Looking for an excellent work out from head to toe without feeling like it was a near death…read moreexperience?!?!? Milner Pilates is challenging and builds strength in your entire body! I love the equipment and I appreciate that Brenda Milner always helps me work areas I am interested in developing further.... for instance, she tailors my work outs during ski season or swimsuit season or if I know I have an event coming up with strapless dress, she gets me in the shape I need to be in! Try it, you will love it!!!

I love HOTWORX and the concept behind it. You truly get a great workout in less time, and the…read morevariety of sessions is awesome. However, this particular facility needs some attention. The saunas are often dusty, especially around the heating elements, and I frequently notice hair and dust in the corners. It's clear that regular deep cleaning isn't happening as it should. Also, the HIIT equipment is unreliable--sometimes the resistance levels don't hold, or the seat and handlebars shift during use, which can be frustrating and even unsafe. With the number of members using the equipment daily, I'd expect staff to be more proactive about checking and maintaining the spaces throughout the day, rather than relying solely on members to report issues. When you're doing back-to-back sessions, there's just no time to notify staff in between. And don't count on a hot shower afterward--the water barely gets warm even when turned to the max, which is disappointing after a sweaty session. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and shower facilities -- this location just isn't living up to it right now.

Had a scheduled appointment for FST (Fascia Stretch Therapy) with Danny. Honestly, halfway through, I was ready for a nap it was worth it, and I didn't realize all the extra stress all over my body, and with just one session, I could feel the difference. I can't wait to go for my 2nd FST They offer Pilates in group, semi-private, or one-on-one settings. They also offer intro sessions to prepare you for joining a class without pressure. I visit Dallas every few months to see family and look forward to coming to classes when I am there. The classes that say they are OK for beginners definitely are, but you can step up if your practice is more advanced. Anne's Wunda class is advanced and a total workout. I have taken it the morning of a flight twice and both times have basically poured myself onto the flight later that evening. I've been going to yoga classes for years. But I won't be coming back to this studio. They do not…read moreprovide true yoga classes as I have experienced them, this is NOT a true yoga studio, this is a yoga mill, cheap corporate "yoga". I think for $124.00 a month, the instructors should go through the class with us, instead, they just walk around spouting a memorized script that NEVER changes. They also have classes with NO instructors, only audio. I could easily do this at home via Youtube (again, for $124 a month!). There is no yoga music, the studio does not convey a "yoga" feeling, it's a sterile environment, and some of the workers are rude. So it's essentially a cold experience. At least for me. I did the 30-day trial, going through several different types of classes they offer, and decided it wasn't for me, but they auto-drafted on the last day of your trial, so be quick to cancel!!! I missed the window and they grabbed my money. I feel this is predatory because they will not refund ANYTHING, they just point to the rules. Also, they don't answer the phone no matter how many times you call all day long. Avoid Sunstone, there are better/real yoga studios out there. I didn't enjoy it, but they can enjoy my monetary contribution.
