Great value and service. Always available for a last min booking. Very happy and feel the massage the next day.

I was so skeptical as it isn't a luxury day spa but the services were amazing. Service provider left me feeling healthy able and excited to return. Clean and attentive. Excuse cultural differences and you could find your new lunch time get away read more

SO RUDE!! The old lady at the front desk always has an attitude. Just always. I wonder what she is going through for always being in a bad mood and being rude to her customers. I have given them a lot of business, going this place to get massages often. But today I have decided to not go anymore. For me if i go get a massage is to relax, not to get STRESSED because i am given an attitude from an employee who is supposed to be nice to their customers. NO THANK YOU! read more

I had a great massage at this place today , very relaxing. Mary does a great job at relieving sore muscles read more

Finally stopped in after living here for years and was so glad I did. I had a 60 minute foot massage and was in heaven. The front part of the spa has 5-6 loungers/tables in that area that are curtained off from the sounds and corridor. There was one other person getting some bodywork and I wouldn't have known had we not come in at the same time. Super clean, great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. read more

Great spot for a quick massage. I walked in around 5 pm on Thursday and was able to get a one hour foot/shoulder rub. Great experience!

very disrespectful staff workers, told me ai could not have one of the candies up front while I was trying to book an appointment for my mother read more

I love their foot rubs. Incredibly relaxing and reasonably priced.

Great place. Authentic Chinese-style massage, including foot reflexology. They also put your feet in warm water to soak before the massage starts, which really helps you relax. Nothing but good things to say. read more

It was a great place but they are closed. The whole little strip mall is getting a facelift...or a tear down!

Walked in for a 1 hour massage last week! It was so exactly what I needed! I will def be coming back! The tables were def the most comfortable massage table I have been on. The also have a card where you get 1 massage free after the 10th one! read more

I've been a few times for a full body massage with Cindy. She's pretty good but you really need an appointment even though they say they take walk ins. The two times I've tried to walk in they haven't been able to take me. read more

What a great little oasis in the heart of Cos Cob (Greenwich);the manager is great and May gave me the best massage ever! They have been running a great Groupon which makes an already fair price even that much better- Oh, and right next door to the best pizza place in town! read more

My girlfriend and I went for a couples massage. The place was clean, professional and friendly. The massages were very good indeed - great effort was made to provide the kind of treatment we needed. My friend was looking for a deep tissue massage and was delighted with it. I wanted a more soothing experience and was very pleased too. It was relaxing, stimulating and sensuous (and, btw, legal -- in case anyone is wondering). Both the masseuses were extremely competent, and seemed to enjoying their work. The applied the hot stones to both of us at exactly the same time - which was delightful. A tasteful if not exotic place, very reasonable $-wise and highly recommended. read more

I have been getting massages for many years and the massage I received from Linda a La Bella Spa was the best ever!! I highly recommends La Bella, great oasis in the middle of Cos Cob!! read more

I hit this spa up more then I should. But you can't beat it! It's half the price for a massage at La Bella's then the high end spas! And they do it better than any other place I've been. Any masseuse you get is going to give you an amazing massage! The owner is so sweet and accommodating. And the place is super clean! So go treat yourself and enjoy a massage at La Bella's!! read more

OUCH. I was home for Christmas and received a coupon for a massage here, which I was excited about. Unfortunately, this place felt unprofessional and unorganized. They wrote all the appointments down on a piece of paper, and somehow mixed up the date and time I was supposed to go in. I went in wanting a Swedish massage because I knew those were supposed to be relaxing. After an hour of the woman "massaging" me, my back hurts more than before I went in. I don't think she had any proper training because she kept going over and over my bones which did not feel good at all. I held my tongue for most of it because I thought it would eventually get better, but I ended up having to tell her that she was hurting me. I know this place is new, and the prices are great, but it definitely needs some improvement! I would not recommend. read more

This was a clean, friendly, relaxing experience that superseded my expectations. I went with my mom and we both argued that our own gal was better. They used a mix of all kinds of techniques, each of which was better than the other. I highly recommend this place. We chipped in together to get the couple's massage (cheaper than individual ones). The only thing I would have liked is a more time spent on my hands and feet (hands barely got a massage and feet got like 30 seconds), especially since they advertise feet to be a focus area. Overall...great surprise to have unexpectedly popped in and been so blessed. read more

I love going to La Bella for some girl pampering time. This place is very welcoming and the therapist I had is really professional, she really knows how to work my back just the right way. Their pricing is a big plus, doesn't make me too guilty to visit them once a week read more

An incredible price for such a quality job. This place is likely the best one in town. The women are very kind, patient, and professional. Their work is thorough- they do not rush through anything and truly do their job to the fullest potential. Every massage I've had here has really just been over-the-top good and has always felt a little extra luxurious with hot stones and hot towels towards the end. They use warm, aromatic oils on the skin that are just smooth and smell good throughout the massage. They then greet you out the door with a cold complimentary water after you have dressed (privately! they are very respectful of your privacy.) Just amazing. read more

I love the affordable prices and polite staff. So convenient to have this place in Greenwich. I got a 30 min back massage, and they incorporated deep tissue and hot stones because it was what my back needed. I plan on going back soon. read more

I had a great massage at La Bella. The masseuse is really skilled in getting all the knots out and I loved the hot stone massage at the end. The facilities are very clean and the prices are very reasonable. They also provided excellent customer service. It was pouring outside and they insisted on walking me out to my car with their umbrella. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning. read more

Excellent service, very comfortable. Staff and atmosphere pleasant. Very clean. Attentive to your specific preferences.

Great little massage place. Not fancy or glamorous, but very clean and a great massage. Prices are extremely reasonable. Give it a try.
