Awful experience and terrible customer service. I was literally kicked out in the middle of my…read moremassage because of a scheduling mistake on their end. Apparently, they had booked someone else and, rather than taking responsibility for their oversight and figuring out an appropriate solution, they cut my massage short and asked me to leave. Completely ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. A massage is supposed to be relaxing--not something where you're suddenly told you have to leave halfway through because the business messed up its own schedule. The way the situation was handled made it even worse. I left honestly shocked by the level of customer service. I would not return or recommend

I've been a few times & although it was never near one of the better massages I've received, it was enough for the low price (only reason I didn't give 1 star which was more appropriate due to my experience). My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request. Unfortunately, I will never go to this business again & will recommend others refrain as well.

Milford police has been contacted and the details were given to the detective. Look, if you ask once, I don't care... I'll simply say no and ignore it, people are human and do things. However... when you persistently make comments about my schlong and ask multiple times to give me a hand job.... and and even graze it... that's illegal but more so inappropriate.

I get a strong deep tissue. I am a talker but if you want silence, I am certain Art will accommodate. The table had memory foam so it was very comfortable. The deco was nice, above the standard spartan LA look. The cost was priced reasonably well and I have looked around at many others before I was able to schedule this massage. Scheduling was good. I left a message and was called back in a relatively short time. There are 4 therapists running this center together. So no tip needed. Technically I would only rate the place 4.5 since I have only been there once. I am definitely going back again and will update. Tan 2 story building. Plenty of parking. Very easy to find, a minute or two from North St Shopping center on Rt 37 North towards New Fairfield between the dentist building and plaza of Sal's Pizza. If you past the light at Golden Hill Rd, you've gone too far. Oh come at least 5-10 minutes early to fill out the standard new patient form. Enjoy!
