Worst decision ever. When booking he told me not to go through Groupon. I told him I already did. He told me they take 50% not sure why he goes through Groupon if he's not happy with them getting him business. Got there to have him put us in a plain boring room with no instructions. Very awkward. We all did 1 hour massage. Noone spoke english. The 3 woman working on all of us made it feel awkward rubbing us different from a normal massage. Had been to many other places before this. Knew they do other then massages!!! They rubbed sooo HARD we all had to keep asking to rub softer. It was supposed to be a Swedish massage not a Deep tissue massage. They rubbed so hard that we all were in pain for days. My son had bruises and marks on his back. So unprofessional and I'm sure the only way they are still open is from other Special services!!!!

This place is a scam they give a card and it says the massage is $10 for 60 minutes then when you…read morecall to inquire they say yes and then when you get there after confirming again that it's the price they say yes. Then after the service the store completely changes. Then they refuse to pick up any of your calls after the service. You also tell the person that you want your neck massaged and she does the entire body then as you ask questions she can't answer because she doesn't speak English and just laughs and says she doesn't understand. Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt. The massage therapist clearly doesn't know what she's doing and has bruised my back and now I am at the hospital because of the soreness and pain from your massage therapist.

A bit disappointing. The price for a 60 minute service drew me in. The facility is clean but…read morequite drab with no spa-like atmosphere. I was given no kind of instruction, just taken to a room with a massage table & left. I completed no kind of paperwork, no one asked about my massage preferences or specific needs. I had to go back to the front desk to ask if I was supposed to get undressed or wait for my therapist to come in & meet with me. After undressing & laying face down, therapist came in & began. She did not introduce herself or ask any questions. The pressure was a bit deep for my taste but I was never asked if it was satisfactory. The massage, overall, was average. The same 4 minute song played on a loop repeatedly, which was annoying after the 5th time. When finished, there was no chair to sit in to re-dress or put shoes on. No offer of water. She did not ask how I felt or if I enjoyed. Then I was charged a credit card fee. It wasn't the worst massage experience I have had but I don't think I will return.
