Each time I come, I have received five star treatment. My nails are impeccably manicured (j choose the powder gel manicure) and the massages are the best. All of the employees work together like a family. The first time I came, it was because I was attending my mothers funeral. Esther felt so much for me that she walked me out to my car afterwards, and she continues to ask how I am doing each time she sees me. She also gives out little token gifts during certain times of the year (ie, Christmas) and decorates the salon so beautifully. I could go on and on about my experiences at Spa Grace!! Straight away I sensed that Irina's work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be "release, relax, let go." Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. I was then escorted out to pay without my pedicure. I spent so much money on my manicure that I let it be. And my manicure has already chipped and I'm only on day 6. In general I'm very disappointed because I have heard such wonderful reviews. It may be the type of salon that caters to its regular clientele. I would have become one of them if it was a better experience and my manicure actually lasted the appropriate amount of time. I can get 6 days out of a regular polish.

They should either do your feet last. It's just gross when they don't take the time to wash their hands and move to you head after your feet. In all honesty, I was skeptical about the reiki, but I figured it doesn't hurt to try. Let me tell you, during the reiki portion of the package I could really feel surges of energy moving though my body - I have never experienced anything like it in my life. My friend said the same thing. The whole package was great and Suzanne made me feel really at ease. Afterwards, we both felt incredible relaxed and at peace. My friend and I are chronically miserable people, and this is a HUGE accomplishment! It has been 3 days since we visited, and we can still feel the difference.
