Omer was awesome. He was willing to beat other quotes and could come out same day. The quote he gave me for a repair ended up being half what he thought the fix would take so it was cheaper than his quote. He was done in about 45 mins. Installed new locks and knob, rekeyed other lock to match, and fixed an issue with our door frame that made locking up difficult. Also loved that he showed me his ID when he gave me his business card. Never seen that before but was a great touch. Great guy, great work, great price. I'll definitely use him again. read more

Great, quick service, good price. We called around noon and had things all wrapped up with new keys for the whole house by 2:15. Omer is very friendly and did great work! read more

After getting home from a business trip and realizing I had lost my car keys, I contacted CO Locksmiths after reading the Yelp reviews. Omer worked with my schedule to meet me at a parking lot, got into my car and created a key. I am ordering a few more keys from Omer to be sure I never run into this problem again. Great service, punctual, and well priced. Thanks for saving the day!! read more

With such great reviews, we felt confident calling this company to get help with a lock out situation. Even though we were told they would be there in half an hour, we received a second call after twenty minutes from a different person saying they were twenty five minutes away. With weather conditions the way they are, we can understand the delay but the second tech didn't seem to know we'd been contacted by the first tech. In all, we waited for over an hour for someone to come by. After unlocking the house, the cost was much higher than what others had said they had paid in similar circumstances. While we've learned our lesson the hard way to ask for a quote up front, I suspect we would not have been quoted the amount we paid if we had requested a quote. We understand hazard pay and it being evening, but it was pretty steep. Lesson learned for future issues. read more

Chen answered my phone call right away and came in 20 minutes to rekey all our locks after our new home was broken into. Luckily we hadn't moved in yet; the intruders attempted to steal the old washer/dryer but didn't. Thanks to Chen I feel safe moving into our new place now. Fast. Polite. Prompt. Good price. Thank you!! read more

Service was great, quick and good follow up. Prices reasonable! We just moved into our new home and he came the next day and took care of everything we needed! read more

I called several locksmiths today and Omer was not only the first to respond, but he made his schedule work by meeting us the same day. Very personable, punctual, and professionable. Most importantly, the work was done promptly and done well. That's all you can ask for. read more

These guys are professionals! They came to my house at 10pm on a Saturday to do an emergency lock change. The gentleman was here for about 15-20 minutes before having my front door changed and new keys in my hands. If you need a locksmith call these guys! read more

Immediately response and solve the issue efficiently and professionally. Clearly explain the reason that causes the problem and pretty straight forward about the cost. Really appreciate for Omer's service! read more

I didn't receive a receipt and attempted to call Co Locksmiths. Both numbers on the website are for a different company, who had no record of the work done at my house. Seems to be a call center that gives referrals to other companies. I found out later the work is subcontracted. Won't be using again and do not recommend. read more

Someone broke into the locked key box outside our house and I found myself in immediate need of a locksmith. So I asked for bids via Yelp. Omer called right away and sounded knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. I got a few other bids, all similar pricing, but Omer sounded the most confident and friendly and he was available right away. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he rekeyed all 7 of my locks and gave me some security advice, too. I hope I don't need a locksmith again for a very long time--but if I do, I'll call Omer right away. And....anyone with one of those locking key boxes outside--you might want to rethink that. Ours was smashed sometime between last night and this morning. We were home, but didn't hear a thing. And they got away with our house key. read more

Within minutes of my initial call I received a call back from the locksmith, Omer, who was available within an hour to check out the job. What a pleasant guy! We needed to change out a total of 10 deadbolts and knobs and I was feeling a little stressed because they had to be the right color and style for our mid century modern home so he rushed over to his supplier (nearby) and messaged photos of the color and type of lock I had described. They were perfect so he quickly returned and installed them flawlessly and re-keyed them all to the same key. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! GREAT GUY! SUPER SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND PRICE! read more

I had a horrible experience and posted about it and Omar, the owner, called me within 15 minutes to figure out what had happened. He apologized deeply for everything that happened and I want to state that it was not his fault at all. It was his employee that had been completely unprofessional. Everything was taken care of and Omar was amazing. He wanted to make sure that I was okay and we figured everything out. I will be using his services in the future and I appreciate him reaching out to try to make things right. read more

Omar at Co Locksmiths is great. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. We needed five locks to the house changed along with locks to two garage doors and the mailbox and had limited time to get it done. Omar came out to change the locks and had the job completed in the time frame we needed to have it done by. The next day, when we had a problem with the garage door locks not working properly, Omar came out and replaced the locks a second time with no charge. If needed, we will definitely use his services again. read more

Definitely will work with Co Locksmiths again if I have lock-related needs. Omer called to see if we could adjust our appointment by an hour (and then showed up right at that new time)--good communication. He rekeyed 8 locks for me and installed a new digital keypad deadbolt, bringing me down from 2 keys to 1 for my whole house/garage. He was here roughly an hour for the whole job. Very professional, wore a mask the whole time, friendly and efficient. read more

Chen was super responsive to book the appointment, and very flexible. We bought a new house and had Philip come out to replace the existing locks. He changed every lock including 5 new door knobs, a new electronic deadbolt, replaced existing deadbolts, and mailbox lock working super quickly and efficiently in just a few hours. Since it was a new home, he advised additional security measures to take as well, and was super reasonable on all of the work he did, which included getting a couple new knobs and deadbolts to get the job done. Would definitely hire him again. He was really nice and was kind to my pup as well! Thank you, Phillip! read more
