Originally, I thought patching the inside of the basement would suffice. I found Complete Paving & Masonry on Yelp, and reached out; Jerry responded very quickly and was able to come by to provide a visual inspection and a quote. He recommended that work needs to be done on the outside in order to fix the inside. We took a walk around the outside and he provided points of what work needed to be done. Essentially, he recommended to dig up the dirt around the foundation; patch and seal the foundation; put in some gravel and then cover it up with dirt. This would help prevent water from leaking through the foundation into the basement/garage. After conversing with my fellow condo neighbor, we hired Jerry's team to do the work. Within a week, they were able to come on site and start the work. It took them 4 days to do the work (original quote was 3-5 days). Jerry and his team did a magnificent job. They went above and beyond the original estimate's work at no extra charge to improve the water flow surrounding the condo. They also did some additional patch work on the outside of the condo. When the job was completed, Jerry walked me through everything his team did and why it was done, so I was able to understand the reason for the work. Jerry is friendly, honest, and provides top notch service. I highly recommend his team for any mason work.

Jose came out and gave us an estimate that included burying the downspouts to avoid water dumping on the new patio. He was prompt, communicative, and gave us an estimate in a few days. We scheduled them to come the following week. He and his brother showed up right on time, and promptly began digging things out. I was impressed with what they were able to do in a single day. Because rain was in the forecast, they were flexible on coming back a second day to screed the final paver base. It rained particularly hard and it became clear that there was an issue somewhere. When they came back a few days later, I pointed it out to Jose and he promptly dug out the spot and ensured it was properly filled in and compacted. They finished the job and cleaned up. After the first day, they left the site relatively clean (considering they knew they'd be back). Overall, I would 100% recommend these guys and would love to have them back to do additional projects at our home. Renato and his crew came out to do a small job, installing a new paver walkway and properly edging…read morea pre-existing walkway that was installed incorrectly by the original builder. While discussing the job with Renato he noted that the original builder had also installed one paver that was a different color than the others and offered to fix it while they re-did the edging (great!). Towards the end of the job I went out to take a look and noticed that the crew had incorrectly installed the edging pavers in an intermediate section of the walkway. Once informed they remediated the issue (again, great!). However, it appears as though when they did so, they accidentally reinstalled the mis-colored paver. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until the next day because they had to soak the entire walkway with water in order for the crushed stone to set, and so all of the pavers were wet and dark. Mistakes happen, I get it. But the reason for the 2 star review isn't that the mistake was made - it was how it was how Renato handled it (or didn't). Over the ensuing three weeks I texted Renato on three different occasions about the issue, asking him to have a crew return and resolve it. He didn't respond to any of my messages. Unfortunately my experience was similar to one of the other reviewers - the quality of the work was good, but the service provided when confronted with a quality issue was nonexistent.
