At 9:10am on Monday, got a message on yelp, saying sorry we can't make it, and we can do a larger window on Wednesday, or refund. This is 10 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be here and started. Not professional, and disappointing. I'd say look elsewhere. Value isn't there is you can't bank on someone showing and find it acceptable to send a message on Yelp and not even a call.
