They had soccer and other special shoes (all used), hockey, ice skates, roller skates, helmets, ice skating accessories (not too many but decent), fishing rods, paddle boards, ski and snow boards. We found an almost new pair of ice skates and some other stuff. Not sure if we would go again but definitely good for those growing kids and their needs. The staff was helpful too, although no one can actually point you to the right size, right brand or sometimes even the sports. You just walk around and find yourself stuff, no one to assist. Definitely a good value for those expensive sports and hobbies.

I met Whitney in the shop area, she greeted me with a smile. I explained the reason for my visit. She advised me that the Technician was on break, then she then told me to bring my bike into the shop and someone would assist me. It was just a few minutes later, I met Hadrian. He and Whitney weren't sure how to make it fold either initially. Then, I remembered I had a manual ony phone. I showed it them. Hadrian and Whitney figured it out immediately. The next thing I knew, my bike was folded!!! He did it so fast, I barely saw what he did. It was as if he had been doing this for years. I tried and still couldn't fold it. I asked him to please show me again, he immediately obliged me. They absolutely positively unequivocally made my day! They were so welcoming, polite, courteous, personable. They provided me with outstanding customer service. REI is fortunate to have them as employees. Thank you Whitney and Hadrian for a job well done, I truly appreciate you. If anyone ever asks me to refer a Bike Shop, I guarantee it will be REI~this location.

My young child and I walked in today and not only were we immediately greeted but the person behind the counter, Maile also asked if we needed any help finding anything, and then I saw a really cute hat as she was ringing me up for a swimming cap and she told her coworker that I was looking for one that I could adjust to fit better around my head. In the meantime, another customer had approached the counter and at the last minute I grabbed one more thing. Maile rung my items up and asked me if I wanted a bag. Then, she helped the other customer on the other side as her coworker tried appeasing me with other hat sizes. Every person working there seemed to have a smile and a FANTASTIC attitude!

Travis is knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining how each shoe moves and supports your foot. Based on his demonstration, I switched to the Brooks Glycerin Flex, and I'm glad I did. During a run, I stepped into a hole in the pavement, and I truly believe the stability of the shoe helped keep the injury from being much worse. Road Runner Sports is an excellent resource for runners and athletes because the staff considers your stride, foot strike, comfort, and activity level--not just the shoe's appearance. The prices are comparable to other retailers, but here you also receive expert guidance and the added protection of the VIP return policy. It was out of the 90 day guarantee window, so he did not expect a free pair of shoes, more guidance on why they're starting to do that when he was told the insoles will help combat that. The young lady that helped us said the insoles were cut wrong, and asked the manager if he would replace them, as they were done incorrectly. The manager said no, as it was out of the 90 day guarantee window. Should the insoles had worn down because of my husband, that's different. Because they were cut incorrectly, that is the stores fault, not my husbands. The young lady asked if he would like his old (cut incorrectly) insoles in his new shoes. Why would that help if they were cut incorrectly? We left with a new pair of shoes, no insoles, and very dissatisfied. I would not purchase custom insoles here, as they are not what they are marketed.
