EPIC MASSAGE in an unassuming house on a busy street in Danbury. Who knew?…read more Had 30 minutes reflexology and 60 minutes full body massage and it was phenomenal. I have severe spinal stenosis and carry tremendous tension in my upper back. The therapist's hands seemed to be attracted to exactly the right places and I walked out intensely relaxed and so grateful. I unfortunately live in Florida, but if I lived anywhere close to Danbury CT I'd be there every week. 5 stars.

Then after the service the store completely changes. Then they refuse to pick up any of your calls after the service. You also tell the person that you want your neck massaged and she does the entire body then as you ask questions she can't answer because she doesn't speak English and just laughs and says she doesn't understand. Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt. The massage therapist clearly doesn't know what she's doing and has bruised my back and now I am at the hospital because of the soreness and pain from your massage therapist.

I personally called beforehand and as soon as I walked through the door, everything was prepped. I truthfully aim to go back as soon as possible! I think the thing that moved my rating up to 5/5 stars is the fact the woman who was giving me my massage was so incredibly kind and she did an amazing job too! So when I showed up I realized that Annie wasn't in. Another woman was there. I am assuming she is the new owner, and she was incredibly rude. She literally pushed me into the massage room and when I asked to use the restroom first she was very irritated. I then went back to the massage room. She came in and asked me to pay first. So no problem I gave her my card to pay. She then asked what tip I was adding. I said $15 which was over 20% on a $70 massage. She gave me back my card and said that wasn't enough. She wanted $25. I said that 20% is good for a massage. She got very angry and kept saying $25 tip. This went on for a few minutes. I was seriously blown away that we were even having this conversation... so then she grabbed my card out of my hand again and went to leave the room to run it and that's when I had enough. I asked her to please give me my card back and told her I was leaving. She got very angry again and threw the card at me and slammed the door to the massage room. I couldn't believe this was happening. So I came out of the room and asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me. I then saw a young guy come out of another room and asked her for a receipt which she refused to give him. He was very frustrated and left. I then asked for her name one last time and told her I have never been treated like this before. She refused to give me her name. She then started physically pushing me towards the front door. I'm blown away! She should not be in business. If by some chance Annie is still the owner and this woman works for her I hope that Annie sees this review and fires her ASAP!
