I was given no kind of instruction, just taken to a room with a massage table & left. I completed no kind of paperwork, no one asked about my massage preferences or specific needs. I had to go back to the front desk to ask if I was supposed to get undressed or wait for my therapist to come in & meet with me. After undressing & laying face down, therapist came in & began. She did not introduce herself or ask any questions. The pressure was a bit deep for my taste but I was never asked if it was satisfactory. The massage, overall, was average. The same 4 minute song played on a loop repeatedly, which was annoying after the 5th time. When finished, there was no chair to sit in to re-dress or put shoes on. No offer of water. She did not ask how I felt or if I enjoyed. Then I was charged a credit card fee. It wasn't the worst massage experience I have had but I don't think I will return.
