Amazing spot for fight night!! I have to say the person trying to claim they are racist is just laughable, yes the first time we pulled up to see all the bikes out front my bf and I weren't sure if the place was a "biker bar" as in exclusive,but as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and treated like family. Great bartenders. All good drinks. Really fun and friendly staff and great food. Stop in and just have a drink or food or stay for chess or pool. Great pomegranate cider and quesadilla. The bar is packed with skee ball, darts, pool, and dancing! The dance floor looked pretty light which isn't always as fun as a darker area. Also, their change machine steals your money, so watch out - put in a dollar and get anywhere from 2-4 quarters in return. read more

Get the fish tacos! I went during lunch on a workday and was so happy! Staff was a teeny bit uninterested but it was ok. If the building itself (mainly the bathrooms) were a little more updated I think I'd have given it a five star rating. Great food. Decent service. Delicious tacos. read more

This is a great place to go for some really good bar food, drinks and a friendly staff. The bar tenders know how to make drinks and the service is fast. Super place to play darts and they now have skeet ball, SO FUN! I think they are open until 2am 7 days a week now too. My cousin is a regular here and decided to finally stop in for a bite. Today they had a special called the Cloud 9 Submelt. It was freaking delicious! It has turkey, ham, pepperoni, and my favorite bacon. They put tons of ooey gooey cheese and baked it. Not sure what they seasoned it with, but it was super filling. I heard this place get's cracking on the weekend so I'm planning on coming back tonight and check out their live DJ. The staff who was working today were great. I went to Cloud 9 for the first time Friday night. I like to enjoy my beverages, including the ice after my beverage is gone. I cannot believe how quickly these bartenders grab my glasses and dump the ice! You don't even have time to stop them, then when you call them on it they say it was empty. Well, when I'm paying for it I decide when it's empty and if I want to enjoy the last bit of flavor with the melting ice that's my right. Probably the worse part, they don't offer refills on water after swiping your glass. You have to try to get their attention and ask for another one. Never in my life have I encountered such rude behavior. Someone needs to train the staff here on courtesy and that you don't grab things like that. I'm sticking with the Bad Monkey. They are polite, fun, and best of all they offer refills and don't take your glasses from you. read more

Great place, and I have had a very fun time in the past. However, asked the DJ to play a song, he said no, I said he way lame (jokingly), he said on the mic if you think I'm lame get out in a very harsh tone. He then continued to try and pick a fight the entire night, and tried to get us kicked out (which did not happen, because the other employees probably knew better). They need to fire this dj. I will never return if he is employed there, and neither will my friends (who have been frequent flyers). Per the terrible time I had because of his actions. Someone with such a fragile ego should not be working In this environment. If you cannot play one song, that my friend wanted to hear on her birthday, then you can say that Nicely instead of being as rude as you can for no reason. He wasn't just rude to me, he was rude to all of my friends. I have not ever once left a bad review on a place. This is solely so they can see that one of their employees is hindering their business. If I could give this place no stars then I would . First off security there does not check I.D . I worry about how much underage drinking is going on in this place . also The last time we were there we noticed a big group of ppl leave because some issue with them dancing in front of an unused dart board . One of the staff members or some guy that was apparently in charge of security was off duty that night but was there having a dart tournament . He shouted at the 2 girls and asked them to move and the girls replied that the dart board was not being used and they don't see the problem but the angry man was apparently not having it and through his weight around I saw the girls go sit at their table shortly after and all of sudden the angry man goes to the nearest security and clearly told him that he wanted her out . And went over to the girll while she was sitting and pointed at her . I found out that some harmless comments were made that the obviously bad tempered man didn't like so the security went over and asked the girl to leave . The girl s face was very confused but she stood up immediately and started to gather her things . Although she left quietly it was quite an awkward scene because she was with 20 other ppl who went with her. Watching the entire thing bothered me because of the way the angry man treated these women .It was very disrespectful and demeaning towards women . Personally i was amazed that he didnt get physical with the way he was behaving. I found out from one of the security guards that this man was their boss who had a dart tournament going that night for money. I was very uncomfortable after everything and ended up leaving with my friends I did not want to support an establishment that employs ppl who think it's okay to be demeaning and verbally abusive towards women . This man obviously has little man syndrome. But I' am mainly concerned about any underage drinking going on there I will not be returning here . Btw what was an employee doing having a dart tournament for money on a Saturday night which seems like it would be one of their busiest. It's just very unprofessional and this employee should be fired and have his as* handed to him . He might be the end o f this place. Let's just hope he's not the owner. Yikes!!!!! read more

My friend and I came to town and decided to check this place out. Generally looks like a nice place on the inside until you try to play pool. We looked around and saw no chalk for your hands so when we asked the bartender if they have any they replied with yes but you can't use it because it makes a mess. Well last time I checked the chalk is part of the game so if you don't want the mess don't have pool tables. Nothing a rag or mop wouldn't clean up if you actually mop your floors and wipe your tables at the end of the night. So I will finish my beer and leave and will never come back again. I'll spend my money somewhere I can go have a good time playing pool with chalk. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a night of pool. read more

I don't pass through Kent without stopping for the gringo tacos. They were a recommendation from a friend of a friend and I am so glad. He told me that the guy who developed the sauce on every taco is a renowned chef and he created the recipe just for Cloud 9. The cabbage on them is such a nice touch, and the beef is thinly sliced, very flavorful and super tender. Service is always good, and the blood oranges on my blue moon were perfect. read more
