make a lot of customers happy. read more

My husband and I went to Coach Ladies Outlet on Sunday night. The store kinda crowded. When I tried to get a bag in the corner shelf, all of sudden I felt some ladies push me, then I realized that my purse inside my bag was gone. Immediately I told the security guard that were standing at the door that my purse was been stolen from my bag. Although they have surveillance camera that shows the whole incident, but the stores seems do nothing about it, even the store manager was not really helpful at all, not even introduce his name to apologize what had happened. Only the security guard who helps us to get the number to call the police. The store seems concern only about their merchandise, not the safety of the shoppers. read more

I only own Coach purses, and I have only purchased them at the outlet stores. So, I like the product. But, this is the worst store in Southern California to make your purchases. The staff knows very little about their product, and their only goal is to get money out of your pocket. They do not stand behind what they say to their customers...even if it costs you money. And, they know nothing about Coach's ability to fix their products. Save yourself time and money and avoid this store. My favorite in the chain is the Lake Arrowhead store. It may be small, but they have excellent customer service. Barstow is pretty good too and has a big selection. read more
