I had Mr. Beaulieu repair part of my roof. He answered my call promptly, showed up on time as promised, and did the work. Perfectly, and more than a fair price. It was done on time just as promised. Totally satisfied. This week, it appeared my roof was leaking again in a different place. Again, prompt return call, and he came out quickly, climbed my roof and checked it out. He was a bit mystified as the roof appeared to be fine, yet water was pouring into my garage and through my bedroom above. He had no idea what was going on as the snow had melted already on the roof. But, he came back two days later to check it out again. This time he went up to my bedroom as well to see if he could figure out what was going on. He is pretty sure a pipe was cracked over my garage and this is why the water just keeps pouring in. He called a plumber FOR me, and had them call me back (within 30 minutes.). They will be coming out tomorrow. I insisted on paying him for TWO trips out here, and one trip on my roof and he would not accept payment. I truly can't say enough about my experience with this man and his company. Absolutely, positively TOP NOTCH in every way from customer service to pricing to the quality of work. It kind of feels like how it probably was when I was a kid... when people returned called, took pride in their work, and treated people right. I sort of which I had more roofing problems, as I would be totally happy engaging his services again. (I wish he did plumbing!)

Emailed saying we didn't need two new windows, etc. He came back saying he'd been working on another estimate and got them mixed up. I asked for a revised estimate and never heard back from him. Needless to say, we went with another company. Pretty disappointed about the ghosting.
