They do not…read moreprovide true yoga classes as I have experienced them, this is NOT a true yoga studio, this is a yoga mill, cheap corporate "yoga". I think for $124.00 a month, the instructors should go through the class with us, instead, they just walk around spouting a memorized script that NEVER changes. They also have classes with NO instructors, only audio. I could easily do this at home via Youtube (again, for $124 a month!). There is no yoga music, the studio does not convey a "yoga" feeling, it's a sterile environment, and some of the workers are rude. So it's essentially a cold experience. At least for me. I did the 30-day trial, going through several different types of classes they offer, and decided it wasn't for me, but they auto-drafted on the last day of your trial, so be quick to cancel!!! I missed the window and they grabbed my money. I feel this is predatory because they will not refund ANYTHING, they just point to the rules. Also, they don't answer the phone no matter how many times you call all day long. Avoid Sunstone, there are better/real yoga studios out there. I didn't enjoy it, but they can enjoy my monetary contribution.

I try and do his class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays and I come to the hot yoga classes when I want to slow things down and stretch my body out. I take my classes through ClassPass, which is proven to be really convenient and hassle free. The instructors here are great, provide quality workouts, and keep the space very clean and well kept. So if you're thinking about taking a hot workout class, I definitely recommend the studio

DISHONEST and PREDATORY…read more My 18 year old daughter accompanied her friend (who had a membership) to this location for a one time workout. While there, she was met by one of their female representatives who told her that "She was in luck as they were currently promoting a zero cost trial membership." My daughter explained that although that seems like a great deal, she would soon be leaving to start college and that a membership wouldn't be appropriate. Again the woman told her that there was absolutely no obligation and that she could take advantage of this deal until she had to leave. Feeling like it would be a great way to spend time with her good friend before they split up for their separate colleges, she finally relinquished to the sales pitch and agreed to sign up. Imagine her surprise that when 2 months later, she had a charge of $258.00 from Hotworx for a $60 sign up fee, and 2 months membership dues at $99.00/month. She immediately called to find out why she had been charged and was told that she "should have read the contract before signing it". A classic bait and switch taking advantage of a inexperienced and trusting (naive) young girl. To their credit, they did (eventually) refund $198 for the 2 months membership, but as of yet have refused to return the $60 sign up fee. Honestly, $60.00 to learn a valuable lesson about dishonest and predatory business practices is a bargain in my opinion, but it still doesn't excuse the deplorable behavior that this business has displayed. My only hope that this review will serve as a warning to others and possibly help to prevent someone else from being taken advantage of.

What's worse is that you can ONLY do it in person, with the manager who works odd hours and is NEVER at the studio when we call. It's 2024 it's absurd to have to call off work (she doesn't work weekends and the odd hours she works are between 9-5) to drive here to cancel a gym membership. That's what's the internet is for we should be able to click a button to give notice. I'm actually going to the BBB to report them for deceptive practices as it seems they are hoping to continue billing you by making it impossible to cancel. Ridiculous.
